Have been here a few times and every time there's always someone new working there,you never know what to expect.... Had an appointment for manicure and pedicure for two people. When we arrived we were asked to wait because they were busy and took walk in. It took 3 hours for us to be done and the person that did my pedicure nipped me with the nail cutter and apologized and didn't want to clip the rest of my nails so she said I will file them... I clearly asked not to cut my toe nail at an angel so I won't develop an ingrown toe nail.but she cut and started pulling the end back. So I asked her to stop right away... will definitely not be back.she also used an orange red under the red glitter color for my toes color that I didn't ask for, so my toes and hands are two different colors! read more

I called at 3pm and was able to get in at 4pm on the same day. The salon is gorgeous inside! It was very clean and well-kept. When I walked inside, I was greeted with a friendly smile from Trish! Her and I had a good conversation. She made sure that I felt comfortable the entire time, she asked me questions for each step to make sure we're on the same page, and that I was happy with my results. I came in during July 4th and luckily they were able to take me in until they closed. I was not aware they close early on Holiday's and now I know. Really happy with the location and the service provided. I was lucky enough to get Kathy. Super sweet lady and her gel apply game is the reason why I'll keep coming here. I told her don't be afraid to work on my feet LOL and that she did. I got a gel pedicure and it was $80, but if you use card, they do charge a $1, so paying with cash is a lot more convenient price wise and then tipped my girl Kathy $15 in a grand total of $96. Do I have money to get my toes done every 2 weeks, maybe not LOL but I will return for Kathy every 3 1/2 weeks because everything is getting way too expensive. But other than that, I have no complaints and no I didn't get my nails done here. I have my girl I go to so this place will definitely my pedi place to go too. If I had ONE suggestion. Maybe serving some drinks to equal the pricing. I only say this because the price I paid, I could go to a spa and pay the price along with refreshments. And also, don't take up too much of Kathy's time because I need her for me too - LOL. read more

I love this place I've been here 2x and both times I have left happy. Today I left extremely happy...I lived everything about my full!!! The service is great, you can tell them what you want and they will do their best to accommodate, if they think it's not a good idea they will tell you. They have many options of colors and services they offer. Recently moved to Antioch & was having trouble finding a spot I liked, given that I was coming from sf & my current artist is far for me to go now. This spot happened to open up on my birthday to be exact in December (shortly after I had already moved) & right behind my house. I tried it grand opening day & have been back every two weeks since! They are very nice to me, beyond sweet! Beautiful work & very fast which I appreciate the most! Pricing is well accepted for the quality! I have received both a manicure & pedicure from this place & would highly recommend. I am thankful for the nice staff here & I am more thankful to have found such a lovely place! I first came here about 6 months ago. I came here to get my nails done in a nice clean professional business. However, after coming here for my services, I noticed the head or owner started slacking in the service. Customers know what they want and the lady told me what she was going to do. I said no thanks to the nail part of the service but still needed my feet done. I waited for about a months and I got my nails done by a new lady. My feet were done by a new lady and she did a technique I didn't want or needed. When I spoke on it she and the other new lady tried to convince me to leave it. I watched her do what she wanted only to see my finished look was horrifying. She left for the day and another staff fixed my pedicure. I will never come back as these people forget they are to provide a service of what the customer wants. They take our money and don't care about the end result of the customer. We need to support businesses that support professionalism. read more

I debated on whether or not to write a review--but after 2 weeks I am still bothered by the quality of service received. I usually go to Buchanan Nails but this is closer to my house and they accept card payment, so it was honestly a matter of convenience. I have been here twice, the first time I got just a pedicure and the experience was fine other than being pressured to upgrade my service to one of the 'premium' pedicures and change my polish to gel (which I don't need nor want on my toes). I went this second time prior to my graduation to get a gel manicure and a pedicure. I stressed that this was for an important event. My nails turned out awful. I asked for square round and my nails were filed unevenly where one hand is longer than the other, some were square, and some were round. Some nails didn't receive as many coats as others and were see through when the sun hit them. When getting my pedicure I felt judged for again not upgrading my service, and the lady who did my feet apparently decided I had an ingrown toe nail (which I wasn't complaining about) and dug into my foot until I was bleeding. Before painting my toes the lady blew her nose on a tissue, and tossed it into the foot tub (into the plastic covering) which was no big deal, except she bounced the soiled tissue off of my leg. It was disgusting. I looked at my toes and there are spots on them we where they weren't fully painted. When I checked out, I realized they had overcharged me from what was listed and then 'claimed' to give me 10% off from their grand opening promotion. I will not be back. read more

Nice, clean, spacious, and very new establishment in Antioch. Free parking in the lot. Near restaurants, supermarkets, boba tea shops, hair salons and right off the freeway. I called Saturday evening to schedule for a Sunday appointment with no problem. Initially quoted on the phone for an acrylic full set, was $50. Upon paying, I was charged $65. I guess it was because I had asked for 2 colors instead of one color. This was without mani. The whole process was about 1 hour. It took her (Diana) to understand the shape that I wanted. Square/Oval aka Squoval. I guess it's not as popular with her clients. ‍ But even after showing her photos off my phone, it took her a few attempts to get it right. Then comes the color. I also showed her photos of the color I wanted but what she found for me were 4-5 very different shades. Finally, I just randomly chose one so she doesn't have to keep getting up to search for it. In the end, the shape and pattern was exactly what I wanted even though the color wasn't. I'm ok with it. Diana was cool though! I'll come back again for another color/pattern next time. read more

The lady was nice but just didn't understand what I wanted. I originally told her I wanted a French tip and she told me that a different type of French tip would look better on my nails so I felt awkward to say no because I didn't want her getting mad, I didn't want what she wanted. I muster up the courage to go back today to get them fixed and everyone kept pressuring me what new to pick for under my nails from a book and I said I just wanted a knew that was gonna cover so you can't see where my nails were filled. They still made me choose a color. I didn't like it, but I didn't wanna say no again so I walked out of the shop absolutely hating my nails again overall I paid $80 for a gel builder set . That's the most expensive set. I've ever paid for gel builder and it just makes me so upset that I even wasted my hard earned money on this. I can't afford to get it fixed somewhere else.
