Then he came back and told us that they don't do install. All they do is just deliver and then they come there and set it up for us. I told him that's not acceptable that we have in writing plus he told us in person and in an email and an in writing on the paper and then they decided to just give us back our money and cancel the whole order and then we didn't get the discount for the $4000 on the printer because they screwed around and want to play games with us. I don't recommend this company sales person. Don't know what he's doing the manager of the company Was somewhat polite, but did not wanna acknowledge anything that was in writing that we had and refuse to give us a services so that instead they give us back all of our money. I'm lazy - I had Dr Cell Phone fix my cracked screen - WHAT A STUPID MISTAKE THAT WAS! They aligned the screen incorrectly so that when it was sealed, it was bearing pressure - eventually the screen gave way to a new crack after only a few days. The phone had been cased the whole time and never experienced any sort of impact. Dr. Evil Cell Phone refused to repair or refund - . It was obvious they had no clue what had happened .... Dr Smart Phone knew right away - they were able to clearly see that the crack was a result of a misaligned screen repair. They repaired the cracked screens on 2 of my phones, and the cameras on both phones stopped working…read morewhen they handed them to me. Both cameras worked when I handed them to him to repair, and wasn't working 20-minutes later when he gave them back. He said it would cost $15 each to replace the cameras on the phones to make them operational again. I declined --and that was 3 months ago. Last week the front of the phone fell off because I guess the glue got old in 3-months, and I saw the reason the camera didn't work. There was a bunch of dust on the camera lens. I cleaned the camera lens, then took the phone to be re-glued at a different repair place. My camera now works on that phone. CommCentral was trying to scam me out of $15 on each phone, when all they would've done is wiped away dust --and how did it get dusty? I don't like dealing with shady people, so I'd never let them touch any of my phones again.
