Only place I will take my Wooly Siberian Husky. Kyle is an exceptional groomer with experience and takes great care. Takes his time to make sure the job gets done right! Sincerely appreciate his efforts and his patience, as my girl has quite the coat. I have used over half a dozen other groomers in this area, and by far this is the best establishment around. Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable, and they make sure your pup is comfortable. Keep up the good work, and special shout out to Kyle for all of his hard work and great attitude! read more

The staff was great with our two pups who are usually very anxious around strangers. We always ask for a summer cut and come in every couple of months for the grooming package. Although one my pups got a minor cut on her leg from the haircut, the owner informed me right away and made sure the wound was cleaned and my pup was okay - I appreciate the honesty! They fill up pretty quickly, so call ahead for an appointment. It typically takes them 3-4 hours to fully groom my two pups. Thank you for taking care of Hash and Tot! read more

This is a bittersweet review because my pup is now in doggy paradise. The story of our experience with Fluffy Puppy began in 2017. Before my wife and I had brought Marcus (our pup) to Fluffy Puppy, Daniel and Dinora took the time to speak to us and getting to know our situation. They also shared about their professional experience in the industry and why they decided to open their own shop. Because of the extra step, my wife said she wants to give Daniel and Dinora an opportunity to care for Marcus. Since Marcus had some medical condition that required extra care and attention, Daniel and Dinora did what they could to help accommodate. They made sure that Marcus was able to remain calm and that his time there was smooth and easy. Daniel and Dinora both understand that there are times that Marcus needed me to be around while he was getting washed and groomed. We would always schedule a week in advance so I can be there when Marcus was getting washed and groomed. This extra step helped Marcus. The price that they had set for dogs of all sizes is very reasonable. The price they set includes wash, trimming of nails, and trimming the fur. If you haven't been here before and are looking for a new place to get your doggo groomed, this is your spot! You won't regret coming here. Just be sure to call in advance to schedule since they get booked up quickly! They do have a lot of happy pups getting their pampers on! read more

The first time I came here, I asked for a trim and they cut my puppy more than a trim. I recognized this to be my fault for not being more specific and not bringing in pictures of what I wanted. The owner was very nice so for that I gave an extra star. I brought my puppy here a 2nd time and told them to keep her face in a circle and just have a line trim. They did not keep her face how I wanted it to even though I brought pictures this time. I am so upset. read more

Update this review after second visit. I appreciate they were able to take my puppy that day even with a busy schedule. I dropped my puppy off at 12pm scheduled appointment. We asked the estimated time to pick her up, the front desk said about 1-2 hours (they said that last time but they completed the grooming about 40min). 90min past we called the shop and another person picked up the phone and told me the appointment requires 3 hours to complete. at 3pm we arrived the shop and they are still working on our puppy, which doesnt make sense. She does not need much work done (shower, some minor trim and that's it). I assume they basically lock her in crate for over 2 hours and 40min and scrambling to get things done when I called and said I want to pick her up at 3pm. When I pick our puppy up we can tell she was extremely stressed out, crying and yapping when she sees us, which did not happen the first time. When we arrived home we noticed a patch of fur was sticky, the shampoo has not been washed off so we had to wash her again just to make sure. Her nails was not trimmed and the paw furs was not trimmed. Basically they did a terrible job and stress our puppy in their crate for over 2 hours. The following day our pet started to vomit and diarrhea and we had to take her to a vet. This is not acceptable. They did well the first visit and basically ask for a 5 star review so you can get a discount on future visit. The second visit for our puppy was a terrible experience and we will not return this location. read more

I've taken my pup here ever since he was able to get his first haircut. He's been rocking this Mohawk cut every time and the staff and Fluffy Puppy have always taken care of him. The one time it didn't turn out quite as it did before they promptly apologized and credited me for a session. At the next session they made sure to address all the concerns and even gave him medicated shampoo because he is suffering from a lil allergy .My pup always leaves there looking handsome, happy, and smelling amazing!!! read more

This was the first time I took my pup to a groomer. Let me tell you, he came out so happy like he was a little princess. He is a 75 pound pitbull and they were able to give him a medicated bath and he smelt amazing. Also his nails. Omg. They were able to trim his nails and that is one thing that helps so much. They took us in at the last minute, but it was extremely worth it. read more

I've brought Ted to Fluffy Puppy for over 3 years now and they continue to exceed my expectations with every visit. I've trusted Daniel and Dinora with my doggo since he was a puppy and have always appreciated their attentiveness, kindness, and care. Their prices have remained very reasonable throughout the years and go above and beyond with their customer service! I've referred my family and friends to come to Fluffy Puppy for their dogs and they love these groomers just as much as I do! We always call in advance to secure an appointment :) read more

