I asked the massage therapist if he could increase the pressure 5 times, and he was really nice but was not able to go much deeper than a gentle rub. Kenia is an indescribable talent. I have had massages all my life, and she is is more of a body mechanic wizard. She asks questions, listens, and has such a command of systems and anatomy that she delivers relaxation, recovery, release, or whatever you need - and it is always exactly what you need. I chose this place because it was really easy to book an appointment (online booking + great availability), and will continue going back because of the great massages I've gotten! I typically like deep tissue, and pressure from both therapists I've gone to was perfect. Note, they're a little different than other places--you can do either neck and shoulders OR legs and lower back in one 60-minute massage. To do full-body, you have to book 90 minutes. But, considering I hold most of my tension in the neck and shoulders, having a full 60 minutes dedicated to it was perfect. I've also been very pleased with their cleaning and distancing policies. The front door is locked until they're ready for your appointment, and the therapist regularly washes their hands and keeps the mask on during the session. read more

I had a serious kink in my neck I had been battling for a few days and finally after not being able to rotate my head fully to the left and having enough added pressure on some part of my body that resulted in an ever present headache, I decided to go have it kneaded out. This massage joint was walkable from my apt, had an appointment available within an hour of when I was looking on a Thursday morning, and offered $5 off when you check-in on Yelp. I arrived, filled out some paperwork, and Ryhs took me back to the massage room. I told him my specific areas of concern and he went to town on them. Focused on the places on my back and neck that could use the added attention. I appreciate a heavy hand when it comes to massage, so even though I winced, I loved every minute of it. I only did a 30-minute massage, which was all I really needed and I'm glad they offer that increment of time. She has superb knowledge of trigger point therapy & anatomy overall, addressed all my concerns and made sure the massage bed was comfy and warm for my appointment. Great conversation, excellent pressure where needed and I walked out with ZERO pain & pretty much instant increased range of motion. COVID precautions were on point - checked temps, surfaces were cleaned and masks in place. Making the appointment online was crazy easy. I wanted to make sure that my friend and I could get services at the same time, so I called to leave a message and 2 seconds after I hung up, I received a text message and email with updated appointment times for BOTH of us. The massage I received was decent, not the best and not the worst. The woman working there was accommodating as I was 15 minutes late due to bumper to bumper traffic. I will give them a nod for accommodating me with that. This place is super close to the main highway downtown. I'm really surprised I did not see any air filters in the reception or massage rooms. I feel bad for the people that have to work there day in and day out, because of indoor air pollution. You guys need to add air filters to all of the rooms, there is no excuse.
