I especially appreciated Carlos, who continually offered his opinion on the best functional approach, even if it meant additional work for his team. Their pricing was fair, and Aldo went above and beyond to work continually with my insurance company to help us get the maximum reimbursement. They have a highly competent team of specialists, including their meticulous and fast painter as well as a very skilled tile specialist. People rarely say, "I hired a good contractor", but I say it confidently regarding ACN. Many thanks, Aldo!

He did a great job installing the tile, and even went above and beyond when some floor tile needed to be removed from one area and added to another area to accommodate a vanity with less depth than the previous one. Installing all the new bathroom components, including a new toilet, vanity, tub, shower hardware and light figure were all done to perfection. Gabriel was very professional, clean and neat, stuck to the budget, and provided all receipts for the out of pocket items he purchased. As well, he was great at working with me to help make decisions when I wasn't sure what to do on certain things. I would definitely look to hire him again for future projects, and definitely recommend him for your home improvement project, especially if new tile is a part of it.

They also went above and beyond at the end. When the adjoining dining room needed some paint and trim work to tie everything together, they took care of it on their own because they wanted the finished result to be right. He and his team were very professional and everything was completed to our expectations and in some cases beyond. Chuck did a great job of always checking to make sure things were done the right way and if he thought it wasn't good enough he made sure it got done to his standards. He is without a doubt the best contractor I've ever worked with. As far as budget and timeline goes the only things that went over budget were things that we decided to change or upgrade. The timeline also went as expected. Before they even started they gave us an estimate but also told to expect some delays. We expected it to be done by the end of the summer and it was. I then received the attached response offering a completely different explanation than before. Rather than acting with integrity, the business elected to tell a lie, as the project was likely not lucrative enough for them. I made no reference to my budget, but the business assumed I would not be interested in paying their prices. I would like to offer a two-star rating, though, as the communication was quite prompt.

We first hired him back when he was known as "Steve Beam Handyman," and it's been amazing to see him grow and expand his services with the launch of Denver Remodels Inc. Over the years, Steve and his team have tackled everything from small repairs (like anchoring heavy drapery hardware into our finicky plaster walls) to major renovations (like restoring the exterior of our 1908 Craftsman). One of our favorite projects was transforming our mudroom by removing a wall and building a custom breakfast nook. This was a complex project, but Steve's expertise and creativity shone through. He even suggested a design element in the booth walls that perfectly complemented the Craftsman lines of our home - it's those little details that make a huge difference. What we think truly sets Steve apart is his incredible craftsmanship, creativity, and his consultative approach.
