Cuts were great, always on time, and priced lower than the big chains. She just groomed my new rescue mix who was a mess after being locked in a bedroom by a lunatic for over a year. He was extremely scared and skittish. Maureen handled him gently and created a beautiful puppy cut. How she got him cleaned I don't know. The whole shop is compassionate and pet focused.

The self service had everything you need to wash your dog: brush, aprons, hot and cold water dispensed through a spray that has different spray settings, leash for inside the wash tub and blow dryer. Everything went smoothly with our dog wash. My only suggestion is adding some heat to the blow dryer as it was hard to dry our dog's hair fully. Fair note though, I forgot to use the included towel :) The shop itself is big! There are so many different food options to choose from for your dog, and there is even a dog bakery. The cashier and workers were very friendly, kind and helpful. They give our kids some crayons, a drawing and stickers! We were able to check out as soon as we got in. This made leaving very easy since our company was two toddlers and a young dog :) Next time we are in the area, we will definitely drop by again!

I just need liter and he unlocked the door and brought me in and let me purchase my liter. I just think that was so nice he didn't have to do that he was allready locked up and out side of the store he could have walked to his car and drove away before I even got out of my car, however he told me he saw me pull up, so he basically waited to see if that's where I was headed. Every bit of advice she has given us has proven to be absolutely perfect. She helps us with sales and coupons and is extremely friendly. I went to a pet store closer to me to get advice on a flea shampoo for my kitten. We love that pet store, but the person there basically knew how to run a register and that's it. I found myself getting in the car and wondering why I didn't just come over here. So here I am, and again I am very confident that the products I bought will be perfect for my little kitten.
