--Shoutout-- A special shoutout to the cashier in helping me order and sorting out my order during the opening weekend. The crowds were insane and she stood out. I wish I got her name, but she wore classes and got our order quickly and out the door. --Location/Parking-- Located near downtown Cumming and one street down is a newly built business structure and weaves through multiple restaurants and shops within their own small little city. There is plenty of parking in front of the brewery that can hold 60 plus cars out front. --Ambience-- Indoor tree. Good wifi. Asian Cafe vibe. Great spot for breakfast --Service/Staff-- The cashier helped with the order and got us on our way when they were on the big opening hour breakfast rush. --Product/Goods-- My favorite is still the chicken and pancake. I think the combo of having pancake and jalapeños hits the spot. The egg Benedict was not bad but I wish I ate it dine in style to fully appreciate the food. --Capacity-- Booths along the edge with tables among the center. I estimate the place can hold 50 plus people dining in. --Overall-- My go to spot for pancakes.bif you like the freshly made fluffy type. Ask for the sauce on the side because syrup will quickly get your pancakes soggy.

As a long-time Fluffy Fluffy fan, I've frequented their metro Atlanta locations from Tucker to Buford. Naturally, I was hyped for the Fluffy Fluffy Doraville grand opening. I even shared the news across my socials! While the brand is known for its iconic Japanese soufflé pancakes, my experience at this new storefront was a mixed bag of stunning aesthetics and culinary misses. The Doraville location is a visual dream. The signature tree in the center of the cafe creates a warm, homely, and inviting vibe. The brand-themed furniture is comfortable, making it a perfect spot for content creators. We took plenty of photos under the outdoor signage and inside the cafe. The staff greeted us with high energy and enthusiasm, which is always a great sign for a new business. I ordered the breakfast sandwich. The namesake of the brand is the "jiggle." Unfortunately, the pancakes on my sandwich were flat and lacked the signature airy texture I've grown to love at other locations. My cousin noted that while the flavor profile was there, the pancakes were similarly flat and the chicken was tough. The Jalapeño Chicken Pancakes were a miss. Surprisingly, the tater tots were the standout highlight of my meal. Cooked perfectly and crispy. The Oreo Croffle took some time. After a 20-minute wait, the croffle arrived looking photo-ready, but the texture was tough and overcooked, making it difficult to cut. Another disappointment. The mango refresher was good. A solid, refreshing drink that hit the mark with fresh mango pieces. When I shared my concerns regarding the Oreo Croffle, the staff was kind enough to offer a slice of cheesecake as a replacement. While the gesture was appreciated, the cheesecake was "mid" and didn't quite make up for the core menu disappointments. Leaving the restaurant, I chatted with other patrons who shared similar sentiments--one family noted they were "distraught" by the meal, finding solace only in the promotional t-shirts. While Fluffy Fluffy Doraville has the bones of a 5-star cafe, the kitchen consistency isn't there yet. For now, if you want that world-famous jiggle, you might be better off sticking to the established locations. #FluffyFluffy #DoravilleEats #AtlantaFoodie #SoufflePancakes #AshSaidIt #FoodReview #ATLResturants #AtlantaBrunch

Unlike the name of the place the pancakes we got were not fluffy at all. It was dry and flat and tasted like eggs. We could smell the eggs before even trying the pancake. There was no sweetness from the pancakes at all, only from the whipped cream and strawberry syrup. The strawberry syrup was sweet and tart and just about the only thing good about the plate. We also waited a long time for one order albeit it not being very busy at all. The croffle was hard and cold. Service was not friendly, kept trying to prompt us to order for takeout. :/ Honestly, located in the busiest plaza in doraville, they really gotta step up their game as there are many other dessert spots just steps away.

This is probably the best location of all the fluffy fluffy... pancakes came out fresh and fast. It's also really cute inside, perfect for studying or socializing or whateva

The place is really cute The food was good. It's a self service place. You order at the counter and there is a station on the side with water and utensils. The price point is on pricey side for just pancakes Overall it was good place to hang out

Wait wasn't too long for a Sunday brunch. Overall vibe was cute. You order at the counter and there's a decent amount of seating. I tried the breakfast plate with a pancake and bacon. The alternative options were croffle and chicken sausage, respectively. Pancakes here were definitely not souffle pancakes- they were fairly dense and not fluffy at all. Tater tots were good though.

