Try Nancy she's super! I walked with no appointment and I could tell they were short staffed. Yet they still made room for me and were so polite. Since I'm a massage therapist I recognize quality of touch. Nancy touched my feet like they were the most precious new born baby! Lol she was so caring, gentle and professional. She did a great job on my regular pedicure; she has a feather touch and is very thorough. No spaces between the paint and the cuticle! That paint goes all the way to the cuticle and looks clean! Her technique is pro! I liked that they had Deal or No Deal on the TV, and I enjoy the organic, botanical theme of the spa. It was very clean and I love the gem sparkly foot bath bowls. Hidden Gem and fortunately I found this place! Nina and Nancy did a wonderful job with our pedicures today. I was very happy with the results as a 1st time customer not knowing what to expect. Both were very kind and took care of us. I originally wanted an earlier time and it was unavailable. However, Nina called me back and was able to accommodate my scheduled. I am very happy she called me back. The shop is clean and located in a nice area with restaurants if you want to grab a bite to eat after your services. I got the Volcano Pedicure and my hubby just got the basic. The Volcano Pedicure with the Fuji Pearl it's 10/10 and did not disappoint. I was able to doze off and get a nap in during my pedicure. I've been here twice so far. The first time was for my 40th birthday pedi! Went to Vegas and Nina got my toes looking right! The second time, I took my 7 year old daughter here to get her toes done with me. She loves pedi's. Nancy and Nina are the best. Both offer great customer service. This is a nice, clean and accommodating nail place. Under new management though I have nothing to compare as this was my first visit. It's all ladies and they are super nice and attentive. Took myself and my 3 daughters out for a spa day. They have the best spa chairs I've seen. They feel so good and the lady who did my youngest daughter really cleaned her up and paid attention to detail. I appreciate that as a lot of places change you the same as an adult or a small discount and just slap polish on and call it a day. read more

Came in here on a whim for a gel pedicure. I was greeted and taken care of by Nina who did a fabulous job. There are only a couple of nail technicians so I suggest making an appointment. Nina did a great job with me, very meticulous and took her time doing the best job she could. I recommend this location- clean salon and friendly service. It was $50 for a gel pedi which is on the higher end but they really take their time which I really appreciate. read more

It was my first time trying this salon and all I can say is WOW, they were amazing. My cousins best friend scheduled us for four pedicures for her birthday. Our appointment was at 4pm. They called us and said they were running behind and if we could come at 4:30pm. Of course, and we thought it was very nice of them to call and let us know as to not waist our time. When we arrived we had to wait just a little bit as they were cleaning and disinfecting the chairs. There was only 4 ladies working and I'm not sure if that is all that works there, but if it is I can see why they were running behind. They were exceptionally detailed In making sure you had a great experience. They even asked what our names were and referred to us by them. I haven't had a pedicure experience like this before. Usually, they don't bother to get to know you. Every single one of us left there feeling refreshed and relaxed. They did great work and gave very long massages. We were there about 2 hours. That may seem long compared to other 30 minute pedicure turn arounds, but I enjoy a long experience. Highly recommend this place! read more

The technician Nancy that serviced me got the water ready and asked me what temperature I enjoyed for my pedicure, I enjoy it very hot and they delivered. I told Nancy I wanted the hot stone pedicure and it was very nice and relaxing. She also really took her time and worked on my feet and massaged my legs. After having a horrible experience at another local salon, they graciously got us in last minute to fix my daughter's nails. They took us at 6:30pm. They close at 7pm, but stayed until 8:30 making them perfect. 2 hours and the addition of gems later, they tried to only charge us $50... way less than the first salon that did a horrible job (and a full set in a matter of 14 minutes). Needless to say, they were worth way more. The salon is beautiful and clean. Everyone was so sweet and were only worried about making her nails exactly the way she wanted. The person that did my nails took his time to shape them and kept asking me if I like them through every step. My only complaint is that they didn't push my cuticles back and therefore the polish looks very messy around my cuticles. This is the second time I go for French tip and each time I leave upset and unsatisfied. The lady who did my toes only did one coat of white and it looked like I did it myself. I had to ask for a second coat. The hands were so bad. The nail tech did straight lines for the French tip. When I corrected her she got so mad and talked mad shit in her language. She did fixed it but it just looked so bad. She was able to do one hand correctly after my feedback but the left hand just looks so bad. I'm sad that this is the second time I am unsatisfied with my nails. I will not be back and wouldn't recommend anyone who wants nice French tip. read more
