The team handled everything professionally and efficiently. One of the most impressive parts was watching them use straps to safely lower our bed frame down to the first floor--they made a difficult task look easy. They came fully prepared with all the necessary moving supplies, including wardrobe boxes, and even provided protective materials for our delicate tiles, making sure everything was properly covered and protected. Every item was handled with great care, and everything arrived without a single scratch or issue. Artem, Kemel, Arthur, and Alexey K were hardworking, careful, and incredibly skilled. DOMENICK ALONGE (project manager) - Reviewed findings from Alfred, provided detailed indication of issues and resolution options with several quotes. Here's why our experience has been superior to previous companies: All three specialists were not only punctual, friendly, and courteous, but they took their time to evaluate our issues in CLEAR layman terms corroborated by photos, and showing us exactly where the problems were in person. We previously obtained a quote from a large corporate company and was left feeling dumbfounded and stressed as they described the nature of our problem in engineering, technical jargon that made absolutely no sense, including astronomical quotes without explanation of the work entailed. We continued experiencing intermittent issues with our AC and heater so we called Friends & Family based on their excellent reviews. This time around, with Friends & Family, we left feeling knowledgeable and reassured, with reasonable quotes including various discount eligibility. We didn't feel pressured by them to choose one route vs. the other; rather, gained the information we needed to make an informed decision that would prevent such issues in the future. Similarly, my kids were running amuck and screaming and shouting while I attempted to maintain a conversation with ALFRED. He was very understanding and continued to engage in conversation, appearing unbothered by the chaos with a pleasant disposition. Lastly, DOMENICK was appointed on the day of our son's birthday. He related to us interpersonally and even helped assemble my son's new Radio Flyer bike! I told him that Sean also helped me garden and we laughed about how Friends & Family is a "one-stop shop." All of this gave me so much reassurance that this company not only cares about your happiness but also your safety which is crucial in this day and age when someone comes to your home. Although their price was slightly higher (but not by much), I chose them because of their prompt response and professionalism--I was ready to get my window fixed without further delays. Joe explained that the glass would take about four days to arrive and that prepayment was required. He clearly outlined the next steps and sent an invoice shortly after. The entire process--from my Yelp request to receiving the invoice--was completed within an hour. The next day, Joe called to let me know the glass had already arrived and that I could bring my car in. Since I was at work, I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. When I arrived, I expected to wait and brought a book to read--but I barely finished a page before they told me the job was done. The entire installation took about 10 minutes.
