If I had a choice it would be a 0 star rating. This was the most painful and worst pedicure I have ever received. I don't know if the girl was new to the field or what? First, she was rough and was cutting my skin and poking me and causing me to bleed on many of my toes and nails! Especially my left pinky toe nail which she also used a cheese grater to remove callouses. I usually go for the deluxe treatment which they didn't use the grater on me at other places but this time I just ordered the callous treatment which was 38. so 20. cheaper. But the grater took off some of my skin not only callouses. Especially since the pinky toe area is sensitive. When she cut my nails I was wondering why she was cutting it so short and part of my skin as well. Then she proceeded to poke and prod and file the short nail down even more. After I kept getting hurt and saying ouch numerous times, I was debating maybe I should have got up and just left! But I am such a ninny, and polite that I stayed and thought it can't get much worse, it will be ok. It became a comedy of errors. It looked like a 3rd grader painted my nails and she kept fixing one nail but then accidentally touched the other nail on the other foot ruining the polish and had to keep going back and forth fixing it. You would think you would learn after 1 or 2 of these accidents, but she did it over and over I just started laughing bc it was comical! She was laughing too and saying sorry! Normally, when the polish comes off accidentally it was bc of me, not the nail salon person! Then I asked bc this was the first time I had a black border on the top and bottom edges and some side edges? I thought maybe it was bc I picked a light blush pink color and I never had that as usually I got French manicures which are even lighter in color! I didn't have my reading glasses so I couldn't see well, but she painted the edges more. Later when I got home I was looking over the black edges wondering why they were black? It was because of dried blood!!! She cut it too short causing it to bleed and poked and prodded further making it bleed. I guess it was underneath. Then that pinky on the left was red and inflamed and painful. So I don't know if it was hurting from irritation, or if it got infected!? Two days later it is still red and hurts. The cheese grater she took out didn't come out of any solution I was thinking I hope they sterilized it!? Anyway, this was closer to my house so I went there since it was the weekend and less busy there than my usual place. But definitely avoiding this place next time! Oh and another thing she had long, sharp nails as well and she would dig her nails into the edges as well. Just not a good experience all the way around. I still gave her a good tip( although I really was thinking I shouldn't but I think I'm just conditioned to do it now and thought well she did the work at least) and she lol looked surprised too! I hate to say this, I would avoid going here with all of these red flags and painful bleeding experience- I just never had that. I may have one or two ouches with an aggressive technician and I have a high pain tolerance, but this was the entire pedicure! I was thinking what a WASTE of my money and it didn't even look good like a little kid painted my nails! read more

I was very disappointed in the customer service. We scheduled an appt for 4 people and when we got there there wasn't enough people to cover. We have to wait 40 minutes and 1 person in our party just opted out bc they could only do 2 at a time. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place they don't sterilize their materials used at this salon. I got a pedicure done at this place and she scratched me with a callus grinder. This place is not relaxing you pay money just to feel relaxed just for their service to do bare minimum. read more

2 stars for DP Nails because they were nice. But I will never go back. Here's why: a man was resting his clean feet on a towel after his pedicure. He got up and they used this same towel to clean up the chair for me. I even politely asked if she could clean the chair with a fresh towel and she never did. I sat down anyway, because at least his feet were clean. And I made a decision that I would take a shower once I got home. I also noticed that all of their towels were dull and stained...when it was time for my gel fill, I showed them a picture, and the fill looked nothing like the picture. Amateur job! Today, I will have to find a different nail shop to re-paint my nails. read more

