If you're a fan of under-seasoned deviled eggs, jalapeño poppers that have the texture of milk soaked Melba toast, to-go orders that require a full inspection before you leave the parking lot, and entrées like jackfruit and brisket that somehow forgot to bring the flavor, this might be your spot. Pro tip: pack your own Himalayan pink salt; it's the only reliable way to wake the food up. We've given them three chances to prove us wrong over the last three years. For the life of me I simply cannot understand the positive reviews. My only takeaway is the median age around here is likely sixty something. This is Golden Coral and Luby's style buffet looking grayish BBQ and blanched veggies from the early 90s. Not cool. Oh wait. Now I understand who is leaving these five star reviews. The 65+ cohort. The owner must be that renown chef from our local Brookdale Senior Living facility. Guy and Hunter Fieri wouldn't touch this dive with a ten foot pole. Just say no and drive thru to the In and Out across the street. At least they have ketchup to spice the meat up. Lordy. Arby's in Oracle would be a better choice. There's a chevron down the street too.

My Cali Squeeze beer! I may have had a drink or two....

1st time here and it did not disappoint. I had a pulled pork sandwich with cold slaw and sweet potato fries! Wanted to take a pic, but completely forgot! our waitress, Maddy, was awesome. Came with water, checked on us several times. The place has all kinds of different sayings and art to look at. My husband had a 3 meat meal with beans and green chile corn bread. My highlight was the "Cali Squeeze" beer on tap! I LOVED it! Blood orange sweetness and tangy. If you like Blue Moon, this takes it up several notches! We highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner!

We went back here just two days later with a small group of bikers. We had green chili that was quite tasty but the burnt ends were really a hit. Service was great today even with a table of six.

Great server. Fun signs. Good food. Wisconsin cheese curds were delicious. I'm not a fan of pretzel buns, BUT I was pleasantly surprised--it was delicious and the best pretzel buns I've eaten.

It had been a while since I ate at Fork & Fire. The place was quite busy on a Sunday night. I got the 3 Meat Combo. Brisket was very flavorful, juicy and tender, the sausage was juicy on the inside with a real snap to the casing. The ribs were "fall-off-the-bone" tender. I liked the personal brush for the sauce. The cornbread had a real kick to it. As the setting sun came through the windows, our server watched to see if it was in a guest's eyes, and skillfully moved the plants around to shield them.

Very nice & beautiful place. Easy parking. Delicious food. Friendly & awesome service. I like the pork rinds, corn bread & coleslaw.

I was in the complex for an event and stopped in to use a coupon and grab a small dinner to go. I went with the Colorado Style Green Chili and it was so filling and delicious. The guy at the front that helped me recommended it. He put my order in and went back and packaged it up. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Great service and chili. They were out of brisket tonight so it may be worth calling ahead if you're hoping for a certain meat. I'll be back to try more items!

Went here for an event in the party room. The waitstaff was attentive for a large group and they provided good customer service! The ahi tuna salad was really good and my partner enjoyed the 3-meat combo entree. The restaurant has a bar, indoor tables, and an outdoor patio seating area.

We ate at Fork & Fire Oro Valley on Saturday. The place is clean and comfortable with good service. The prices are somewhat on the high side but the food is really good. I had the sliced brisket plate and my wife had the smoked pork sandwich.

    Box horrible sandwich came in.

The food is HORRIBLE! Got a take out brisket sandwich that was full of FAT. THEY cube the brisket to put on a pretzel bun and without a doubt it was inedible! Wait over 20 minutes for sandwich to be made and split it with my wife, and neither of us could eat it because of so much fat and gristle. Ended up feeding it to the dog. Do yourself a big favor and move on down there road as this place is no good!!!

