This company was great for the first year we used them. We have 2 special needs cats who require a…read morelittle extra mgmt (ea. have 1 eye and require to be kept in individual "zones" in our home). We relied on EP services and would leave detailed notes to remind them of the cats' needs and dietary/medical requirements. Generally, the team at EP did a great job and were a trusted service provider. Recently they changed their billing policies, we had previously used VenMo and they switched to requiring a CC, which is fine, we always paid our invoices and we're in good standing. After a recent trip, we had Qs regarding their new billing policies, these Qs remained unanswered despite numerous attempts to contact them. We received a response from the EP team that they would reply shortly - they never did. We then found late fees auto-charged to our CC due to not paying the invoices within the terms, however, we had held payment due to our queries not being answered over the course of weeks, despite them saying they would respond. The EP mgmt team, when reminded and informed of our Qs, and subsequent dissatisfaction w/ the late fees, was extremely unproffesional and rude to my partner, and said our account was closed and they would not continue service. They also implied we were high maintenance when we had called after hours, while we were out of state, asking if someone could check on one of our cats who had not been seen on one of our 3 cat cameras for 12 hrs. They implied we panicked - which any good animal owner would do - because we reached out. They failed to recall that earlier this summer, one of their associates actually locked one of our special needs cats in the wrong "zone" of our home, a major concern that jeopardized our cat's safety. When that originally happened, they were great about rectifying the situation, but it was very rich of them to accuse/imply us of being panicked, when we had a past experience when their incompetence put our cat's welfare at risk. This company owes us late fees and has sketchy business practices. I compliment them for their care of the cats, generally, but the management of the business, their inconsistent/shady billing practices, and terrible customer support/rudeness to standing customers is unacceptable. Do not use this service.

She did ALL her nails with ease which is a total nightmare for us to even clip one nail on her!! She shaved my LuLu, who is afraid of everything -but, NOT with Nancy! Lu was calm and happy - dogs know when humans are kind! If all that was NOT enough it's SO convenient for her to travel to our home. I'm so sure that made our fur-baby more comfortable as well. The self service had everything you need to wash your dog: brush, aprons, hot and cold water dispensed through a spray that has different spray settings, leash for inside the wash tub and blow dryer. Everything went smoothly with our dog wash. My only suggestion is adding some heat to the blow dryer as it was hard to dry our dog's hair fully. Fair note though, I forgot to use the included towel :) The shop itself is big! There are so many different food options to choose from for your dog, and there is even a dog bakery. The cashier and workers were very friendly, kind and helpful. They give our kids some crayons, a drawing and stickers! We were able to check out as soon as we got in. This made leaving very easy since our company was two toddlers and a young dog :) Next time we are in the area, we will definitely drop by again!

HUSKY DIARRHEA GONE!!!…read more I have a 5 month old Siberian Husky. She came to me with parasites and very soft stools. She was treated for parasites by the vet, and is now negative. but diarrhea has been persistent. Even the anti-diarrhea med has had no effect. I tried bland diet, and that didn't work. I was at my wits end, and decided to make phone calls to find kibble for sensitive stomachs. I called Food For Pets in Amherst NH, and spoke with DOUG. After explaining to him everything that I've tried, he recommended a recipe that would get her stabilized. The recipe had 3 ingredients: Canned pumpkin (100% pumpkin, no spices), cooked steel cut oats, and boiled ground turkey (99% fat free). He gave me the proportions for my dogs weight, and he said not give any treats. I was to feed her three times a day with this recipe. The goal is to get the dog's bowels stabilized, and once she is stable, then we can introduce kibble. The kibble that the breeder recommended, although it's a good food, it was probably too rich in fat for her. The vet wanted me to keep her on the anti-diarrhea med, and also add a probiotic. Well, it only took 1.5 days of being on this recipe, and her poop started to firm up! it's been 3 days now, and her poops are perfect! My puppy feels so much better! She was irritable before, and restless all night. Now, she is calm, and sleeps the whole night! I'm so grateful for Doug at Food For Pets in Amherst NH! His breath of knowledge on dog foods and health, has saved my puppy from developing further bowel disorders! I'm now working with Doug on introducing a low fat, high fiber kibble and probiotics. Food For Pets will be the only place I'll go, for my dogs food! Thank you Doug, for taking the time to hear my story, and for helping my little puppy heal And thank you Jesus, for guiding me to Doug
