I arrived just after 10AM on a Thursday in early February. The place was very clean and I found the restroom equally well maintained. About a third of the tables were filled with patrons and during my visit I saw to-go orders picked up. One big downside was the place was freezing. I put my coat back on and zipped up but it was still so cold my hands were numb. I noticed the employees were also bundled up to fight off the chill. I ordered the Deluxe Breakfast that comes with two giant pancakes. The service on the table was impressive. But that also meant the syrup was cold. The food was good, a homestyle breakfast. I particularly like the open kitchen. You can see what's going on. I took home leftovers. Unfortunately the service wasn't great. The day I came they had 2 servers who only serve their assigned tables. As a result waits for menus, extras (like hot sauce) and my check were delayed while another server was less busy. They offer only interior seating and the parking lot is shared with the surrounding shops in the center. The co-workers were very nice and were able to make substitutions accordingly. Classic American Diner style food. Simple but full of flavor. Nothing particularly fancy, but that's just fine. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. Four stars! Our first time here. We came for Sunday breakfast. The vibe is so cheerful and welcoming. The restaurant was clean and bright. As the kids say, "It's giving...Diner". The food is very good. We each got an omelette a house omelette was full of good things, broccoli, tomatoes, onion, cheese & ham and a spinach omelette. It was so full of freshly cooked spinach and Swiss cheese. Both were delicious and filling. Our sides were grits and hash browns. The grits were creamy and hot. The hash browns were not a slippery, greasy pile of potatoes like the diner with the big yellow sign all over the SE. They were looser, some real crispy bits. So good I didn't want to mar the experience with ketchup. You can also order them scattered, smothered and covered. (They don't call it that). All in all, the staff were friendly and busy. They had fun. The menu is diverse with some lovely lunch items. The space is bright and clean. We sat facing the door and everyone walked in smiling like they knew they were getting some good food. New Establishment Alert! Decided to try out a new spot in the area. The Griddle offers your traditional breakfast items, waffles, pancakes, French toast and omelettes. I also say NY strips on the menu. The service was decent. Pretty busy on a Sunday morning. Almost all tables were occupied. On Yelp, there is no number but there is a number listed on the Togo menus. I imagine they do take Togo order but I'm not sure. The staff was working hard getting orders out which I appreciate. I think wait time was 10-15 min (at least for my Togo order). The interior is pretty bland. Literally no decor but I guess it takes time for things like that. It definitely has potential. As far as the food goes. The Belgian waffle and pancakes were good. Nothing special, very much a home cooked meal type of deal. The grits needed salt or some butter (judge ya momma if you have an issue with salt or butter). The hash was soooooo dry and no amount of ketchup could save it. Overall, was the food "nasty", no it wasn't, but is there room for improvement, over course. Will I give it another try, I think I've seen all I needed to see but I would still recommend if you just hate Waffle House or Ihop (both relatively close and would likely make for a better experience). read more

This restaurant is fairly new. It's located in the same plaza as Publix off Spalding Dr in Peachtree Corners. There is free and ample parking. Please note the hours are 7am-2pm even on weekends. I was running errands so I did a pickup order. I was able to call in the order over the phone. I ordered the chicken Philly that comes with fries. My order was ready upon arrival. The food prices are extremely affordable especially since everything is ridiculously expensive nowadays! I am thankful for that. My fries were hot but not seasoned at all. Like not a speck of salt on them. Which might be a good thing for some people but I definitely like hot, seasoned fries. Nonetheless, I added seasonings once I got home. And the fries were good then! Now my chicken Philly was seasoned and good! No complains! Would I go there again? Yes, because the food is affordable and the service was prompt! Upon walking in around 11am on a Saturday, we were immediately greeted and sat. Our server was very nice, attentive, and informative. The food came out reasonably quick after ordering. It was nice to watch the staff cook and make our food while waiting. It added the the overall home town feel the place had. There was plenty of seating, both booth and table, and they had a consistent crowd throughout our visit. A clear popular choice for both locals and passerby's like me. I had the Belgium waffle, bacon, and hash browns. I was pleasantly surprised at how filling, yet light, the meal felt. The hash browns had a perfect crisp without any oily residue, and the waffle was very airy and delicious! They have their signature strawberry butter that comes with every waffle. I'm personally not a huge fan of fruit with my waffle but I gave it a taste and really enjoyed it! With a whipped butter base, you could taste the strawberry without it being over powering. I tasted a little of my partners corned beef hash. It strongly reminded me of the canned version from the store, but since they put it on the grill to caramelize the beef it was very tasty! Dont think it was con eyes wrong maybe Idk. But the pancakes were like giant macdinalds pancakes but I didnt like the syrup. So I packed it up for the next morning. I have to say the give three eggs it came two slice of bacon 2 patties of pork sausage and the gritos were not too butter y. I order a French toast slice just for trying but since the syrup was not for me I decides it went home also. I was quite satiated it met the criterio for a home cooked breakfast. We've been to this place three times and "the third time's not a charm". The first time we went, the food was fine but our server was rude. The second time, we had a nice meal. Today we went and it was just all wrong. I ordered a Patty Melt with cheddar instead of swiss, no mushrooms(on a patty melt?)and medium rare. It came with mushrooms and very well done. Our server NEVER came by to check on us so I couldn't have said anything if I wanted to. Our check had an 80 charge for the cheese- which was instead of swiss and very little of it and when my husband asked why, the guy at the register smiled and said something about a charge for rye bread- it's a patty melt! I have eaten here before and it was fine, but today was not the case. I ordered a hamburger with ketchup, mustard, and onions. However when it arrived it had ketchup and mayonnaise. I sent it back, and they had to make another one. This took quite a while. So long my wife had already completely eaten her meal before mine arrived back. This time they got the condiments correct, but the burger was very overdone and very dry. I ate half of it and left. I told the man at the front cash register, but he didn't seem to care.