This place also does lashes and you need to stay away from this place. I've had my lashes professionally done for the last 5 years with no issues. It took the tech 4 hours to do a filland she kept complaining that she was losing money. She used so much glue that the clump of eye lash glue scratched my cornea. I called and she was unavailable as she only does morning appointments. The ball of glue tore my natural eyelashes off. When I went back to show her; she blamed me and did not even get off her manicure chair to examine the damage done. No apology! Very disappointed ! I don't even think she is a certified Esthetician ! On 07/25/2025 I went for a pedicure/regular manicure. Pedicure was done first. During pedicure, I noticed my pedicure was getting painful (not the usual). I then mentioned that she doesn't have to go sooo deep, it was starting to hurt bad and I didn't want to bleed. I also told her I tip more if it's not too painful. She nodded and said OK. Once she finished pedicure (it did get less painful), I stayed in the pedicure chair and she did my manicure. Simple manicure, no gel, I didn't want any color. It started OK, then it got more painful. My nails were NOT dirty, I did have hangnail/excess skin. But there is a way to take care of that without bleeding. Remember, I had already mentioned pain on my pedicure. Halfway through my manicure she clipped me so bad, I jumped in pain and started bleeding. See pics. I stopped the manicure (I wanted to just walk out, I was so upset), but I stopped at the register to pay for pedicure. She did not apologize and didn't finish manicure. I will definitely give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to my toes, very relaxing and beautiful work for my feet but when it comes to my full set, I did not get the services that I needed. that was absolutely my fault because my nail tech that I normally go to and been going to for 3 1/2 years at this shop was on vacation and I really needed my nails done but remind you I showed them the picture before any service was done and I feel like if you can't complete a job then you shouldn't do it or you should make other suggestions so I asked for curved almond nails with designs that you see in the picture, the lady who did my nails she was nice, but she just didn't deliver what I asked for. As you can clearly see in the picture I have got this set in these nails before by my nail take Ami, but since she was out of town until next month, I trusted them to deliver the same as if she would but nevertheless, next time, I will definitely wait for my nail tech Because I can show her any picture any design and she delivers every time. My acrylic is too thin. I feel like if I'm going to bump into something accidentally. I feel like they will pop off the shape is OK but the polish is not neatly cleaned up and my nails are not curved. I always get curved nails and as you can see, they are straight . I will not be going back here unless my nail tech is there. Then it came down to paying I asked her how much and she told me $75 so I'm thinking great $75 for everything but after I pay with my card she said did you forget about your feet and I'm like no because you told me $75 and I thought that was for my feet in my nails then she said no your feet is $60 and your Nails is $75 I just couldn't believe she charged me $75 for my nails with no design especially she didn't even do my design correctly so I said just plain pink like my toes and she still charged me $75 is crazy . Lesson learned never cheat on your nail tech . Plus as you can see it's not pink polish on the nails it's pink acrylic but again I'm not the professional nail tech. All I have to say is I know for a fact they do not sterilize their tools here. Hopefully I don't get anything after coming in for a pedicure. I came in for a pedicure first thing in the morning and the lady who did my pedicure walked over with her cart and her tools were just thrown in her cart on top of a towel. Once she was done with my pedicure she just threw her tools back into her cart and walked it over to her station when she was done with me. So if anyone decides to come in first question should be if the tools were sterilized. Unfortunately my search continues for a good/clean nail salon out in these areas. read more

I usually get my nails done here every two weeks with the gentleman that works here. I came in on Tuesday afternoon got them done with with a lady I think the owner. I got square shape full set in pink. This woman did the most horrible shape and paint job. I came back for her to fix it. She yelled at me saying I was a perfectionist. I just wanted even nails and paint job that was clean. I asked for a refund when she kept complaining about fixing my nails and that no one would notice small mistakes. She then cut my fake nails off and started to remove my nails causing my real nail to break. I got upset asked for a refund immediately, told her to stop to touching or I'll sue. Now 3 days later I wake up to my account being compromise. This was the only place I used my card in the last two weeks everything else has been Apple Pay. NEVER never patronize this nail shop during my service they utilized tools that had not been sanitized (pulling them out of side drawers near the sink and Washington by hand, spraying them with sanitizer after ) the nail technician refused to comply with small request (my color, and how or what to use to describe my feet and yelled at me very aggressively) I attempted to resolve the situation, I'd like to make note that I also never elevated my voice used a curse word, or any level of aggression towards them, but when I requested for a discount on my services because I was not happy with the services. They begin to yell and scream and act very aggressively towards me. I attempted multiple separate times (with witness of three other patrons to come with a reasonable amount to pay for the services that I did not care, for) they continue to aggressively talk loud in their language and loud aggressively towards me swinging their hands waving items just very aggressively for my safety, I chose to leave the nail shop without paying, and I will be reporting them to the state board and the county for using utensils that have not been sanitized AGAIN never ever patronize this nail shop !!! read more

first gel pedicure was great and lasted around 2.5-3 weeks. second gel pedicure was poor quality. within 5 days of regular wear, 3 of the gel polishes have completely come off. read more
