Sadly, today was not just lack of customer service, but when I attempted to ask an employee one simple question, I was ignored and the other employee said "he was busy with corporate!" There was another employee I attempted to ask for help, but he completely ignored me. There was another customer who also was trying to get help, but apparently he too was ignored because he raised his hands in the air and said, "I guess nobody can help!" I ended up picking up my items, and took back what I brought in to repair, and will need to get them done elsewhere, sadly. Your website indicated that the item was available for pickup within 15 minutes at this location. Based on that, I chose to go directly to the store instead of placing an online order. When I asked for assistance, the employees told me they "could not even begin to know where to find it" because the item was buried in the back as a seasonal product. This was already frustrating given that your website clearly showed the item as readily available. I asked if placing an online order for pickup would prompt them to retrieve the item. I was surprised when they told me they would not fulfill it and would simply cancel the order instead. This experience was not only unhelpful but also discouraging. It felt like there was no willingness to assist or find a solution. Additionally, while these gutter clips may be categorized as seasonal, they are commonly used year-round for backyard string light not just for holiday décor. I left the store feeling frustrated and let down. I expected a much higher level of customer service, especially from a brand that emphasizes helpfulness so strongly. At least they had pie.

However, prices for cabinets and counter tops are more competitive elsewhere. Most stores nowadays only carry modern options, and here they carry the not-as-trending models too. Brand wise, other stores carry more options. For example, I didn't see Pfister or Kohler facets. Although the aisles are nicely labeled, it was hard finding my way around to the sections I needed without asking. Even then, not all employees knew exactly which section had the items and would give a range instead. I recommend monitoring cashier behavior. My cashier gave the impression of lacking respect for customers. She kept talking about food and lunch orders with the coworkers, looking at her nails, ignoring me as I waited at check out. It was not until I asked a third time if I could check out that I was acknowledged. Additionally, I was the only customer at checkout... I hope to see the checkout experienced improved for the future.

With the recent rains, we've been tracking mud, leaves, etc inside despite taking off our shoes next to the entrance. Home Depot has a good selection of doormats, from fancier ones with patterns and designs to simpler black rubber textured ones. I wanted to share a safety concern regarding the main entrance area of this Home Depot location…read more The pedestrian crossing in front of the store feels very unsafe, especially for families with children. Cars regularly speed through the area without stopping, and the "STOP" painted on the ground has faded so badly that many drivers do not even notice it anymore. I recently witnessed a very scary situation where a child and their parents were nearly hit because a driver failed to stop. This could easily turn into a serious accident if improvements are not made soon. I did try bringing this concern up to an employee, but unfortunately I felt brushed off and dismissed. I'm hoping management takes this feedback seriously because this is truly about customer safety, not just convenience. Refreshing the painted markings and adding visible stop signs near the pedestrian crossing would make a huge difference and help protect customers walking in and out of the store.