Food was terrible, eggs were runny and too much sauce. Overpriced as well and probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

One thing I really loved was the photo booth outside in the parking garage--it was such a fun touch and made the visit even more memorable. The only downside was the parking. Unless you're lucky enough to find street parking, you'll have to park in the garage, which wasn't my favorite. Other than that, everything was great. The bartender was incredibly kind and patient, especially since I'm very picky about drinks. She helped me choose one that I ended up loving. The atmosphere inside was also really nice, with a fun and welcoming vibe. I'd definitely come back!

SUPER unimpressed with my visit here…read more Based on the decor, especially the photo area in the parking deck and the fake flower arch outside, my first impression was that this was going to be a "TikTok trap": a restaurant focused more on aesthetics than food or service. Unfortunately, that impression ended up being accurate. It took forever for our food to come out. The parties around us were clearly frustrated as well. I watched one table become visibly irritated, while another guest stopped a server to ask if the food being carried out was theirs because they had apparently been waiting over an hour. As the wait dragged on, I started paying closer attention to the decor, which I personally found tacky and gimmicky, especially the fake greenery hanging across the ceiling. The fried green tomatoes and sweet heat wings were really good, and I started to rethink my initial assessment of the restaurant. Everything went downhill from there. My "Rich Boy" sandwich itself was good, but it came with completely unseasoned fries. When I mentioned that I was supposed to have the "Rolex" fries, the server told me the plain fries were what I got. After clarifying with another server, they brought out the actual "Rolex" fries, which appeared to just be fries with a little parmesan and parsley on top. Supposedly they were truffle fries, but there wasn't even a hint of truffle flavor. My partner ordered the veggie sausage, which was overcooked and dry. Their eggs came out over easy instead of over medium, and the "signature grits" were more like cream cheese with a little bit of grits mixed in. We were told more grits would be brought out, but they never came. Another person in my party ordered the Southern seafood pasta, which had literally one piece of spinach in it. When she asked about it, the server responded that there was "more spinach coming." At that point, it became clear that Barney's is selling the illusion of luxury in order to justify premium prices for subpar food and service. It really was a TikTok trap after all. To make matters worse, when the check came, we were charged an additional $1.50 for eggs that already came with the meal. The explanation was that the eggs "came from the shell." Others in my party were also charged extra for liquor on top of the listed menu price for their drinks. Overall, I absolutely did not enjoy my experience here, and I will not be returning. Oh, and that other party that was visibly irritated with the wait had to wait even longer because there was a hair in their food.

The cucumber mint lemonade was AMAZING. Too bad it's $4 for a small glass with no refills. Now for the rest... they were out of fries, which normally come with the burger, but I was charged an extra $3 to substitute Brussels sprouts. The server never mentioned there would be an upcharge. I only found out when I got the bill. When I questioned it, she basically said she couldn't control the system. My issue isn't even the $3. If you're out of the side that comes with the meal, customers shouldn't have to pay extra for a replacement. And I definitely don't appreciate surprise charges on my bill. I had my child with me, so I wasn't about to go back and forth over $3. I paid it and kept it moving. Another surprise was that they don't offer free water. If you want water, you have to buy a bottle. Between paying for parking, paying for bottled water, and no drink refills, the little charges started adding up. I felt "nickled and dimed." The music couldn't decide what vibe it wanted. One minute we could talk normally, and the next minute we were basically at a concert. There was also a leak in the ceiling, and near the restrooms there was a smell that reminded me of old wet towels. On the positive side, the host was amazing. He was super personable and welcoming. They also turn those tables over FAST. By the time we paid, our dishes were gone and the table was already cleaned and ready for the next group. The food is what saved this review. There were just too many little things that took away from what could've easily been a 5-star experience.

There's a steady traffic of people going in and out. The staff are welcoming and pleasant. I got an iced honey lavender latte with oat milk and slice of the pistachio cardamom cake. The latte was ok but the cake was phenomenal. The latte had a decent flavor but it wasn't strong. Plus it tasted very grainy and milk-heavy, overpowering the coffee. My slice of cake was so moist and delicious without being too sweet. It was perfect. I'd definitely come back again more so for the desserts than the coffee. They have some indoor seating and a cozy table on the sidewalk just outside the front door.
