I was pretty impressed, I turned wrenches for 45 years plus and my back is shot so I couldn't do the repair I needed to on my own vehicle, gave these guys a call they picked up my truck took it to the facility where they do their repairs and had it back to me in a few hours for what was a fair price I wouldn't say inexpensive but a good job done clean for a fair price. This guy is a Superman in my book! My wife and three small children were in Phoenix at the great Wolf Lodge. I can't recommend Desi highly enough. I previously had an old car with the problems that brings. I first met Desi last year when my brakes were having major problems. I was on an 80 hour a week schedule with 1 day off a week. Desi came to my workplace the same day I called him and fixed my brakes for a really reasonable price. The next time I called him was the first time I left the house without my newborn baby - of course my car broke down again. Again Desi came within 24 hours of being called, gave me multiple options to fix my car and actually recommended the cheaper one. A few months later someone drove into me and totalled my car (probably good timing to get a new one!) I'm on a limited budget and the baby is now 3 months old. Desi inspected 2 cars for me and identified a problem with the first that I would not have picked up. He then identified a good car for me and went to check it out before I even had finished work that day (I had to go back at 6 weeks). He did a full inspection on the car and negotiated a lower price than quoted. As someone who knows nothing about cars and i=has had some terrible experiences with car dealers and mechanics I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Desi's service. We recently helped my Mom sell her older vehicle to a friends son. We thought it was in fantastic shape as my Mother took excellent care of her vehicle and did every check up required (even when not necessary). Come to find out, my Mom and Dad used a place that consistently took advantage of them. Desi not only helped fix any problem the car had, but went above and beyond telling my friend to go back to the place the work had been done, because it was still under warranty, instead of taking her money and fixing it himself. After the place "fixed" it, the car still continued to have issues where Desi told them they installed used parts and didn't install correctly. He ended up fixing EVERYTHING!!! Desi is great and I highly recommend him. My car wouldn't start so it was impossible for me to take it into an auto shop to have it fixed. Since Desi is mobile and comes to you, this was the perfect solution for me. It turns out it was just a misaligned neutral safety switch so he didn't to make any repairs. He was honest and fair and didn't charge me anything for his time to come out. I really need my front alignment done but instead of taking it in to a shop now, I'm going to have Desi do it.
