I bought two pairs from this company - one a year ago and one over a week ago. Clearly, returning business person. The pair I bought a week ago was shipped via UPS. That pair was stolen from my doorstep as soon as it arrived. filed a claim with UPS and a police report. Filed a claim with my insurance. No one took responsibility. Contacted Footprint explaining the situation and they said they wont provide a pair to replace the stolen one. This is what all businesses do. The Sales Associate Manager, Cindy was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. She helped my partner find the perfect fit and color. I also bought a pair of Hoka's Skyward and a pair of UGGs Tazz II. Cindy double checked and confirmed the sizes and colors. I thought I was a size 8.5 but I was a 9! i was trying to get some new blundstones in a very specific style before flying out for a walking heavy trip. literally no where had them, and the blundstones site wouldnt have shipped them out fast enough. but i stumbled across footprint and not only did they have them, but got them to me in 3 business days. blundstone wouldn't of even had them shipped in a 5-7 business days. arriving potentially right or after i left. the shoes are in great condition, and footprint is a certified bluestone seller. the service was very sweet, constant updates and care. the shoes weren't upmarked either, the same price as blundstone website. 10/10 will be supporting this amazing local business in the future read more

I went there on Saturday Oct 4, 2025 , I knew what shoes I was looking for, gave them the names of the Dansko shoes I wanted to buy, they , the woman showed me the Men's section, when I specifically told her that I wanted the Breanna Dansko Clogs, I had a pair of Dansko shoes on , finally she showed me the women's section, and then told me she did not have the Shoe, when indeed she did on the top shelf ... And then another sales person comes over , and says that they only have size 39 as a maximum shoe size, as I wear a 41, which is only 9.5US , they said they never order shoes higher than size 39...which is 8.5US, I thought that odd, that they were limiting there selection of shoes to a certain size person...I asked them if they would order the Shoes in my size, and they said no.....I will now call Dansko , and let them no that this store has no business being Distributor for them, they lost over Three Hundred dollars with me..... read more
