My pups turned 7 years old, and they are still loving Dinora at Fluffy Puppy! The stellar service has not changed since they were 4 months old. Dinora continues to be caring & thorough with making them happy, floofy, and clean! Have recommended so many friends who have become long-time customers too!
I started off getting Goji, my spicy senior Chihuahua baby's, nails trimmed. And both times, they did such a great job! I told them that the last vet I took him to cut his nails a bit too short and there was a little blood. And Fluffy Puppy has been so mindful of that and Goji never had this problem with them. This morning, I took Goji for his first bath, ear cleaning, etc with them and I'm SO HAPPY that I did! Christina handled him so well and said he was a good boy! I was shocked. He came out looking fresh, smelling good, happy, along with a cute Fluffy Puppy dog bandana. It's so hard for me to trust anyone with Goji, but Fluffy Puppy has proved themselves time and again that they are so careful and good at what they do! Thanks to all!
I take my dog to the same groomer each time. She holds him with some love care and respect. I wanted to update my review because fluffy puppy is a great groomer. I've been taking bestie here for maybe a year now and I swear he comes back looking even cuter and like himself? His fur is so soft and fluffy. I've had groomers in the past just shave my doggy down and his fur would grow back weird. But my dogs fur grows back nice and soft and actually easier to manage because he has a curly type of hair. Whenever I go I expect to wait a few hours. I do not mind though because my groomer does a beautiful and consistent job each time. I highly recommend fluffy puppy for anyone in the market for getting there fluffy puppy groomed here. They definitely know what there doing. Danorris is GREAT at her job as a doggy stylist (please excuse my mispelling I love her ) she knows exactly what my dog needs and shes so gentle. !!!!!

I really love the service here and use Fluffy Puppy as my go-to groomer. I have three dogs and they are able to accommodate all of them. Daniel has been my favorite to work with as he is kind and understanding. They also tend to give bandanas and bows at the end. There have been times where I will have to go back to correct a haircut or find something they've missed, but they are quick to resolve it! Would highly recommend for other pup parents!
I feel very fortunate to have found Fluffy Puppy. I have 4 furry babies and have looked around for a while for a place in which they would not feel scared to go to and that will make them look even more adorable. I had been coming here for a little over a year. The staff is very friendly, patient and attentive. They address all my requests and concerns. I usually get their express service and schedule ahead of time to make it easier on my schedule, and I had no issues. The groomers are great and you can tell they take their time to perfect their haircuts. A special thank you to Daniel and Christina who helped me last time, but everybody I have encountered there, has been great!
This was my dog's first time here. I thought the haircut looked fine and everything seemed ok when I picked her up. After, I noticed her licking one area a lot. She was licking so often that my parents checked if something was off. When they checked, there was a big wound on her back. It looked infected. I've been very sick and so my dog had stayed home ever since the grooming appointment. My dog licks often but usually certain areas. She would never lick this area before (her lower back) and she only started licking it after. I would say to just be careful and check after because she's never had a hot spot and she suddenly started picking at this spot right after grooming. I usually try to stop her if I catch her licking too so I'm not sure how else she would've gotten this other than irritation from grooming. Overall, just check after. It wouldn't hurt
Wanted to find a groomer closer to home and was hesitant on finding a new one or just make the drive to his usual groomer. Upon reading the reviews, I just went ahead and scheduled with Fluffy Puppy. I called on Sunday to schedule an appointment for Tues/Wed. Christina was so sweet to help me schedule my appointment. I notified her that my corgi has DM and has no mobility in his hind legs and she kindly stated she will take her time with him and give him lots of breaks and not rush his grooming. I was happy to hear that they provided care for their patients. Luckily this is located in the better areas of Pasadena where they have their own private lot rather than finding street parking or parking structures to park in. It is shared with many other restaurants so parking may be limited but I was able to find parking fairly fast. Their store front is very simple, clean and fairly cold but nice. There is a wall of photos of their patients which I thought was cute. Check in was simple and quick. I didn't have to fill out any paperwork or present any vaccine records. She just took my dog and said she will call me when he's done. His appointment was at 1pm and I didn't get a call until 5:14pm so they REALLY took their time with him. I was so worried why it took so long since his normal groomer usually take 1.5 hours but I guess because he was new and they didn't know his temperament and condition, they wanted to be extra careful. They accept all major credit cards, cash and venmo AND there is no fees to utilize your card which was nice. Overall, I will most likely return here for his future grooming appointments. Although they are $5 more expensive than his normal groomer, I like how friendly their service was and it is closer to home. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the check in process. I wish they offer online appointment booking so I don't have to call in and they didn't check for vaccine records. I pray all owners are responsible to vaccinate their pets to limit the exposure of illness to other pets.
Came here twice, love it so far. They listen to our needs and my baby Mylo comes out the way I want it. She is happy to go with the groomer, I been to lots where my dog doesn't want to go with them but my dog could sense the love from them. It's close for us so will definitely come again. They have availability every time I call they usually finish within 3 to 4 hours and you get a text message. The new thing that I seen on their posting is that once your dog is done, you have to pick up within 30 minutes or they start charging an extra fee I don't remember this from before, but I haven't been there long.

