We were able to make same day appointment, and she took my daughter and myself. She did an amazing job, we both got a full set, and left our nails even and in the beautiful shape we requested. I also got a pedicure which was amazing, the massage chairs were comfortable and new. Covid guidelines were followed to a T and just in general the entire shop was absolutely clean. I think we have a winner! I have been on the hunt for a new go-to nail salon in the Antioch area and I think T3 is the place for me. Here are all the highlights for me: - I like that they are appointment only right now. It shows that they are keen on managing their time and that you won't have to wait very long when you arrive for your scheduled time. I scheduled my appointment for 10:30am and they sat me within a minute of arrival. - I like that I was in and out (for a gel mani / regular pedi) within a hour, but the service did not feel rushed at all. I got a great foot/leg massage AND a great hand massage too! I like a firmer pressure so if that's not your thing, be sure to communicate with them your preferences. - Speaking of preferences, they are really great with giving you want you want as long as you make it known. My nails had grown so long that they were following the square round shape from when I clipped them at home, but when I told her I wanted more of an oval, she had no issue giving me what I asked for. - Note: I am currently 7 months pregnant, and as soon as they knew I was pregnant, they were very mindful of where on my foot they were massaging! Love that they took extra care and displayed their knowledge of pregnant women + foot reflexology that should be avoided. It really made me feel taken care of. - They are also just generally very nice and kind. Even when they have their own side conversations, it doesn't make you feel uncomfortable at all. I have no idea how I haven't been here before today. It's literally right down the street from my house so after a bad experience at my usual place, and driving around to three different salons trying to find a last-minute appointment I decided to call here to see if they can get me in today. I am so impressed with this salon! It's not the prettiest on the inside, but the ladies that work here are the sweetest! I normally have a hard time explaining what I want and I'm super particular. With the very limited information I gave Tammy she nailed it (no pun intended!) The salon is really clean and well taken care of. What a hidden gem! These ladies are located in the mall, and I am so thankful for all the Yelp reviews that led me to find them. I came here right before they closed for SIP, so this review is long overdue. I did call ahead to reserve for 3 people and they were so polite and friendly from the start. I did't know what to expect considering this was in a mall (usually they're overpriced and are looking to get people in and out quickly, but not here!) They give THE BEST MASSAGAES when getting your pedicure, which is something that I usually base the entirety of the pedi on. To know that it isnt something they rush makes it all so worthwhile. They also do a very thorough job and don't want to rush their work. Definitely a place I will be visiting again once they reopen! P.S. they have a stamp card! read more

Tried this place out with my sister on short notice, about an hour & a half before closing & they were able to give us pedis. $20 for a basic , & $25 for one with a massage. We both loved it!!! The girls were so sweet and talkative, which is a plus because so many places have workers who want nothing to do with you past the service they provide. So welcoming, along with delicious chilled water with orange pieces for flavor. Will be going back today for my full set. Update: full set is amazing too!! $35 for a non-gel coffin w/ design. T3 is my new favorite spot! Exceptional customer service and yes, they take handicap members!! They hands down took care of my Dad and I after being DENIED at Lady Bug in somersville. My Dad is in a wheel chair and he could move from seat to seat and can talk. However due to his disease in MS, multiple sclerosis, his movements are slow and does need assistance, but that's why I was there to assist him and I wanted his feet to get cleaned up and touch up but most of all feel good and relaxed. Don't ever go to lady bug in somersville!! Come here at T3!! these ladies took us in. Even helped my dad get in the chair and most of all feel accepted and treated with respect. They take there time in cleaning your feet, to grooming the nails and massage. The hospitality was there and definitely the ladies are good people and made us feel worthy and taken care of. I mean I was so upset, sad, and hurt from leaving the other place (Lady Bug) because at first they took us in, then my dad needed to use the bathroom so I helped him in. When I came out with my Dad to get seated since they did tell us to be seated at first before stepping in the bathroom, one of the ladies came to me and said no we don't take handicap. I felt so crushed and discriminated and embarrassed. My dad and I couldn't believe it. Like I said T3 makes sure to take care of you without feeling rushed or an inconvenience which I never felt before. Overall I will come back and recommend anyone to come here. It's 3:30AM. Talk about an eyelash nightmare! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT come here for eyelash extentions. I was extremly dissapointed at my experience yesterday Sunday 2/25/18. The lash tech hurt my eyes several times and the end results was horrid! After 2 1/2 hours she handed me a mirror to look at my lashes and i couldn't even open one of my eyes beacuse my lashes were stuck to the bottom lid.Glue was everywhere and my lashes looked like they already needed a fill. Picture less than 24 hours after leaving the shop. At this point I just want them off and would like to warn people. Would have gave 0 stars but to be fair the ladies are really sweet. She was overall friendly and the length and shape are exactly what I wanted but the gel polish bubbled on my thumbs and one chipped off and the other has a bubble (picture shows the chipping but it's difficult to see the bubble. So glad we tried this nail salon! Tammy and Tina are very nice, sweet ladies. They take care of you and they do a great job with your manicure and pedicure. They don't rush it, but it may be because of the Covid-19 situation and they strictly do by appts only. They practice health and safety measures with social distancing and sanitizing between customers and wearing masks and gloves. They sanitize and clean tools before each use. The facilities were clean and both ladies who took care of us were kind, patient, and professional. The cost was $25 for a pedicure. I will be coming back here. Would recommend.
