The best part was there was not a lot of residual oil on the pizza. The service after the appetizer was really rough. The server was friendly but it took over an hour to get our food order. They are always busy but the wait was a bit excessive. It gets really crowded which is good for the restaurant, make sure to make reservations if you want to try it out.

Unfortunately, the service didn't improve from there. I ordered the meatballs, and they had to be sent back twice. The first time they came out cold. The second time they came back mushy that they were inedible. After the second attempt, I asked to have the meatballs removed from the bill since I never received an acceptable dish. Instead of trying to make it right, the bartender told me they would not remove them from the check. Everyone can have an off night, but what really left a bad impression was the lack of customer service and unwillingness to correct the problem. For the amount we spent, I expected much better food, service, and a willingness to stand behind what was served.
