My friend and I wanted to check out Fogo for their $10 all day happy hour burger and MAN is it pretty worth. You go self seat at the bar and you can find all day happy hour menu. We didn't check out alcoholic drinks but I skimmed the menu and saw plenty of cocktails around $10 and beers for $6. Now comes the burger, and man first impression it was just dripping in juice. The actual meat patty was huge and will definitely fill you up. I would say the 1 piece romaine lettuce was less than optimal for a burger but it can be overlooked. The fries are necessarily your regular fries but fried polenta that they typically serve in the typical experience. Overall I'd say this burger is incredible value with how much food you get for $10 which you can't beat these days. Also I want to shoutout our server/bartender, Adam, who was super attentive with getting us water, cheesy bread, and checking in on us. He was generous in getting us extra cheese bread making this meal incredibly filling and indulging.

Greg the bartender is amazing and he's the reason I will be back!! I dined solo and made me feel welcome right away. I've heard about the Happy Hour deal and wanted to see for myself (I mean Happy Hour all day every day is unbeatable) I went solo and got seated right away at the bar. It was pretty packed for Sunday around 1pm (parking was difficult to find at that time) but got served water immediately and after Greg took my order he brought over some of the delicious cheesy breads. The burger came very quickly, which is awesome since they were so busy. I loved how juicy the burger was and it's a huge portion. The polenta fries are delicious, super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The restaurant itself is a little loud, since it's just an open room. I wish the ceilings were lower or there was more sound proofing but it was a busy Sunday. Will come back again :)!

I'm veeery disappointed We stopped by Fogo de Chão before celebrating my husband's birthday. We didn't have a reservation, but they seated us fairly quickly, which was a nice start Unfortunately, the service after that was very disappointing. Our server came over, took our drink order, and then basically disappeared. We waited around 30 minutes just to place our food order. My husband ordered the Full Churrasco Experience, while I wasn't feeling well and only wanted to try the roasted bone marrow. Even that took about another 30 minutes to arrive My husband did get to eat, but even with the churrasco experience, the servers carrying the meats seemed to pass our table quite often. When they did stop, most of the meat offered was rare, which he doesn't really eat. The biggest issue was that throughout the evening it was almost impossible to find our server. Even if I had decided to order something else I honestly wouldn't have been able to because there was simply no one around to take the order. Even when we were ready to leave, we waited quite a while just to get the check. Eventually, we had to stop another server and ask them to bring it because at that point I simply wanted to leave as soon as possible. The food itself was ok,but the overall experience was frustrating because of the long waits and lack of attention. For a restaurant at this price point, I expected a much better level of service. In the end, we were actually glad we hadn't decided to celebrate my husband's birthday here, because this experience would have been very disappointing for a special occasion.

Came here for a friend's birthday and in the end I can't believe this place was so busy and packed, I believe every table was filled and it was an early weekday dinner. Then I forgot it's still summer. This is a Brazilian-style steakhouse where they bring random meats to your table and ask if you would like them. But since the place was so full the meats would literally be gone by the time it came around to the other side. Overall I would say this place is alright but maybe come when it isn't so busy. They also have a salad bar that is decked with a ton of vegetables, cheese, cold cuts, fruits, and salad as well. Our server came to us and asked what we wanted to have and asked them to come to our table but it literally took such a long time that we kind of gave up at the end and decided it was fine not to have the meat.

Came for birthday celebration and it was top notch! Food was delicious, prime rib, beef ribs, and garlic steak was over the top yummy in our tummy. Dont forget to ask for cheese bread. Service was amazing! Thank you Antonio, for taking care of our table. Worth the calories and the price.

So this was a date night with a couple of YELP Elites that I known for forever. We decided to do dinner and they chose Fogo de Chao. What a great choice, This restaurant was amazing Me and the Mister got there early so we got a decent parking space. The parking is cramped but they offer valet parking for $10.00. The restaurant is located in a very busy parking lot so be prepared to drive around valet park. The entrance to the restaurant is beautiful. It is large with beautiful windows and amazing lighting. They have a smaller back room where we were seated. We had I believe three servers. Omar being our main server. He was funny and helpful. He explained how the Churrasco worked ($78) and the difference between that and an entree. Me and my fellow yelpers order the Churrasco and my Mister ordered Chilean Sea Bass, his go to.. All meals come with the amazing salad bar. That in itself is a whole Yelp review. Salad bar had everything and I mean everything. There were salad choices, fruit (even dragonfruit). They had peppers, cheeses, salamis, soups, black beans and rice, and olives. All the Misters favorites. Being such a bready how did forget the bread the started us off with. It was a delicious cheesy bread. The also have a bar for those of you who drink. After you get your salad bar the bring you mashed potatoes, fried polenta, and plantains. All delicious. By now I guess you are wondering where the beef. Then it starts. You get a little card thats red on one side and green on the other. Once you flip it to green the meat starts coming and it doesn't stop until you flip the card to the red side. Meat selection included Brazilian sausage, filet mignon, chicken, lamb, steak wrapped in pork, bone in ribeye, and picanha (what they are known for). When I say it was a lot it was a lot. It was so much that I forgot to save room for dessert. I can't wait to bring our other foodie friends and our kids back. This was truly a great place and for the price well worth it. Again shout out to Omar who was amazing and patient.). One last note make sure you come on an empty stomach....

