Do NOT use this company. I lost the key to my truck and asked them to come out and make a new key. Their tech James arrived and started work. He bricked my truck so it would not start with any key. He then put into the "on" position and left for a couple hours. This fried my battery. In the meantime I searched hard and found my key in an old jacket, so I told him let's try it. It did not work, because he already completed fried the system. He then packed up his van, told me "I cannot fix it, sorry" and told me to talk to his boss and left me with a unworking truck. I had to spend $500 to get it towed to the dealer and they fixed it. The owner went back and forth me for 3 weeks and would not take any responsibility. I had to buy a new battery as well. WHAT A JOKE. Check them out. Their Business is registered to a "Petra Strobl" in Unita UT and the address is a TRAILER PARK, not in Orem. They also do not have a business license in Orem where they say they are at on their website. They say "licensed, bonded and insured" which is clearly not the case. read more

I am really disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication from Mr. Key Lock Smith. They replaced my ignition and my technician said if I had any problems, I had a 90 day guarantee. Needless to say, I did notice a problem but was told I would be charged a fee. No attempt to remedy the situation was made and was told to call back if I wanted to pay the service fee. Therefore, the service I paid $500 for ended up being incomplete and they refused to fix their error. Would not recommend to any one who is not willing to pay again and again to fix their car. read more

I had a great experience with this company, I needed a spare key as my used car only came with one, through the dealership my key would've costed an arm and a leg and other companies were high priced as well since my key requires a chip. Mr key locksmith made me a spare for a reasonable, fair price that beat the others significantly and they were super friendly and helpful in the meantime. They even came to my house to replace my key! I would recommend this company to others. read more

We were told by this company that they could come and unlock our car last night for $79. We were told a technician would be calling and would be there once they finished the job they were at. They never called/showed-up. When I called this morning they said they'd come and open it. They showed up an hour and 45 minutes later, and charged us $108. I have called to get a refund on the amount that was over-charged, and have been hung-up on twice. read more

Worst company - did not show up for scheduled appt. Technician called and said he would make it the next AM. Did not call show up and has not returned phone calls or text messages. Glad someone was not stranded on side of the road! Called another company showed up in 30 minutes! read more

I was locked out of my car and they arrived quickly and only charged what I was quoted which was $64. Happy with their service, actually called a different locksmith first which quoted lower than this and then tried to get me to pay $160 when they showed up so I am happy that they were honest. read more
