I purchased the safe and I never opened it upon arrival ( my fault, I was in the middle of a move ) when I finally got around to it the batteries were dead and I was unable to open the safe. I purchased the tac magnets. I placed them in my truck center console to hold a compact 9mm and one to hold a 15 round clip. They have been in place for about 2 months and the tape has failed. The magnets keep falling off the location they are mounted and when I reached out to 2A4life,I was told there is only a30 day warranty. So I'm on my own. I will not but another thing from them. The 30 day warranty shows that they know the product is going to fail after 30 days. The magnets are fine, the tape sucks. They suggested I use screws to mount the magnets. I'm not putting holes in my truck to make up for their inadequacy. Buyer beware. They are quick to take your money but do not back the product. All I asked for was more of the tape. read more

Their business flow is very time wasting on returns. We as consumers want to return things in a week of receiving. They would be faster if they accepted phone calls. They are so far behind in their emails. They won't accept a package returned even with the original packaging that has the Order number on it. "Left on a porch" usps stated. Then, instead of giving an RMA# & return address, when you fill out their return form you get in their email of course, you have to answer more questions! Pretty sure they want to frustrate the hell out of a person so that we just give up returning the item. Only emailing for contact is inefficient as well. In their video all the parts are in bags however ours was already bolted together and e are unable to install the mount since it is already clipped onto the safe. Safe Swindle! TL;DR - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I went to their site to buy one of their fingerprint opened safes and was prompted immediately to pay by PayPal. So, I paid by PayPal and was given no options. Then it returned me to another page that said I had to pay again (which was clearly a bait and switch tactic), so I thought - oh I must have made an error in my payment, let me pay again. So, I did so and they asked me if I wanted another safe for half price and I SPECIFICALLY unchecked the box. The order went through, but when it came I still got two safes. I contacted their customer service back and forth and they refused to allow me to return it citing their "no money back guarantee" clause, even though the item was brand new in the box and had never been opened. I eventually opened a complaint with the Utah BBB and it went nowhere too. So, I've contacted my state's attorney general, the Utah Attorney General, RipOffReport & MyWOT. If you go on the BBB site for this page you will see TONS of poor customer reviews, as well as on RipOffReport. Do not buy anything from 2A4Life! They do not back their products. I purchased a complete flag pole kit and the pole has bent in the wind only after about 3 months of use. I went through the whole process of providing videos and pictures on the website warranty claim. They emailed me asking that I send more pics and video via email which I did twice. They continue to ask me to take more pictures or videos. I believe this company is a sham and they want to wear you down so u give up jumping through hoops to get your money back or new product replacement. I am done trying to deal with them.