Fogo de Chao for Happy Hour is always a hit! Great $ for both drinks & appetizers. The place is beautiful with high ceilings with a nice bar area. However, the same usually cannot be said for the FULL CHURRASCO dining experience for $79/person. This was probably my 10th time attending a birthday dinner at this Brea location, and the food is never good. The meat tastes bland (lacks seasoning) and the only thing that ever tasted good is their Tomato Bisque. I came here tonight and even the bread was rock hard. Right now, I am literally wide awake at 3:30am because I am up sick to my stomach with food poisoning. I am still giving a 3 star review because our server was great. She was such a sweetheart and very attentive. Also, we got seated rather quickly so that was a huge plus.

    Leslie T.

Servers are extremely attentive and the dining room is gorgeous. The Churrasco dining experience is unique and the salad bar is unrivaled. It's a high end all you can eat menu where various cuts of grilled meat are brought directly from the grill and served right in front of you. I truly appreciate their inclusion of an impressive amount of side dishes, charcuterie options, fruits, and vegetables which helped offset the heaviness of all the grilled meat that they offered. They really leave you with nothing more to ask for.

My husband and I came here while on our keto diet and like most Fogo de Chao locations, this one did not disappoint. The keto selections in the Market section was fantastic. They did not have bleu cheese when we went as first but the server was phenomenal and brought some out from the back when my husband asked. When the team saw our eating lag due to us waiting for specific meat items, they asked us what we prefer and sent it out straight from the kitchen (the baked cheese, filet mignon, and ribeye). It was lunch so the tableside visits were less frequent than the dinner service, but our server getting us exactly what we wanted was amazing. A+ as usual for Fogo.

We paid $54 without tip for Best of Brazil and I don't necessarily think it was the best of Brazil. They have a large salad bar in the center but with a crowd it's difficult to get around all the tables. The food had little to no seasoning. We asked for salt which has saved a lot of the meat. But we barely got any meat with the slivers they served. Service was okay it was a little chaotic some people even shoulder checked into us and meat juices spilled on our lap. I don't know if it's worth it to go here. Not worth the price the outside looks nice but for the money I'm sure you can get a large picanha and cook it way better than the restaurant and save money. Unfortunately I was hoping for better quality and service but I don't think I'll be coming back. The drinks and the salad bar had more flavor than the meat. The only positive thing meat wise was the spicy beef and lamb. If you like salads this is the place.

    Jay M.

Convenient reservation method online. The service is friendly, our server Nicole S was on top of things and professional. The atmosphere is clean with a romantic lighting. Hopefully you won't be seated nearby the salad, because there is a lot of movement. When it is busy, the line for the salad gets long and you might block the kitchen so you'll be asked to move. It's a Saturday evening when we visited, so the meat was coming out at an ok pace. We were here for a birthday and the complementary cake was delicious!

This review is for the bar which serves an all day happy hour menu. On Tuesday afternoon, there were plenty of open bar seats available. The menu offerings include small bites for $6 and other discounted items. The most popular is the $10 burger with polenta fries. It was so delicious and cooked just right. I also tried the beef rib which was my favorite. The meat was so tender and flavorful. Also included is free cheesy bread which is served hot. A must try! The ambiance and service were great. I would recommend coming to try the happy hour menu at the bar sometime. If you sign up for a free membership on their website, you can get $1 caipirinhas (signature Brazilian cocktails) on Tuesdays.

    Sonali S.

Overall, the experience was okay, but it didn't quite live up to the price. The lamb was flavorful and definitely the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry, and the sides, especially the cheese bread, were only barely warm when they were served. Service could have been better as well. Our waiter seemed to forget about our table, so we never got a water refill and had to share one bottle throughout the meal. It wasn't a bad experience, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

If I come in with a group, does the restaurant require all to do AYCE? Or can some do AYCE and others do single entrees/items?

