They kept in contact with me from the time I did my inquiry until I received my drone back. Blindly shipping a drone for repair can be an uneasy feeling. I was given a quote to fix my drone. Since they did not have in their possession they could not give me the exact problem or cost, just an estimate. I had to pay to ship and include a return shipping label, I understand this. I was expecting the drone back a day or two sooner but still very pleased. My drone was gone just over a week and when it returned it was in almost like new condition. If I need to have my drone repaired again I know I will be contacting them again.
