Communication was excellent, and the scheduling process was clear and easy from start to finish. The facilities were clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Located a few doors down near the Apple Store is an incredible Spa location. The staff was wonderful and personable. They really make you feel welcome as you are coming through the doors. Whether you feel comfortable with a man or a woman shouldn't matter. David has a gift to grind away those knots and aches that show up every day. I highly recommend the 90 minute massage. I have been twice and both experiences were great. The staff are friendly and professional, and they are detail-oriented in your problem spots. Came in here with my sister as a walk-in and we were immediately greeted and brought back. All the staff we encountered were very kind. We did a couples massage that came with oil and a hot stone massage. The atmosphere of the room we were in was so peaceful. The lights were dim and there was music playing but it was calm and soft. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing the deep tissue massage was. The massage therapists were incredible! I will start by saying that my husband scheduled us for a couples massage here as a surprise gift. I am not sure I would have elected to go here on my own. When you step inside, there is a tiny waiting area where you fill out a form of what you would like done, where to not to touch, and where you are tense. We both got deep tissue massages. I have been to many different massage places before, and I have never had such a bad experience. Let's start with the room: The beds are uncomfortable to lie on for an hour and a half, with little cushion, no heating mechanism, and a very, very thin sheet laid over you. Like so thin you can see through it. The cushion for your face is just a raised cushion set on top of the bed, which is extremely uncomfortable when they are digging into your neck at a weird angle. Hard to breathe through the cushion, and there is not even an aromatherapy in the room. The music was at a moderate volume, and the walls are so thin you can still hear people laughing outside as well as the washer/dryer in the next room. Not very relaxing. The techniques: I am not a masseuse, so I will not speak to what is accurate, as I have no training. My experience as a customer at very well-known spas speaks to some of what I would expect coming to Oasis. My masseuse did not introduce herself by name when she came in, and did not ask me any questions before beginning. She did ask a few times if the pressure was okay, and knowing it was a deep tissue massage, I breathed through it, only telling her one time that it was too intense. Where my issue lies is that in every massage I have ever had, they give you a sense of decency. If they are working on your leg and into the glute, they make sure to tuck the blankets well so you feel safe and comfortable. If they are working on your back, the blanket stays covering your glutes. There was none of that at Oasis. At one point in time, I could feel the thin sheet between both of my legs, back exposed, questioning how much of myself was showing. They pick up your limbs and stretch/move them all around (I'm talking pushing your knee into your chest, pushing your leg cross-lateral of your body, and popping your back, techniques I do not feel comfortable with a masseuse I have just met and don't even know the name of). At one point, I could feel the masseuse get onto the table with her knee between my legs as she was working on my back. When it was time to turn from the prone position to supine, she literally lifted the entire thin sheet off my naked body, holding it up on the other side, waiting for me to turn around. Never in any massage have I been this exposed and uncomfortable. I have never been so tense during a massage, and I have never left feeling so violated. If you have gone to reputable massage spas before, you will not like it here. read more

Lisa did my massage and it was amazing. I always get massages so I'm pretty picky with them. Her energy felt so calming and every touch was so mindful and gentle. She applied pressure at the right places and ensured to release the pressure at the right time to not cause pain. They also played the spirited away theme song during my massage so that def added 10 more points lol the bed could've been a little softer though but other than that, my massage was perfect. Enjoyed a great couples massage at Oasis Spa. The check in experience was easy. The only issue was the front desk assistant had a language barrier but she was very friendly. The building did have a weird smell upon walking in and the massage room had a hint of staleness. We were expecting more of an aromatic smell considering it's supposed to be a relaxing experience. We also had to fill out a digital application that asked if there are any areas you'd like the massage therapist to avoid. I had a specific area noted on that form. Upon getting the massage, the therapist massaged my avoidance area which for me was painful. I asked him to just avoid that area. Throughout the duration he massages that area again and I quickly asked him to avoid it. He quickly adjusted and was apologetic. I mention this to gain awareness on how important it is to read that digital application for your customers. The rest of the massage was good especially the hot stones. My therapist ignored my paperwork, asking not to touch my feet. I left bleeding because the therapist wiped my feet with a rough towel and opened a cut that I had, which is why I asked to avoid the feet. The face pillows were super uncomfortable and I had trouble breathing because there wasn't a prominent air hole in the face rest, as it was not a proper fit of the pillowcase.
