If I could give zero stars I would give zero I literally left VK nails in tears i asked before the lady started my nails can you do ombré pink and white with glitter on one nail with hearts I even showed her pictures she said yes no problem she painted my nails a darker shade of pink and tried to use a makeup sponge to make the tips white that wasn't working for her and it looked terrible so she took the white off I could see she absolutely could not do it so I asked her to do just white hearts at the bottom with glitter my 3 year old would have done a better job. I walked out of VK nails feeling robbed I don't dare get started on the horrible job on simple white tips I asked for on my toes again my 3 year old could have done a better job. Getting a pedicure is one of my most favorite things to do it's always been my way of treating my self . I'm trying a new shop today by my house that i really hoped would work out , due to convince. As soon as I get in the chair I am offered not to look at regular nail polish only gel colors , I politely said no thank you I do not want gel (it costs more) and tell the lady I will be getting the color white . She seems surprised and goes on to offer me the 45.00 pedicure with the salts and scrubs , I kindly declined, she became a little annoyed and offered the massage that doesn't come with the normal pedicure which we all know they usually rub your feet and massage a little in the regular 24.00 one. She then offers me a extra scrub for 5.00 and I again declined, she become so mad at me that she didn't do the normal scrub that comes with the pedicure, she barely massages my feet and clearly is pissed off that I won't pay more than what I am set out to pay 25.00 with a tip . She literally barely rubbed my feet , barely massages my legs and moved on really quickly to paint my nails . I was so unhappy with her service provided as well as very disappointed over all with the experience I just experienced. read more

I came for the first time this Friday and I will say the people are very friendly which I liked and it's a nice atmosphere.The issues are these I got gel polish on my nails Friday and today Saturday one has already come off. My next issue is I expressed I wanted regular polish on my toes and received gel instead after it was already applied which was a extra 10 dollar and this was not what I expressed I wanted. Nonetheless I paid once done after getting home I was able to really look at the French on my toes and it's actually disappointing. Alot of the lines are messy and my toes are sore I've never experienced that after getting a pedicure. I've also never had the electric buffer used either which was new. Her name was Kim. Ended up being very nice. Her added massages here as there were relaxing. I am gonna come here again, their prices are very affordable it's just the wait time. Great service and Michelle gave me exactly what I wanted. I got short purple cats eye stiletto nails with rhinestones and holo polish. I love my nails sharp and she delivered! They're also even. This nail salon has been the only place that does a sharp stiletto and can make them short. Will always be a returning customer here! read more

My tire had a flat & this place was across the street. I figured it would be a nice way to wait. The pedicure was ok, the artwork is super cute but absolutely NO foot massage, even though I paid extra. I've never had a pedi with no massage! The manicure, however is a nightmare! I paid $88 + tip for both. That was June 3rd. Today, June 9th, 1 nail has broken off & 3 are already lifting. I'm going somewhere I trust to fix this mess. I normally don't write bad reviews, but I feel like my experience here wasn't great overall. I was next in line for a walk-in, but they had me move from chair to chair multiple times. The next customer after me was given to the nail tech I was supposed to see because "she was her favorite". They hadn't even asked me if that was okay with me or apologized. They just had me move around. I had a reference photo I wanted to show, but my nail lady only took a glance at it. I wasn't too worried up until the end result. Even after she was done, she got up and left without saying anything. It felt very rushed. I was left waiting to pay for a bit. Not coming again. :( read more