Fork & Fire is lit. Early evening saw us drop into one of Emily's parents favorite places to eat. That's Fork & Fire. They said they love the food and the bartenders are great. It was time for Emily and I to put that to the test. We walked in and their favorite bartender was working and promptly seated us. First up were drinks. The first one I ordered just ran out so, instead of ordering something the bartender suggested, I picked out something that I thought sounded just as good. Turns out, it was just okay and then when it came time for a second round, I took the bartender up on her suggestion and profusely apologized for not listening to her first. It was much tastier and closer to what I was looking for. When it came time to order food, we got the fried cheese curds as an appetizer (or were the beers the appetizer?) and the garlic Parmesan dipping sauce it came with was absolutely freaking amazing. The cheese curds were good but that dipping sauce knocked them out of the park. I'm still thinking about it a week later. We all pretty much ordered the Fork & Fire Burger. Maybe it's just a Fork & Fire thing but you can only order it in Rare, Medium, or Well Done. As a Medium Rare kind of person, this was a bit of a miss but when the burger came out, it pretty much was closer to Medium Rare than Medium and that made me happy. It did seem like everyone's burger was some variation of MR to M. Dave was the only one to order something else and that was the Brisket French Dip. It didn't take long for the food to come out since it was pretty quiet in the restaurant at the time we were there. Once the food came out, we all dug in real quick and Emily and I found out even quicker why her parents love this place. The burger was really good and really messy. I got mine with a side of french fries and those french fries were the best thing ever. I don't remember all the fine nuances of the burger due to the two beers on an empty stomach but I do remember enjoying every bite of it. Emily's parents really do know all the best food places around Oro Valley. The price is a bit high but the quality and taste are, in my opinion, the best I had in Arizona on this trip. Stick a fork in me, I'm stuffed.

The ravioli was so flavorful (maybe a tiny bit too much cream sauce on the plate) - it was delicious. The fish came out crispy and perfectly battered, and flaky and moist inside. Our waiter was kind, but the service was a bit inconsistent throughout the meal. The outdoor seating is a nice option, especially on a beautiful evening, though the cushions could definitely use some refreshing and cleaning. Now, food-wise, it was a mixed experience. My husband ordered the Baja Shrimp Sandwich, which felt more like an appetizer than a full entrée. I had a salad with added salmon--it was fresh and well-prepared, and the salmon itself was cooked perfectly, but the portion of salmon was tiny and didn't feel worth the added cost. My teenager enjoyed the Early Riser burger with a side salad. The truffle fries were solid, but the side salad felt overpriced for what it was. Overall, the experience just didn't quite match the price point. I really wanted to like it more, and it's honestly surprising to me that, with the same ownership as Graze, the experience felt so different.

We decided to Doordash this place and went Baja Beach Chicken. Grilled chicken breast seasoned well with Pico de gallo and avocado. It comes with lettuce, tomato, and raw red onions. I ditched all of those. It would have made more sense for caramelized onions or an option to add grilled mushrooms. There wasn't any sauce either with it (which was a missed opportunity ). Hence, minus a star. I added some Siracha from Chik Filet, which resolved it. I chose the wavy fries that were warm, but that's due to Doordash. Still tasty. They come with the meal. If you want seasoned fries that the spouse got, it costs extra. Should be an either or or option, but I don't own the place. She had the Baja chicken and really liked it. Her only issue wasthatthe bottom bun was gushy due to the double D and all those ingredients on it. There is definitely a need to eat there. Still, I was really surprised by how good it was overall.

But.....today at Chili's on Oracle, I had one of the best overall restaurant experiences I've ever had in Tucson. I mean that. Our server, Grace was pretty flipping amazing. She was attentive, nice, and knowledgeable. Very very personable and I watched her keeping an eye on everyone in her section. At no point did I feel like I was missing anything or needed her. She was just always there. That said, the operational flow of this resturant was top notch. Nobody was overworked, nobody doing too much. Everybody had an area and tasks and they got done. At the end, Grace gave us giant bags of chips and salsa to go and even offer take home sodas. She was incredible. I will say, there was a bit of miscommunication on my girlfriend's drink choice.
