I was assured the damage would be repaired. After almost two (2) weeks and despite repeated calls to the merchant, the damage has not been repaired, nor has a repair been scheduled. Additionally, my safe did not come with the required paperwork (receipt, serial number, combination instructions, warranty, etc.) and the finish was damaged during delivery. While my initial purchase experience was positive, delivery and post-sale customer service is woefully lacking. I hesitated writing a negative review, but feel that since the merchant is unwilling to make this right with me, I am left with no other choice. I also intend to explore all legal remedies available to me. In good conscience, I am unable to favorably recommend this merchant as they simply do not respect me as a consumer by taking ownership of their mistakes.
