This place was recommended from the insurance company! I came in for a door repair because someone backed in to my truck. After the repair you can see all the bonding they used to repair the damage. I brought it up to their attention and the blamed me saying it was previous damage. After the second attempt they repaired the bonding but the paint color was off. I wouldn't recommend this place because of the quality of work and customer service. read more

Not all of the repairs on my car were completed, and when I brought these issues to the shop's attention, they showed no concern at all. I strongly advise against bringing your vehicle here. Don't recommend this place especially with the rude arrogant attendant Armando. This body shop "repaired" a family member's van for attempted theft where the thief's cute the wires from the steering wheel column, State Farm had it sent to this body shop where armando was rude, arrogant, lied about dash lights turned off and diagnosed, because when we picked up the van and started it up in front of Armando the dash lights were on and told us he was gonna send the electrician to the house to look at the van. Turns out that due to the attempted theft, and wires arcing the abs module got damaged and according to Armando he says that it needs to go to a dealership to have it looked at because they don't do diagnostics. Then why did State Farm have the vehicle "fixed" there if they don't do diagnostics. Long story short stay away from this body shop they'll tell you that they are doing you a favor, but that's their job to properly fix stuff. I will be contacting the better business bureau and the California licensing department. I tried to speak to the GM who just transferred me to Armando instead of trying to fix the issue. This body shoo is a scam stay sway. They don't value People safety and Security. read more

When I brought it up to the staff I was told they would look into it and get back to me. I didn't hear anything back so I went in person to speak with the manager. Ok soooo I have no idea what these other Progressive customers are talking about when it comes to levels of customer service here: My estimate didn't take long, everyone I communicated with (from the garage to the office) was genuinely helpful, and no one was rude or condescending to me. Nayanna even went above and beyond to explain how the intricacies of estimates and repairs work by providing similar examples and her own expertise, and that helped me further understand what my next steps would be and how to best approach them. She didn't have to, but she did. For someone with anxiety like mine after dealing with the circus of a car accident I had, that kind of care should not go unnoticed! I was involved in a hit and run incident (someone hit me, and took off) and was recommended by my insurance company, Progressive, for this location. Everything was extremely easy. Before dropping my vehicle off I had read reviews about them taking forever, and it not being on time for other people with the same insurance company. Mind you, auto body work isn't easy as is, and they have multiple vehicles at a time trying to get everything out as quickly, and efficiently as possible. It was super easy from start to finish. Diana who originally helped me out was very detailed, and I was told it could take up to two weeks due to damage on majority of my passenger side. They did everything in one week, and three days. They even cleaned the entire inside of my vehicle which I appreciate as well. They maintained contact; they kept me updated, and more importantly they helped me out tremendously. I 1000000/10 would recommend this location. I'll post before, and after photos as well. This is hands down the worst body shop I have ever been to. Albert, the front desk guy is a complete douchebag. My car was a progressive claim. Progressive recommended the shop stating that it would have a quick repair and guaranteed work.. Let me tell you, people. It has been 45 days since I dropped my car off and these people still haven't completed my car. The entire establishment is a joke. Keep in mind that I used to work at am autobody repair shop. It does not take this long for the amount of work that the car needed. Disorganization and Incompetence is the reason for this. Improper systems are in place and it seems like progressive continues to cover for them. They repeatedly have bad reviews and it's not coincidence. They need to lose their progressive contract cos it sheds a bad light on both progressive and them. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Communication is also another department they lack in. Like many other reviews here I too have Progressive insurance,(seems to be a correlation between bad reviews and progressive) My car was stolen December of last year and progressive recommended this shop. In order to save time and not have any issues with repairs later down the line I thought it would be the best idea to have it fixed there. At first you walk in to the shop and see all these classic cars some even behind glass walls giving you the illusion that they know how to actually do body work....anyway I pick up my car they replaced the front bumper cover because the stock one had been repaired some time before and they decided it would be best to replace it all together. I thought well that makes sense, I pick up my car and notice the color is slightly off but I thought I was being too picky if I had said something, they did say they would blend the color so it would match to my fenders which obviously was not done. I am pretty sure they don't know how...anyway fast forward about 5 months (July) and I start to notice the edges of the whole bumper and some flat spots were wrinkling and looking dull. I thought maybe it was something I did but what a coincidence it is only the front bumper. I took pictures sent them to progressive they tell me to come back to the shop I get there a guy comes out and says right away "oh yeah you can see it right away the clear had some sort of reaction" he goes inside comes out 10 minutes later says "we're going to go ahead and have it fixed". I get a call later the day i drop it off and they are questioning me asking if i did anything to it. i said the only thing i removed was the bow tie (emblem) off the grille you guys re used. The progressive lady that works there later called me and said it looks like there is some "movement" of the front grille and "previous damage" i said of course there is you guys re used the original grille that wasn't changed. also this emblem i removed takes about ten seconds to remove and put on, it doesn't require you to remove the bumper or anything of the sort. She tells me they're going to look at it...a whole WEEK passes by she calls me and basically accusing me that the paint doesn't match and the clear coat is failing. They think that I hit something and had it repainted and I'm taking it back to them...I mean how dumb would I be? and why would I try and scam my insurance? So summary: -shop gives the illusion of doing good body work. -shop does not take responsibility for their work. -shop blames the customer -shop probably works very close with the corrupt progressive insurance lady, puppeteering her. -doesn't know how to properly paint match/blend paint. read more