Fluffy puppy for the win! Great service with great pricing. Angel was very professional and friendly making you feel at ease leaving your dogs there. Our dogs came back cleaner then ever. Service includes de- shedding, anal cland expression, teeth cleaning, nail trim, and shower. Will be a recurring customer for sure! Both dogs came home with a bandana and a bow tie read more

Thank you so much to the amazing staff for giving our newly adopted Yorkie some much-needed TLC. He looks so cute and smells good! First, they have a website with all the prices (which are very reasonable). I was able to get an appointment the next day. I doubt it's always that easy, but I was grateful since my doggy needed to be groomed badly. Second, I felt comfortable leaving my dog. The staff is so nice and took great care of our dog. Kyle was super sweet and Daniel did such a great job on my doggy's cut. Lastly, my dog was so happy when we picked him up. I knew they took great care of him. I would recommend taking your pet here without a doubt. read more

Yuzu, my 9 month old Bernedoodle, has very high maintenance curly hair. His hair got pretty matted these past few months and when I took him to my other dog's groomers, they had wanted to give him a summer cut or pretty much shaved (bc brushing it out would take too much time for them). Of course, as a dog owner, you never want to shave your dog! So I wanted to get a second opinion and thankfully, found Fluffy Puppy! I scheduled a consultation with Kyle and he was very informative and knowledgeable. He reassured me that Yuzu's matted hair still had a chance of being brushable and he scheduled 2 separate sessions for us. Also, really kind of him to squeeze us in during the holidays! First session was bath and brush and Kyle took 4 hours to loosen up his hair so he is ready for the haircut in a week. After this session, I can already tell the difference. Second session was his haircut and I met Daniel who was also very kind and informative. Helping me understand their recommended haircut. I left confident that Yuzu will be in great hands! Overall, service was excellent and really happy with my dog's haircut. Now we can maintain his cut moving forward. read more

Our old groomer closed down suddenly, so we were apprehensive to try out other groomers having mixed results with how they styled our pup. We decided to try Fluffy Puppy and we lucked out! They're very friendly and take great care to make notes in the style you like. The pricing is very competitive with the quality of service they provide. Our baby (dog) has looked great every time we've gone there. Our only problem is that they're very popular and short staffed, so call ahead a couple days before to get that appointment! read more

This place is perfectly named because my dog always comes out looking like a handsome, fluffy puppy. Staff is extremely kind - from the phone interaction, to drop off and pick up. Prices are very fair compared to what I was paying at my old groomer and they are fairly quick! I know my dog is in great hands here! read more

My dog max was shedding in patches. He was a very dirty and matted boy when we took him. We had been on vacation so he was a month in without a proper wash. They took excellent care of my dog. I had rescued a dog from the streets, it's obvious he'd been in the streets for a long time. Poor thing had obvious issues. I had spoken to Fluffy Puppy staff and explained how this dog had some issues. They assured me they would take their time and give me updates throughout his grooming process. They are truly a godsend. It's apparent the staff loves dogs. Fluffy Puppy kept their promise. They took 4hours in grooming the doggy and called me to tell me how he was doing. He is now adopted into a loving home and thanks to Fluffy Puppy, he looks great. I will forever be your customer. read more

I found this place about a year ago & have been a faithful customer ever since. They do such a good job with my Pom. The bath & cut is so reasonably priced & they have her style down to a T. I get her groomed about once a month & the vet says that she can tell by how clean her ears & teeth are. It's a small shop & they know us by name. Thanks for everything! read more

I give fluffy puppy 5 stars for their AMAZING service. The groomers were so kind and accommodating. I've asked for this specific haircut on my two boys at every groomer we've been to and this place was the only one that has executed it. I don't know how I didn't find this salon till now. When picking up and dropping off my dogs, they were calm and weren't stressed at all. Usually they come back trying to run away from groomers but today walked out calmly. Haircut smooth and well scissored and pups smell divine. Definitely will be a regular here no matter how brutal the drive is. read more

I highly recommend the fluffy puppy grooming service. Everyone there is incredibly friendly, especially Ramiro, my dog's groomer. He treats my dog with such care and attention as if it were his own. Ramiro genuinely cares about my dog's well-being, promptly informing me of any concerns about its fur or skin and offering the best solutions without hesitation. I trust him completely with my beloved pet. read more

The entire staff are always so welcoming, very informative, knowledgeable, and take great care of our two little dogs that we bring regularly to have grooming/bath services. They love going to the groomers! We were referred by a family member (who also brings her dog to Fluffy Puppy) and we have been regular customers ever since! The Fluffy Puppy is where I go to take my Bichon Frise and Yorkie. Jerzey and Cali love it here. The owners are really friendly and the people they have working ask lots of questions so that your dog comes out looking great! They book really fast and if you call you may not even get an appointment bc they have been to busy to even answer their phones. The owners are really nice and I will continue to bring my dogs here. If I can ever get an appointment again. They do such a great job that I won't take my dogs anywhere else. read more

This place is the best. We've taken our dog to Fluffy Puppy before and we're left confused why sometimes his paws weren't trimmed or his sanitary area wasn't trimmed. So we called them and they were so happy to work with us! We were reassured that our Oso would be completely taken care of! Not only that, when we asked for the Express Priority add-on they were gladly moved him up for us so he didn't stay in the kennel waiting for so long (which was one of our concerns). Here's Oso, freshly bathed and looking so handsome- all under an hour and a half! So thankful for Fluffy Puppy working with us, for (I think his name is) Kyle for a great cut and for taking care of Oso! We'll definitely be back! read more

It is Always great when they know your dog by name. Harley is never nervous and Always comes out happy, Well groomed and almost always with a new scarf. Dinora is fantastic with her customer service and warm smile, it makes me feel comfortable leaving my pet in the care of the groomers. Highly recommend these groomers to anyone looking for great place for their family pets read more