No, nothing here is Zabiha halal.

Can you pay via gift cards for a party of 9?

    Yes

Are there food options for kids?

I found this on their QA website: Children six and under enjoy complimentary dining at Fogo, and ages seven to twelve dine at half-price for the Full Churrasco Experience.…

Is there an option to ask to have the meats cooked well done? I'm going there to celebrate a friend's birthday but I'm currently pregnant so I've been eating meat well done 🥲

Most of their food is well done so you should be good. A lot of chinese people go there and that's how they prefer their meats.

Is there a corkage fee and if so, how much?

Yes, I believe it was $25 (maybe $30). Don't know about you, but I am happy to pay this small price, to bring in my exceptional wines (which they may charge $200 for). I bring wines everywhere I go. I wouldn't bring a $20-30 bottle in.

Can you bring your own wine ? If so what is the corkage fee?. Thanks

Yes, it's $35 per normal bottle and $70 for magnum

How much it cost per adult and senior?

We went on for lunch and it was $50 per person. I believe dinner is $70 pp. Not sure what the senior price is.

Wondering about the Valet? Is it everyday and how much?

    not at lunch.

Do they offer just the buffet bar without the meat in skewers?

No they have a full menu to choose from

Are the Happy hour drinks prices available at the main dining area like the other locations have (Irvine, Pasadena, Las Vegas, Dtla)?

I was told yes by the bartender.

What is the price range and is it buffet?

It is a buffet, and the price is capunted by person unless u order specific stuff

    Do they serve Halal meat?

The experience is all you can eat along with salad Bar .

When we first arrived it looked cozy/small dine in space but realized it actually opened up and was very spacious in the back of the restaurant! The atmosphere felt like I was taken back to the piers of Oahu. I appreciate the server asking all of our questions and the staff had great communication with one another and their customers! The decor felt very lively and kept finding myself getting creative with the artwork! 100% did fish theory at home later that night. Okay, now for my review of the food... 10/10!!!! Oysters were so fresh I feel like we could have ordered more than 40 during HH lol! You know its a good HH menu when the place has great apps, ordered a yummy drafted cider, and their personal sauces hit the spot. I think the only thing I would recommend was that the clam chowder was a bit on the thicc side (i personally loved the buttery and creamy taste but my bf wasnt a fan). Definitely will be coming back. Keep up the great work!

Oysters were good. The Calamari was not good at all. It tasted old, no flavor, it was chewy, and stale . The Fish taco was not good. The batter was super thick, spongy, chewy, and Fish had no flavor. Prices are good for happy hour, but We were really disappointed with the quality of the food, it really felt like you got what you paid for. I would not come here again.

You can easily reach $40 for a bowl of soup if you are hungry and that isn't worth it at all. Also the Wagyu meat is tough and definitely low grade. But it's still a fun option at the mall. Many soups to select from and their spicy options are crazy spicy. It's also fun to make your own sauces. I recommend going with the glass noodles because it's super light, some light veggies, but a lot of beef. It's normally about $14 to $18. Another fun thing is their free ice cream for the kiddos.

I literally saw two workers looking confused about the takeout orders, and I heard one girl say, "I'll ask them." She never asked me anything, so I assumed everything was sorted out. I didn't think to check the bag since I figured they had a good system in place. Lesson learned!! I guess I'll be checking my order every time now (but at the same time, it's hard to check food that is already sealed?) I was so excited to eat my dinner, too. Someone else got my bowl of deliciousness, and I went home with some health-freak monstrosity :((( I'm so sad. I tried calling them but they didn't pickup and I don't know what to do with the order now. Do I return it when I go back??

They also had all-day Happy Hour deals on Wednesdays. Loved the decor of this restaurant, just an incredibly cool vibe with elaborate Japanese-Mexican fusion art, neon, and even a huge rainbow color-changing tree in the middle of the dining room. We had calamari, corn ribs, steak tacos, king roll, dragon roll, pork belly bowl, and everything was well-cooked and tasty. The hot sauce they give is hot, fair warning! The dishes are complex with lots of varied flavors, which is a good thing because it's not just simple and boring, but it does take time to read the menu carefully. That's probably on us, lol. We will definitely return. Gorgeous restaurant and delicious food, decently priced for what you get.

The food was alright and didn't really justify the price. They do have different daily deals, which is nice. However, I was surprised by how empty the restaurant was and couldn't help but wonder how well it's doing. Even with only two tables occupied, there were times when we couldn't find our server. The restaurant itself is huge and has a lot of potential, but it's unfortunate that it doesn't seem nearly as popular as Tempo Cantina.
