This was my first time ever at a dispensary. I had a pretty good first experience. I was greeted by every single person that I walked by. It is a nice place. You do not have to wear a mask in here. Some staff members are not wearing masks. If you are not comfortable with that, do not come here. I still wear my mask so I made sure that the person that was helping me was wearing a mask as well. First off, I do not smoke weed but I do use cbd rubs religiously. They have a few to choose from. I bought a muscle freeze and a pain cream. Since it was my first time coming here, I received 15% off my entire purchase and a pre-roll for $1 (which I will be giving to a friend). When I got home I tried both of the rubs and they worked in 10 minutes. They're great I love them! I will be coming back here for all of my cbd cream needs. i've been going here for a while. People are really cool, but there's also this underlining drag that prevents them from telling promos properly. I went there for months asking for a particular product for months and when it came in, they neglected to tell me it was even there and the fact that it was there for just a dollar if I spent $100 made it worse. Got accused of stealing, from a CANNABIS STORE hahaha. It was a very strange interaction w/ the somewhat lingering imbecile, bearing glasses and poorly fitted Hawaiian shirt. The guy accused me of stealing an iPad. After our interaction (and subsequent mentioning of their current 2 star yelp rating) I think they've been imploring more people to leave positive reviews of their experience which is good. The staff is great other than the aforementioned anxious and disrespectful employee. There aren't many deals, but the selection is fair. If you desire to buy weed, and it's close, "why not?" I was already having a bad day so I went to my favorite dispensary to hopefully turn my mood around. As soon as I got there I could feel my stomach churning but if you know me I need my medicine. Before you know it I let one rip in the concentrate section and it becomes a little more than gas. I ask the employees if I could borrow some clothes and they said I had to pay for it. I thought they would do me a solid for once but they aren't that dope diggity fresh with the boy. Shittiest dispo in the bay, been here three times and each visit is worse than the last. Super disorganized, seems like they don't know what they're doing. They'll text you that your curbside order is ready to pick up, have you check in on the website, and ya ass will be sitting by the curb waiting because THEY DONT HAVE CURBSIDE. No indication on the website, nothing when they texted me, nothing when I sat outside waiting for my order. Only found out that my "curbside" order was walk in when I called the front desk. Prices here can't compare to Garden of Eden. GOE staff are friendlier and way more helpful. I'd rather buy black market weed than come here again. read more

Also after being around for a while I personally feel the quality is dropping. maybe it is maybe not, we'll see as time goes on but there's no great reason to shop here and not online unless you are in the area, make use of their 20% discount before 10am, AND already have cash in your hand. Why drive out to a place that adds 25% charge after 10pms (taking off $20 from $100 is taking 20%, but adding it back from $80 to $100 is a 25% increase) that also charges you $3 for accessing your own money. read more

i hated my experience !! thanks to that security guard they had posted sitting on a chair looking like a whole bum outside on a chair working & the attitude matched. management needs to get rid of this person and hire someone with ACTUAL customer service experience. He was not helpful whatsoever and made my experience bad enough to never come back i felt very uncomfortable and was shocked at how unprofessional the security guard was and how he handles situations. i simply had never used a certain payment method before and i needed a second to figure things out for payment and he acted like an asshole and said "WeLl FiGuRe It OuT" in the rudest tone i swear he wasent raised with basic proper human interaction. he needs to be fired seriously because who needs to come to get their goods and experience this nasty attitude.
