Over the last two years we have been "Flor-ed" ( see what I did there? ) each visit by the warm greetings, the staff's vast knowledge and just the overall vibe ya feel once inside. On today's trip Dez took time to answer a couple questions about product and sales perks. She was very helpful, taking the time to ensure I got my answers. The vape return policy is a scam. Bought an all in one and the battery failed after 3 days. The manager told me she couldn't do anything and said it was state policy for 2 days return (not state policy). I was honestly a little overwhelmed because of the huge selection, I didn't know where to start. A man by the name of Josh welcomed to me and made experience very memorable. Went to the grand opening and still have zero complaints. Location is convenient! Tons of parking including curbside! If youre paying with card you have to go in. Security is outside to check ID then you check in with a staff member, paper work needs filling for first timers. Inside is organized but can get crowded fast. Plenty of staff, although after you order it does take them awhile to call your name (even if youre doing an online pick up) Curbside is where its at! Security takes care of you and a staff member brings out your items quick! Note that in-store has way more selection and variety than online. This place has systems to make our experience easy but there's always something not working. Easily one of the shittiest dispensaries in the east bay. Click on the 1 star reviews and you can see they have all been posted back to back with the one of the oldest one being only a month old. Obviously there is something wrong. And I'm not making this review solely off of one visit. Been here multiple times over the years and it seems as if they got rid of the only staff members that actually knew what they were suggesting and weren't just at work stoned out of their mind. They do not value their customers at all. Which is wild considering how you get treated at any other dispensary here! Weird ordering system, but at least hire some people that can make that interaction pleasant for your customers ‍. The only reason I would come back here is for their 20% off flower from 6-10AM. Other than that, do yourself a favor and stop by ANY other dispensary LOL. Not only will you find better priced bud you may also run into a staff that actually gives a shit! If you really really need to get a quick fix and absolutely have to go here I would suggest stopping by 6-10AM for 20% off, make sure you set aside 30-45 mins as they tend to have one register open even when the entire store is crawling with customers (idk if they do it for the visual aesthetic or what as 3-4 people are just standing with iPads in their hands while one person is at a register) Another thing is they say they are open until 10 PM however they will deny you entry if you do not get in the door by 9:30. Apparently these geniuses would operate well past 10PM and got fined by the City so they have "new rules". Just putting this out there. You can always go and see for yourself. Try Garden of Eden in Hayward, the same Lumpys sell for 45$ instead of $55 they have a rewards program and their staff are amazing. Even cookies Hayward or lemonade in Union city are decent options. I will not spend a dime at this location unless I absolutely have no other choice. Choose wisely! It's 2024 and you're in California, there is good bud virtually EVERYWHERE especially if you're willing to pay the ridiculous prices they have here. PS it looks as if I'm not the only one who has been treated like shit by their staff. My advice stop coming into work stoned and tone down that huge ego of yours "budtender". I thought the purpose of a budtender was to incorporate a human interaction to help make a decision or enhance your visit. But honestly you're better off ordering at the kiosk like I did instead of having a shitty interaction. Just make sure you tell a budtender you ordered at the Kiosk, smh, or you will end up waiting another 15 mins as they prioritize all the other orders. Shit makes no sense at all, go to a kiosk because the bud tenders are busy but make sure to tell a budtender after.
