Kodiak and Maya absolutely hate bath time, we typically only bring them to a groomer in the spring to speed up the grooming process and just bathe them at home the rest of the year when they're just dirty and need baths! So needless to say, they're a bit difficult to handle when it comes to grooming... BUT The Merrimack Doggie Spaw was amazing! My dogs literally look the best I've ever seen them after a grooming, theres virtually no shedding left to be done (which anyone that owns a husky knows how rare that is this time of year)! Dallys was awesome, there were some issues with my dogs acting up (Maya having a melt down in her play pen while Kodiak got a bath and Kodiak trying to escape the bath) and she handled it great! I loved that she didn't lecture me on their behavior like some people have, and recognized that it's due to stress, and came up with a plan on how we'll handle their grooming next time to save one of them from hurting themselves and to make her job easier! So if you want you're dog to look amazing and get exceptional service, definitely book a "spaw" day at The Merrimack Doggie Spaw!

The owner/trainer of this facility is not a good person. Don't take your dogs here…read more We tried to take our 5 mo old puppy to a class here. He is a big puppy, around 43 lbs when we brought him. We had our puppy for a month at this point and know that he always barks at new dogs until he gets to smell them. He has never shown any sign of aggression (growl, snarl, showing his teeth, etc.) and is actually very submissive when playing with other dogs. When our pup saw the other dogs for the class, he barked at each of them to say hello and couldn't wait to play. When we met the trainer, our puppy barked to say hello (again, this is normal behavior for him, just a vocal dog). We were turned away at the door because our pup was too big, too "dominant", and too "aggressive". Without even working with our dog, he immediately said we need to get bitter apple spray and a pronged collar for him. To top it off, he said "your dog has a chemical imbalance in his brain". Incredible rude and uncalled for given that we just met him and he doesn't know us or our dog. I tried contacting the facility after this to get my deposit back and they have not responded to any of my calls or emails. This place is just not run by kind or honest people. There are better training facilities. We are now working with a trainer who took the time to meet our dog and understand him. She loves our puppy and commonly "jokes" about how he's so smart and sweet she wants to take him home. He's a wonderful, very trainable, very sweet boy. If you are looking for positive reinforcement training, this is not the place to go. If you have a big dog, this is not the place to go. If you value the trainer caring about your dog, this is not the place to go. Just don't go here.

He said these were the worst instructions he's ever seen for any product. I paid $50 to have it assembled and it looks wrong. The problem seems to be that this is actually 2 products thrown in one box with mismatching instructions and parts that won't be on your wheelchair if you follow the PDF or videos which are seriously lacking for the quad. There's no support on the front. The package included pieces that are not used on the wheelchair and it was missing bolts. The assembly instructions put a huge section at the front that says to do that part "secondly" then has 8 steps after it, which one would assume would be 'firstly.' Yet it asks you to use parts that aren't put together until the part you're supposed to do secondly. It's just a mess. No explanation is given anywhere about what the extra parts are for. I wanted the chin strap but none of the pictures have a chin strap. The product description says chin strap under the features list. One also comes with the product, but when the instructions are followed, you're left without any front support. This cost $325. At this price I feel like it takes advantage of people who are trying to care for their pets because it's just metal bars, plastic wheels and some straps. It should be like $60 If we can get this thing to how it's supposed to be this will be a huge improvement for my dog, but right now it's just not working. Update: I have added more parts and got it much more sturdy. I can't even ask the assembler task guy's help because what he came out with is exactly what the instructions have you end up with. Some of the parts in my box were not even for this wheelchair model
