Caught at the last minute and they were able to get me in for a gel, pedicure and full set. It's been a minute since I've been but everybody was still friendly and hospitable as always. Le did my full set and not only was he quick but they came out beautiful! I've never done the colored acrylic before so he helped me with that and they came out exactly how I wanted them. I was able to show him a picture of the length that I wanted and a different picture of the shape and he executed it perfectly. I have been here a handful of times & this is going to stay my goto place for mani & pedi. I am a pretty simple girl I do the standard gel french tip on my toes and fingers & they get it right every time! I always get compliments on my manicures! My first experience here was in Oct 2021 on Halloween! I was the last client of the night & I was a walk in. Tina stayed behind late to do my nails for me! She was very kind and we were having great conversation the whole time she did my pedi. I have been helped by a few different ladies here & they have all been very thorough with the services- I am almost always a walk in (keep that in mind) and they really take their time doing the massages on my legs and my hands Tina has been at that spot for a long time, I learned her and her husband have been running it for years and I can really see the relationship they build with their clients that keep them coming back, and making everybody feel welcome! I'm actually writing this reviews because last time I was there in May 2022 I had sat with Tina for the second time and she immediately remembered me! What a good feeling that was. The owners, when they first opened (i was in middle school), were husband and wife and both equally great at their craft. I have always been amazed by the wife Tina. i just got a regular french tip gel manicure. i've been going there for years. tina usually does my nails great. i hadn't had good experience with anyone else. i thought he was gonna do a better job than usually he wasn't rushing thru it like tina usually does but he was rude. i think he assumed i hadn't been there & i wasn't gonna pay bc they seen we walking pass awhile before i went in. " you know these are gonna be $35 right " he caught an attitude when i requested them to be fixed. they were crooked he tried to tell me a whole bunch reason on its my hand, nail beds. ect but ive never had a problem my french tips always come out nice . HE LEFT NAIL POLISH ALL AROUND MY FINGER TIPS SLOPPY and he forgot to put clear coat on one of my thumbs so it's not shiny like the other nails. read more

I got my nails done by Tina, the owner, and it was the worst nail fill I've ever gotten. She asked me if I wanted my nails trimmed and I asked for only a slight trim. She trimmed them down to the skin! But only on some nails, not all of them, so they are all completely uneven. She cut/burned me with her tools so much that I have cuts all around my cuticles. This was by far the worst nail experience I've had to date. Another super annoying thing, one of the workers was giving a pedicure and had her phone propped up watching a movie the whole time, barely paying any attention to her client. I was shocked to see such unprofessionalism there. I won't be going back. read more

I kept asking to see the colors and when someone else finally took me, he gave me the colors and started rushing me to pick & the first 2 colors I picked, they didn't even have. My cuticles were messed up I asked for gel clear and they advertised 5$ for gel maybe that meant for each nail? I don't know if the clippers and things used were clean. I asked to not file and they persisted to file down more which led me to have thin nails and start bleeding. I was waited for 45 mins. The lady's in there are nice they did a great job on my sisters toes. There is an older man there that did my full set he skipped a lot of steps and the finished product is terrible. When I realized that he probably couldn't do what I asked for I settled for a simple French tip on almond shape nails, but even that could not be executed decently. The acrylics are way too thick, the tips are uneven and they are not shaped properly. I gave the place 2 stars because I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt since I don't know how skilled the other techs might be. Definitely avoid the guy in there though, not only are the nails bad he was also rude and got annoyed when I asked him if he could add a red heart to my ring finger so I just didn't end up getting it. I felt bad because they are a small business so I did pay the full $50 for the set but I would never go there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. read more

Very dirty... they don't clean after each client. I've witnessed a guys with fungus leave and right after they sat a lady there... I felt gross for her... a couple of weeks later I was peeling the gel of my toes one of my toe nails came off with it... I had healthy nails... im so upset. read more

My full set was OK. My gel polish didn't cover the full nail, the sides were bare and glue was all over my fingers. My feet were barely "groomed" I had to ask for them to be scrubbed with my pedicure. The price was not bad. read more

I've gone here for a long time. It used to be my spot and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Tina and her husband are so nice and they do remember everyone's names somehow. However, I feel like they are starting on the down trend. I went 4 weeks ago for a full set. 3 days later, I was sitting on the couch and just happened to notice one of my nails fell off! After only 3 days!! I didn't even feel it, so, that tells me there wasn't much acrylic. I went back at the time I needed a fill and asked that my nails be placed on really good because of what had happened. Unfortunately, after getting my fill, it was only 4 days later this time, they were loose and totally coming off already. 2 nails were gone by day 5. I'm disappointed to say the least. I guess I need to find a new place. Fills used to last up to 2 weeks and they're not even lasting 1 week anymore. read more

Talk about excellent customer service! Not only do they do amazing clean precise work, but they are fast, and are all super nice and friendly and accommodating to all my particular needs. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my mani/pedis. If my favorite person is unavailable, they move ppl around to accomodate everyone's needs. Recently, I got my usual french manicure but I had to work in the garden 2 days later to pull weeds and the mulch stained my white tips. I went in without an appt, expecting to wait, and ended up waiting a total of 5 min while they figured out how to move ppl around to make it work out for me and everyone else that was already there. After she practically redid my French mani, I asked how much? Tina replied, "nothing." I thought she must be joking because they joke around a lot so I said, "no, really, how much?" She said again very nicely, "nothing. I fix for u for free." Omg! Not only did I not have to wait without an appt, they even fixed my mistake for free! That's crazy! Of course I had to tip at least $10 for her time. But she wouldn't take it bc she said that's too much. I practically had to run out the door for her to keep the tip. So nice! read more

Considering Tina does a great job doing eyebrows and her and her husband are genuinely nice people, I always tend to give them second chances... or third of fourth... After the fourth time, I've pretty much won't go back... Here's why: An hour plus wait for eyebrows? Yeah they are inexpensive to get done, but I hate being told... "Oh just ten minutes, ten minutes" EVERY ten minutes until an hour passes. I could have gone grocery shopping at save mart or gone home or something while time slips away from me. Quality of nail polish... I could understand manicured nail polish chipping easily, but within the first 10 minutes after I leave? Arghhh... even my toes don't last a few days while other places it last me weeks. And lastly, getting a gel tips. EFFFF that shiiiiiiiiiitttttt HUUUURRRTTT! I guess saying "ow!!!!!!" and pulling away jerkingly doesn't give the guy the hint that I'm in pain... I mean he literally sanded my skin down to the second layer of skin that I started bleeding... I was afraid I was gonna have a "paula abdul" experience and get an infection. After that experience, I stopped coming here. read more
