I came in for a simple manicure and pedicure, hoping for a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, my visit did not end that way. My pedicure was a great start--the technician was kind, professional, and did a wonderful job. The issues began when I moved to my manicure with the technician at Table 9. I showed her an inspiration photo and politely asked if she understood the look I was going for. Rather than clarifying, I felt that my questions were met with an unfriendly attitude. She initially selected a color that didn't match the inspiration photo, so I decided to just choose a simple color to make it easy for her. As the manicure progressed, I noticed the polish was being applied unevenly, resulting in a lumpy finish. When I respectfully pointed this out, she looked annoyed and removed the polish to start over, and later on nicked my finger, causing it to bleed. My hand was burning at this point. Another technician then stepped in and finished my manicure in less than 10 minutes. What was especially disappointing was that I spent over two hours at the salon for what should have been a straightforward service, causing me to miss another appointment. I came in expecting a relaxing experience but left feeling frustrated. They ended up charging me the full amount despite sharing my concerns. I would suggest people to avoid booking with the technician at Table 9 in the future. Worst experience. read more

Based on one visit - easy appointment. I called for 2 people : 1 fill and 1 pedicure. As soon as we arrived they took us immediately. FYI they really prioritize appointments. While getting a pedicure 2 of the workers commented how it's best to make an appointment to avoid risk of any waiting as a walk in. Shop is clean and divided by nail side and pedicure side. My niece got a very cute 3d fill that had raised nail art. I went for a pedicure and chose the "Signature", shaped nicely and no over cutting or pain around the cuticle. I can say my cuticles on my nails were probably a bit longer so maybe that was the issue but my toe was cut so bad, he cut just straight skin. Got them done for vacation and has made it extremely painful to walk. Also my toes were not cut or filed evenly and had a flower done but he didn't seem to know how to do it(took multiple tries) and just ended up with all different size dots. Found my new favorite nail salon in Brentwood! I originally booked with Andy after doing some research. He helped me with French nails and a design. The design originally had a small gold bow on it but another worker recommended to change the color to red and the bows turned rectangular. After sitting on it, I decided the design isn't what I wanted and I booked with Amy to fix the design and get a pedicure. I showed her a different design and she absolutely killed it. This place was great! We're traveling from outside of the area and booked our appointments through Yelp. It was so easy to contact the store and communicate about the services we were looking for. They get back to you so quickly. The staff were super accommodating, we arrived for appointments about 30 minutes early and we didn't have to wait very long before getting started. We had three manicures and pedicures, one child. The space was so calm and quiet no loud tvs or a lot of cross talk so I could easily relax. They offer complimentary drinks which is such a nice relaxing touch. The service for my grandmother was gentle and they patiently listened to all her requests. Ok so the first time I had my nails done? Amazing service. I forgot his name! The second time I came on to get a color change. I happened to have the dude who did my nails the first time. GREAT. Welp!! I stand corrected! In less than 2 weeks, every nail lifted and eventually had to be popped off. The lifting was drastic! I should've known when the acrylic container was huge!! Typically, any good quality colored acrylic is stored in much small containers. Now on to the pedi...my toe became inflamed and swollen due to the rough cuticle work. The "smoothness" of my feet literally disappeared by the time I ran a few errands and went home the same day..LOL... I think they offer you mimosas so you can be slightly unaware of how your nails really look! LOL..Needless to say, I won't be back and that's a shame because it is literally minutes away from my home... read more

Went in for appt. with Ly. I asked for squoval nail shape on a new set of nails. It was a horrible experience. She did not know what squoval was apparently (this is a standard shape). She cut and filed my nails so that they looked like dull points. Cut the sides down so that there were none. I was so disappointed. Especially given how much I paid to have them done. The deluxe pedicure service ($55 with regular polish) included a good massage, and the paraffin wax treatment was a nice touch. I chose clear polish since I don't like dealing with gel peeling after a few days looking worse than not painting my toes, and it came out clean and neat.
