It's been about a week since the installation, and the cabin stays noticeably cooler while maintaining a clear view through the windshield. The pricing was fair and the installation appears to have been done professionally. The shop could benefit from better signage since it wasn't immediately obvious where I needed to go. Oil on the driveway. Ugh…read more Called some friends to get a recommendation for a local shop. One said that Scott from Sunland was the guy. We had the car towed over (2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid), and they diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately, the tech made a small mistake and once we got the car home, there was more oil on the driveway and a check engine light. Ugh, again. So we called back to Scott to see what he wanted us to do. We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and issues arise. How a business owner handles those issues are the difference between good businesses and great ones. This is a great one. Scott was MUCH more upset than we were! He got us back in same day and fixed the issue at no charge! (We should have paid for a necessary part, but he would not charge us.) With everything so expensive these days, and everyone trying to stretch a buck, it's hard to know if you're leaving your car with someone who cares about it as much as you do. Scott does. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!

My son decided to remove the wrap, which came off easy in the Phoenix heat. What he did not anticipate is the amount of work it would take to remove the adhesive. We searched Yelp for auto detailing in Phoenix and only one company stood out, AZ#1 Mobile Detail. We called Joel and he was willing to look at the project. The adhesive needed to be removed sooner than later and it was going to take a few days to get the desired end result. Even though it was a big job, Joel went above and beyond customer service and spend over three days to remove the adhesive, polish and added a ceramic coating to the entire vehicle. The vehicle looks amazing. Picture 3 & 4 (milk gray). We are so glad we hire Joel for this job. Thank you Joel for an amazing job and going above and beyond. Great customer service is hard to find.

This coating is expected to last years with proper care and maintenance. The car looks amazing. We could not be any happier. The car was done in the shop in Tempe. He also did a standard interior detailing with exterior wash and wax on our 2017 Chevy Colorado. The truck looks like new both inside and out. Great job! Brought my truck in for tint all around and the sun roof. Dropped off at 8am was told they would…read morestart on it "right now" 9:30am they brought it around and washed it for some reason. Eventually it was 12:30 and they wrapped up. 3 days later i called because all of the windows had dirt under the tint but i just wanted the pass front window and windshield re-done because those were terrible. Again i took a day off work, dropped off at 8am. They started on the truck at 3pm. I know this because i showed up and walked in. Turns out they tinted it with the wrong tint. So they fixed it again.... Still a glob of adhesive (I'm guessing from the tint) and a bunch of highly visible dirt in the windshield and side window. Im giving up on this place as they honestly just don't care about other peoples cars even after paying $750 for a pickup truck to be tinted with their "tier 1 ceramic tint". When my windshield eventually cracks. I'll have another glass shop replace the glass and tint the windshield correctly. My wife tool a risk and had her $30k 2025 pilot done here a few weeks after my issues. They completed her entire car in 1.5hrs somehow with zero issues. But mine took 1.5 days on two separate occasions and 2 (technically 3) attempts and it's still not right in my $92k truck.
