She's easy to communicate with, does an awesome job, and I really appreciate that she doesn't try to constantly upsell you on additional services. I can actually sit back, relax, and feel pampered, which is exactly what I want when getting a pedicure! The prices are also very reasonable and don't feel overdone. Another big plus is the location the salon is in a shopping center with other places I already go, including for groceries, so I can get a few errands done at the same time. Great service, fair prices, and a relaxing experience. I've definitely found my new nail spot! Extra note they have their little dog there that usually is very quiet and is always sleeping

Having lived in Brentwood some years ago. I never visited this particular salon. During Black…read moreFriday, I decided that I wanted to treat myself to a pedicure and stopped in here. Previously before walking in there were two other clients being helped once I informed what I wanted. I was seated right away. I was welcomed when I arrived. Was very pleased with the service that I asked for I chose the middle selection for the pedicure spa treatment which was around $50. And a very polite and gentle lady, by the name of Nancy took care of me. My service consisted of, a certain scented scrub for my legs and I like the fact that Nancy was not very rough during that particular stage in order to not cause me to become uncomfortable with the Spa treatment. She was great! I definitely see myself going back here for future services. Thank you, Nancy!

Every time I make an appointment they always have me waiting 30min + with no reason or checking in, for that I have to rate low stars. For me timeliness at a salon is important and if you're going have an appointment system you should do a better job at maintaining it. I think it's a little disrespectful of the customer's time and I won't be coming back.

2 for designs So…read moreI'm going to leave a Yelp and Google review because I'm honestly a little disappointed. I got my nails done by Kayla, and while I love the fact that she can do designs, the quality just isn't there. I paid about $100 for a gel fill with designs, and the very next day the tip of one of my nails cracked and popped off. I went back and she fixed it, but I no longer live in California, so shortly after that I got on a plane and flew back home to another state. Once I got home, I noticed my middle finger was sore and hurting. When I looked closely, I realized there was a crack underneath the nail. Basically, the nails are being done too thin. She does nails fast and the designs are cute, but the quality just isn't there. Now I have to go to a nail shop here in Texas to get them fixed because I'm about to go on a cruise, and I do not want my nail to break or split down the middle, which is extremely painful if you've ever experienced it. Not to mention, my husband got a manicure and pedicure, and I got a pedicure and gel fill as well. He tipped $20 total, which was nice considering multiple people were working on us at the same time. Someone worked on his feet, someone else worked on his hands, Kayla worked on my hands, and another person worked on my feet. When they split the tips, one of the ladies walked past me and sarcastically said, "Thank you for my $5 tip." I thought that was very unprofessional and tacky. Just because several people are assigned to work on us at once does not mean we're expected to tip every single person $10 each. That's absurd. Overall, I'm disappointed because my nails should not be cracking the very next day, especially after paying that much money. At this point, two nails have already cracked, and I don't even know about the rest yet. Unfortunately, next time I'm back home in California, I will not be returning.

After my regular nail salon was closed, I decided to try this salon as a last-minute option. From…read morethe outside, the salon appeared clean and professional, so I was hopeful. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The nail technician was very pushy about what she thought would look best on me instead of listening to what I requested. I normally get a short-to-medium coffin shape because of my job, but she repeatedly insisted that a coffin shape couldn't be done at that length. I've had that shape and length many times before, so this was confusing. I also asked for an ombré design, but the final result looked completely different from what I requested. In hindsight, I should have spoken up, but I was on my way to a wedding and didn't have time to have them redone. The most concerning part was that I developed an infection on my right middle finger afterward. That was extremely disappointing and raises concerns about sanitation practices. Also my nails broke within a few days... Based on my experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon.
