They were really delicious and I was addicted to them. Eventually, they changed the formula of the sub and it wasn't as tasty as it was so I stop eating here. Fast forward a few months ago I decide to stop in again and see what the subs were like again and I was surprised that they went back to their old formula, they were back delicious. Now I stop by at least 3 times or more a month for a sub. They are affordable too, no more than $8 for a whole sub and most times they are having a sale on whole subs for $4.99. The employees work really fast to get you in and out the door. They are very friendly as well. Sometimes they are swamped with customers which is usually around lunchtime, but the employees handle the line swiftly. I haven't been to any other sub stop in town lately but this one. They have other delicious items at the deli such as chicken and chicken tenders, which are great as well. I'm normally focused on the subs though. I can always counted on a great sub anytime I stop in to get one no matter which employee is making it.

I found some nice sale items, but the labeling was also confusing, purposefully so I take it as a lot of extra tags indicating trivial details made items look like they were on sale when they weren't. Having said all this, the selection was average, and it is the closest grocery store to downtown Augusta, but there were just so many customer experience issues. Some of which could realistically be fixed if the management wanted to.