I can't express how grateful I am for Fluffy Puppy! My dog had an emergency mess and bites when groomed, so I couldn't clean it myself. Even though it was a difficult case, they squeezed him in same-day and did a great job. Thank you! Will definitely come back (hopefully under better circumstances) read more

No more stinky pup! I took Chance in for her first visit this morning. I was a little hesitant because she's very skidding. She's deaf so she is very sensitive to new environments and being left alone but she walked right in! About 1 hour later she was ready to be picked up. She smelled so good! And her coat was so soft! She was anxious to go home but not scared. I will definitely come back! Thank you Daniel and staff for taking such good care of her and helping me out with all that fur shedding! read more

I'm torn about this place. I take my dog to try out a new groomer occasionally to see what works best for her. She's on the lighter end of a medium everywhere else by her weight, but is considered a large here. So even though their marketing is, No hidden fees, No add ons, I ended up paying a lot more :( Daniel and Dinora are outstanding people. When you see Dinora, you'll want to be her best friend. And Daniel did a great job with my dog's cut. I'll attach a photo of her after grooming. You can see her perfectly shaped tail in the photo. How does he even do that?! read more

Wow, I can't give this place enough props!!!! I had lost my old groomer due to her retiring and had lingered for months trying to find a new groomer. I was worried Coco would not get the love we had been accustomed to with our old groomer. I decided today was the day and fired up Yelp. Fluffy Puppy came up first. I saw 5 stars so I tapped on them and went straight to the pictures. All the doggies looked pretty and happy. So I called in without reading any reviews going solely off of pictures and made an appointment. When we arrived I was still nervous but committed. I showed a few pics of Coco the last time he was groomed and was given an approximate ready time. I received the call that Coco was ready and drove to pick him up with all kinds of excitement in mind. Coco came out and I was blown away at how happy and great he looked. Everything done to perfection. They nailed the look I wanted on first try. So happy!!! Everyone super nice. I talked with the owner for a bit and he is a really great guy. I can't say enough about how happy I was... and you know I'm either super happy or angry when I write my review right there in the parking lot. Bring your pet here!!! You will not regret it!!! The 5 start rating is legit!!! read more

First time w Fluffy Puppy and will definitely bring our dog back because we finally found a groomer patient enough to do what our old dog needs. When you schedule your appointment as a first timer, they let you know what they'll do step by step and how long it will take. They took 4 hrs for the bath + groom but the wait was worth it. Our dog is a very anxious 13 yr old but the groomers at Fluffy Puppy were very good w her. When I picked her up, they let me know how the grooming went and they told me she did well throughout the grooming. They also successfully accomplished what her previous groomer could not -- trim the fur around the eyes. It's been a couple of days since our visit and I can see how our dog feels so much better and lighter after all that fluff was cut off. Not too short and not too long, I believe that she feels great. Thank you so much for your patience and for taking gentle care of our dog. read more

We have tried a few of the groomers in this area and have had the best experience with Fluffy Puppy, by far! Our shih tzu is rambunctious and high energy and I know she is not easy to groom, but Romero did such a great job with her and did exactly what we wanted. We will continue to go back to Fluffy Puppy. We highly recommend it. read more

Just wanted to take a moment and share our Bernedoodle, Bubba's first wonderful full groom with Daniel at Fluffy Puppy. After our precious groomer moved away we had to search for someone else for our 2 year old Bernedoodle. As all families that have doodles know, they are a lot of work and much attention to detail needed for a beautiful finished groom. Daniel came through 5 stars for us. Bubba can be a handful, but all went well. He came home looking stunning, but most importantly, happy. Thank you to all at Fluffy Puppy. We will see you next month. read more

Meet Rosie! Today was her first ever groom and she did amazing! I love how thorough they are with their explanations. I chose this place because I wanted a place that knew how to handle poodle coats, she's a goldendoodle but her coat resembles a poodle way more so I knew that it would be hard to find a good groomer that could do her coat justice. I brush and comb her daily so it was easy to achieve the style I wanted which was just to cut a little bit of her fur off. I love her long and fluffy. Rosie is now so fluffy and smells extra good! We will definitely be coming back again for her future grooms. Here's a before and after picture of her! read more

I was looking for a groomer that didn't have horror stories of accidentally hurting pets. As pet parents, we're all protective of our babies. The place I originally wanted to go to was not taking new clients, but I had an urgent need to get my dog's nails clipped as one nail has a crack which I think is uncomfortable for her. She's stopped playing fetch because of this. Fluffy Puppy has excellent reviews so I took a chance. Well, I spoke with Daniel on the phone and he said nail trimming is walk in ($20) so I bring her in right away. I met with Daniel who listened to my notes. He asked about the trouble nail and I loved the extra attention he gave to it. He took my pup right away and was done in 5 minutes! After that he briefed me on how she did and explained the difference between clipping vs grinding. My pup's nails look amazing. Grinded down as close to the quick as possible, no one got hurt. Brilliant job well done. Will come back again for future grooming needs! read more

