Unsure of what the "twice times" means and I also don't understand what walk in appointment the manager is talking about LOL. But yes you are rude and unprofessional along with your associate who is demeaning to black/ African American people. You guys constantly get upset when anyone makes a suggestion about how incorrectly you're doing their nails or pedicure. The feedback is honest and direct but clearly your lack of comprehension or taking advice is low. Maybe it's time to take some business etiquette classes. I would give zero stars if that was and option. I had my nails done on Tue and by Sun they looked like the pics. Not even a full 5 days. Both the lady who did my toes and the guy who did my fingers INSISTED on cutting my nails instead of filing like I asked. They argued with me, the customer paying the bill, what was best for me. The toes didn't even last two weeks. They use a cheap polish but charge expensive price. My daughter in law got a gel manicure and her's also chipped and peeled off. read more

I came for my bridal nails, and picked Sen nails to do them and had a great experience with their services. I didn't know what I wanted since I don't usually do nails, but the owner himself took initiation professionally, offering to design my nails days before the appointment, which I love because then I don't need to think, less stress for me. I walked in the shop, and admire how clean, neat, and especially no smell of chemical like other places that I went to, which is an A plus for me because I don't want to endure the smell for hours during nail session. During my appointment, although the owner knew what to put on for me, he went over his nail plan/design and make sure I am happy with or if I wanted to make any alterations. I posted a 5 star review for Sens when I first went there 6 months ago. I thought it would be my permanent nail salon. Since Danny left my experience has been very disappointing. Eva has been doing my manicure and the edges of my nails have ingrown my skin around my two of my nails and caused me pain. I had to trim the sharp edges myself. A manicure is expected to be a time for relaxation and pampering but it has not been so for the past two visits. The attitude I receive from Eva is rushed and unfriendly, almost confrontational. I will not return to Sens again and will be looking for a kinder, nicer salon where I will enjoy a relaxing manicure. read more
