I've been here a few times and have noticed the experience can be lackluster and contingent on the owners mood at that time. So one time was great the following not so much. I also brought my mom once to do a gel manicure and pedicure while I got a regular manicure. My mom was in the chair for a while and it wasn't until her pedicure was completed that they even started her manicure. We were there for too long it was not even sensical. The last time I was there the owner seemed moody and overall agitated, was short with customers and made the visit extremely uncomfortable for myself and maybe the others. Despite that, a couple weeks ago I bit the bullet and made an appointment. But before my appointment the owner called me and said she was too busy therefore cancelling it. This was a new one I never experienced with any beauty service. So she basically singled me out and didn't want me to return was my sense. I really can tolerate a lot and I know there is no perfect thing, but the last 2 experiences are just really inexcusable and I have no desire to ever return and give my money to this place! read more

DON'T GO HERE! Cindy the owner is very rude. She answers her business phone "Hello!!" I have been coming here as a good customer and this last time my gel manicure did not last 1 day before it started peeling!! I mean peeling!! On 2-3 nails on ea. hand. I called Cindy to ask her if I can come in and just get it fixed with Lina who did my nails . Cindy was rude but told me she will fix it come in Friday. I get a text from her today saying she waited for me at 5:45. I said I made the appointment with you on Friday. Mind you, she seemed very frazzled talking to me So obviously she didn't write this down and just told me to come Friday. At this point I just wanted to write this review and say don't go here and give this owner your business. I told her I don't have the time to be coming back and fixing nails. I don't want her fixing my nails now being that she's so rude. I'm kind of afraid she'll do a botched job! She was not the one who did my gel manicure that person has always done a good job. I was being nice thinking maybe it was just the polish. I told her and a couple other reasons why I thought it might have peeled. She filed my tips after the gel came out from the light and they became ridged on some. Those were the ones that ended up lifting off. They don't know I am a licensed manicurist from back in the day. No longer doing it, I'm in healthcare now. But, loved doing nails. Would never treat a customer like Cindy does!! Please go somewhere else. read more

I've been here twice, the last time was for my daughters birthday. She turned 6 and they took really good care of her! She loves getting her toes done, but we only do it special occasions. The place is nice and clean. The employees are very nice and sweet. I can tell they want to take care of their clients. The owner is really cool, she's very friendly and nice. She does amazing work! My daughters cute little toes look beautiful! I'm glad it's like 8 mins away from my house because it's hard to find a nice clean shop around here. I recommend! I came in for a pedicure (buff only) and a nice foot massage (really the main reason I get pedicures). I believe Cindy is the one who helped me and she was really friendly and generally did a nice job. Honestly, she did a great job on my nails but the massage left more to be desired. I like a harder pressure type massage but not sure if I can ask for that or how it'll be received. Would definitely come back if I could get a better foot rub/massage. read more

I visited Le Nails for the first time today, with another person, and we both had a regular pedicure. For reference, this was $35, without a tip, and it includes a scrub and massage but no paraffin or hot stone with the massage. When we arrived, nobody greeted us, or confirmed our appointments. The shop is clean, although not an especially inviting atmosphere. There is a lot of loud talking amongst employees, a tv is on a Fox station, and everything is a bit worn-looking. One of the sinks for the pedicures was broken and didn't have running water (they were using pitchers of lukewarm water to fill it). It wasn't particularly relaxing and I left with soap still on my legs since they couldn't really rinse them. The pedicure was fine. The massages weren't great (more of a smoothing of hands over our legs and feet than a massage). The technicians were attentive to cleaning our toes, which was nice. Unfortunately one technician took almost 40 minutes just to paint my daughter's nails, which was problematic in that we hadn't planned to be at the shop so long, or to have one of us be finished so long before the other. When I paid, the manager asked how the pedicure was; when I said it was "okay," she didn't inquire about more details. Overall, the experience wasn't memorable. They did a passable job, but their cost was more than the salon I went to in Cupertino (for fewer amenities), and they didn't seem to care whether we were there or not. Le Nails was so great! They spent a long time on my mani pedi and my nails look amazing. The owner was really knowledgeable about the colors and which ones looked best on my skin tone. I was looking for a natural nude and she found something perfect for me. Everyone there is so kind and lovely, we chatted the entire service. She also did my eyebrows and while I was hesitant (because I am so particular about my brows) she ended up doing an amazing job. My brows look great! my normal place was closed so i went to this one in a pinch for a gel pedicure. not very friendly upon arrival. tools seemed clean which is nice. even though the man doing my pedicure was definitely taking his time (working very slowly but that's not a huge deal), i still am walking away with 2 different cuts. they are both fairly big and hurt a lot. im licensed to do nails in this state so i know how pedicures should be done. not posting to be hateful, just trying to help the next person. i'd skip this place for sure. read more

This place is wonderful. I'm so happy I found them after lock down and they were open! My sister booked an appointment here, Phong and Lina saw us right away on time. I noticed they were very clean and sanitized everything from chairs to tools. They staff all wore masks and gloves and they have plexiglass dividers to protect staff and customers. Phong and Lina took their time and each spent an hour doing my sister and my toes. They were so thorough and really made sure to take their time and get the job right! They also gave the best massage I've ever received during a basic pedicure. I've never been happier with a nail salon. I really wanted to like this salon it's very close to my home and my normal place was booked but unfortunately it just wasn't good. I made an appointment came early there were only 2 techs and both were busy so I waited. I waited about 10 min past my appt but was somewhat okay with that. They talked me into a gel pedicure which came out nice it lasted 3 weeks without a chip. It filled but even he polish they got on my toe didn't chip off within the 3 week. Lol they didn't do a big clean up job or massage but they painted it nice. I wanted a full set I get my nails done very regular so it was easy for them to sand off my old gel and acrylic. They again talked me into an ombré dip. I never did this before but pictures online looked nice so I obliged. It was crazy un-Even the lines and it looked decent from afar but very lumpy. I was there 3 hours so at that point I just wanted to go. I left for vacation the next day and 3 days into my trip one nail broke in half and the others started to peel off. I've actually never had that happen with acrylic ever and like I said I always have my nails done. I was so disappointed I had to spend my vacation with missing Nails when I returned I just peeled the rest off. Very easy actually. They ripped up my nails and didn't even last a week. I came in without an appointment on a Saturday morning for a pedicure and got lucky! I was seated right away. The energy is great. The hospitality was a plus, too. The owner introduced herself and asked my name along with some casual conversing. The pedicure itself is decent. They didn't make the water bubble. Lol. I'm not sure if that does anything but it feels good rather than still water. He focused on any hangnails, scrubbed for a long time, and gave a REAL foot massage. The policy is nice and neat.