Wow wow wow! I took my dog to Fluffy Puppy today for the first time and to say I am impressed with their service is an understatement! Our previous groomer moved away and I did a lot of research to find a place I felt comfortable leaving my dog at. They were very gentle with my dog and took the time to help me pick the best haircut for her. Dinora did the actual grooming and made sure that I was happy with the length and cut when I picked her up. She gave me excellent customer service and has ensured that I am a client for life. I can't believe I didn't know about Fluffy Puppy years ago! What a positive experience for both me and my dog. Starting with the ease of making an appointment, the variety of services they offer and the reasonable pricing. On the day of our appointment my dog was taken immediately to the back and she was finished at the exact time they told me. I want to give Ramiro a shoutout as Luna's groomer. Luna is a 2 1/2 year old Labradoodle with curly hair. Ramiro gave her the best haircut she has ever had and she was happy when I picked her up. Ramiro greeted me with a smile and a very pleasant personality! After 20 years going to the same groomer I'm thrilled I decided to try Fluffy Puppy! read more

So incredibly happy with our experience. I moved to LA during the pandemic and was never found a groomer that I liked until now! I have a small corgi/chihuahua and a medium Australian Shepherd - both are a handful in their own ways. My little one gets very nervous and anxious, but the groomer was super gentle and patient with him. On the other hand, my Aussie is a super high energy pup. And again, the groomer was really good with guiding/leading him. When I got to the front desk, they consulted me on the services and provided me with multiple options. Both pups got everything that I asked. My Aussie got the cutest trim - perfectly groomed. To top it all of the customer service was amazing from start to finish. Super impressed. Highly recommend and will be back! read more

****Amazing*Fantastic*Relieved*Happy*Satisfied**** We welcomed a beautiful furry babygirl into our hearts and home last month. Her name is "California Poppy field of dreams" we call her Poppy. We researched vets and she eats an extremely healthy diet. Last thing on the list was a groomer.I was going to use the mobile groomer that I had for my last dog. Then I made an appointment for a groomer in my area. But,my groomer decisions just weren't bringing me joy. So I started reading reviews and came across FLUFFY PUPPY. Great reviews happy clients, so I called. OH MY DOG!!!! Thank goodness I did. A polite associate named Kyle answered the phone (I love when employees introduce themselves by name)he answered all my questions. After a pleasant discussion I made an appointment for the next day. Wow what a surprise so quick.I brought Poppy in today and was checked in by Daniel. Everything that I had talked to Kyle about was confirmed. Both Myself an my dog were treated with the respect and care so many places have forgotten how to provide. Daniel put my dog and me first. He was busy yet he took the time to listen to me and also explain puppy grooming procedures. I was 100 % confident in leaving my dog. Dropped of at 10:30 and was told 12:30 at the latest but they would call if she was ready sooner. I was called at noon that poppy would be ready in 15 minutes.I picked up the cutest, cleanest most fresh smelling puppy on the block. She came out in a little puppy bandanna with her first toothbrush. They gave her a bandanna and toothbrush !!!!!!Ears&teeth cleaned, nails & paw pads trimmed. I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable of dogs and puppies they are. Hands down best prices. For the level of service they are providing they could charge twice as much. FLUFFY PUPPY client for life. read more

We've dropped our dog off here twice and each time drop off is great and his grooming is great! However, after his appointments (both times) he had razor burn on his tummy from shaving too close. The second time though we're not sure what happened but he had swelling and redness around/on his private area and kept trying to drag his butt on the ground and lick the swollen area. We had to go to the vet because the area was irritated for a week after our visit here. Two stars because the grooming looks great. But we were very very worried about the swelling and irritation post grooming appointment. read more

They always leave my Charlie looking extra good, I've been to so many groomers and could never find the right one. Either they can't cut his face or don't trim his extra nails from his extra toes, but Fluffy Puppy always leaves him looking good. What is there to say about Fluffy Puppy, other than they're absolutely AMAZING! We rescued a shelter dog about a month ago whom was in desperate need for a groom. Based on reviews, we thought we'd give Fluffy Puppy a try. We were not disappointed. Daniel, the owner, was friendly and informative about what they were going to do when we brought him in. Everything he described was what they did. And for $60, everything included, you can't beat it! This will now be the only groomer we take Jack to. Thank you for everything, Fluffy Puppy!
