I was compelled to…read morefollow-up on my previous high marks after our project foreman, Robert, went way above and beyond to fix multiple post-freeze issues that completely shut down our beautiful new pool. The loss of power for almost a full week literally transformed our pool into an ice rink, while the expanding ice in our pipes and equipment took its toll. Despite TP&P's dramatic volume of repair calls after the recent historic winter storm, Robert came out to our house personally to inspect the damage, then within days, he and his team were on site. Within another couple of days, Robert had our pool up and running, even while we're awaiting a replacement for our cracked UV system. I also wanted to mention that we were very lucky to have Michael & Tina as our TP&P sales pros. They maintained great communication throughout and the few minor issues that came up were handled with care and efficiency. They actually took the time to personally come by our home often, ensuring everything was going smoothly and that we were happy and our expectations were being met. In closing, I just want to again give my sincere thanks to Robert for rescuing and resuscitating our beautiful TP&P pool after such a stressful winter weather ordeal.

After consultations and quotes from multiple different pool builders, we ended up building our…read moredream backyard with Aqua Logistics, and I am SO glad that we did. Jareb was amazing to work with from the beginning. His straightforward approach and transparency throughout the process was amazing. We came to him with our wildest dream pool and a strict budget, and he was able to make it happen! He took our vision seriously and patiently helped us pick out each detail, showing us real life examples. He then handled all of the permits with the city, and got the forms ready for our HOA. It was so easy for us, and we had approvals very quickly. I also was impressed with Paul, our project manager, as well as all of the excellent and professional workers who spent long hours building the pool itself. Each team was respectful, clean, and kind. Paul organized each crew with shocking efficiency, and communicated with us every step of the way. Whenever we had questions, Paul was there to answer! Along with the pool and patio that Aqua Logistics built, we worked with Jareb's recommended landscaper, Carlos, on all the landscaping, fencing, irrigation, wood decking, and hardscaping. He and his team were amazing as well. Overall I would highly recommend this company. I can be a nervous client when it comes to building things, and this team instilled confidence in their skills and quality from day one. The whole build took 8 weeks start to finish, and the final product is an absolute dream. Thank you so much to the team!!! We love our pool and backyard oasis!

We can't say enough good things about Jareb Logan and his team at Aqua Logistics Custom Pools…read more After getting completely ripped off by Omnia Outdoors, we were devastated and unsure if we'd ever see our pool finished. Then Jareb stepped in and quite literally saved us. From the very beginning, he was upfront, honest, and professional. He took on our project after Omnia didn't pay our gunite contractors, a project less than half finished, and handled it like a true expert. The level of communication we received from Aqua Logistics was outstanding. They were always super responsive, keeping us informed every step of the way. Even after the job was completed, Jareb and his team have continued to be there for us--whether it's a question, a concern, or a minor issue that pops up, they're quick to respond and ready to help. That kind of ongoing support is rare and something we appreciate more than we can say. If you're looking for a pool company that does what they say they'll do--and then some--Aqua Logistics Custom Pools is it. They're the real deal and a breath of fresh air in an industry where it's hard to know who to trust. If you're looking for a company that stands by their work and truly cares about their customers, this is it. Jareb and his team restored our faith in this process, and we're beyond grateful.

He said his team had been there but I have cameras and could prove that they hadn't been there. I gave him chances to rectify the issue, but he fell short and I had to cancel. Fast forward to January 2025 and my card has been charged 4 times this month! Unfortunately now I have to dispute and cancel my card which is a huge pain to do since it is tied to many different auto pay vendors. Sounds like Andrue has closed up shop- but he needs to do the right thing and stop his auto charging of customers CC's.
