Employees wearing masks and place seemed clean, though it was Spring Break and we were the only customers. They have a few tables with umbrellas alongside the parking lot. Price is the same whether you get the one Burger 5+ oz or two 3 oz burgers. There were many meat choices but we both chose the Angus burger and found it delicious. Default cooking temperature is medium well. Perfect. We shared onion rings, they had a nice texture and were as greasy as you might expect -- and tasty. Employees were pleasant and efficient. Lots of TV screens with different shows. It is a clear-your-own tray kind of place. Wish they used better quality paper napkins, because we ended up using lots of flimsy ones. OK, let's start with the good. The burger is made from a well seasoned and substantial 1/3 pound Angus beef patty. The toppings are generous, and the taste of the burger is good. Their house sauce reminded me of the sauce that you get on a Big Mac. While the food was good, there wasn't much memorable about it. :( I was really craving a bacon cheeseburger, so that's what I ordered. The 1/3 pound burger, once you added the bacon, was almost 11.00. That came with no sides. This isn't so bad until you realize that Bru Burger, up the road, offers a similar burger with better topping selection, and if you want to add fries, you get hand-cut fries for 2.00. I was disappointed because they have a gluten-free bun, but no food allergy info. This location is within walking distance of my home, and I wanted to try it. But, with no food allergy info, it's not a safe place for me to grab dinner for my wife. When I asked about a menu with food allergy info, the staff didn't have any options for me. They were genuine in their apology, but you can tell that food allergies are not something they are focused on in service to their clients. They have some unique burger options, but I'm not sure they are unique enough to go back and try them again. I was really excited to try this place but ended up being a bit disappointed. I ordered the Wagu western burger. The amount of time between ordering at the counter and getting our food was quite short- not enough time to actually cook a burger from scratch in my opinion. The bacon on the burger was good but I just didn't think the burger was that tasty or any better than other places we have gone. The onion rings were a huge disappointment and I do admit to being picky about onion rings however it was basically all batter and I had to really look to see the thin sliver of onion that was inside the thick coating. Twisted fries with garlic aioli were okay but I noticed that some were left which for my group is unusual. Three of us ordered burgers and then I ordered the 2 sides but they put them on the same plate as the burger so two of has had sides and one person had nothing. This was my first time trying BurgerIm, and I'm very happy I did! This food was pretty dang good, and I'd definitely come back. I went on a weekday around lunchtime, and it was not busy at all. You can even order online and pick up the food to go (or use GrubHub). I got the big 1/3 angus burger. When you come up to the board you can see all of the customization for your burger alone (different types of beef, chicken, etc) and also for the toppings. I just got the classic toppings with the special home sauce. The burger was juicy, perfectly toasted bun, and was the perfect temperature. The special sauce reminded me of a take on a Big Mac sauce, but better! What's REALLY cool is you can do half and half for all of the sides!! That means you can try multiple sides at once. When I showed up they just added new sides to their menu, so I decided to get the onion rings and buffalo fries. The onion rings were really, really good. Beer battered and served hot and crispy. The buffalo fries are a fun twist on a classic. Circular shaped; and topped with buffalo sauce and onions. I wish they were a little bit crispier, but still taste was on point. We finally gave this spot a try and I am so glad we did. The menu is awesome and there's a selection of meats and style of burgers you can try. We went with the duo, classic. One lamb and one angus beef. I got the sweet potato fries (which came with apple butter) and my husband got the onion rings. Everything we got was so good! We will definitely be back. The other thing we loved about this experience was the help we received from the employee. This, laced with chicken caesar salad, cookies and cream milkshake to wash down the burgers. First off, masks and capacity in effect. Quick order, the wings were crispy with a variety of sauces. No wow factor here. The burgers had absolutely juicy patties, flavor sauces and the 2-pack mini burger was good and not too large to eat. Our foodie group tried out Flight Burger tonight and it was an OK experience. The venue was not what I expected it to be, which is small, but it had a nice bar area with TV 's all around and up to date decor to make it attractive looking. It is located right next to The Lakes of Carmel apartments complex, which is an interesting location, because you would not think to find a burger location in an apartment complex. I was shocked to learn that this location was two years old, since it looked practically brand new. The burgers were good, especially the Aloha Salmon burger. This was my favorite out of my flight of burgers. The idea of getting a flight of burgers is a wonderful concept. The twisted fries were terrific!! The onion rings were nothing to write home about, but the dip was excellent! They serve Big Lug beer, which is always good, and wine as well. They offer boozy milkshakes, which I will try next time. We had quite a few people complain about their burgers not being cooked to their request, and one received the wrong burger in their flight of burgers. One person had a leak in their beer glass. My flight of burgers was very good. I would come back here again for the Aloha Salmon burger and to try a boozy milkshake. It is a nice burger place and they offer a good variety of burgers. Tried Flight Burger for the first time the other day. I got the Original Wagyu Burger with a side of the fried cheese. The cheese came with marinara which was great. I loved the sauce on the burger. The place was smaller than I thought it would be, but the service was good and the burger was great. They had a good beer selection and pretty good deals for a non-traditional bar. Yeah, they are growing up, acting more adult, there's a little more polish on how they speak and interact - they are miles from where they were a short while ago - but there's still a ways to go to be as grown up as a college kid or somebody working. I had 2 of the big burgers - yeah that's right, 2 (shut up, I run a lot :))the cowboy and the caliente. I took them to go (that's my plating in the pics at the office, not theirs). Both were pretty good burgers. I opted for the dry aged on the caliente and liked that less than the angus on the cowboy. The former meat ate a little "food service-y" on the tongue. That said, the habanero aioli and grilled jalapeños weren't too crazy hot. Just enough to make it interesting and not make you sweat. I appreciated the greens were mixed and colorful. Cowboy burger had a tangy bbq sauce that didn't try to hard on either the sweet or tangy side - nicely balanced on the whole. If you mess up and onion ring you should be shot, but they didn't. Buns were right and tight so to speak - maybe more soft and buttery with a touch of sweetness. So, not the most grown up burger I've had, but more interesting than 5 guys, and far more so than other fast food. 4 stars might be too much, but 2 stars isn't fair at all. read more

There are many burger places that saturate Indy. And this one is one in the same. I was underwhelmed with this experience. I went in today, on a Sunday afternoon. Only one other person in there at the time. Ordered a duo (two smaller burgers) and one burger. Upgraded to meals. One of the sandwiches, I ordered it crispy chicken and the other was a burger. Sat down and waited for the food. Smelled something burning and hoped it wasn't my food. When it came out, the chicken was so burned, that I thought it was the burger. I requested them to remake it and came out fine the second time. I would just assume since I'm the only patron in there, they would cook it right or if they messed up, just tell me and that would have been fine to wait a little longer. The burger was so good, the bacon jam was mouthwatering and the jalapeño added just enough heat making for a perfect sweet heat flavor. My husband got the mushroom Swiss burger and it was just okay, on par with others we've had for half the price. He was sad he didn't get mine. I did not like the fries at all, they didn't seem to be salted and they were way too thick and chunky for my personal taste (Ilike a thin and crispy fry). The service didn't hit for me. I asked if I could make my burger and fry a combo and a member of staff said everything was purchased separately. My husband asked the same question not two minutes later not hearing that I had asked, and she said yes she could make it a combo. A little weird. Two "large" (average size) burgers, two sides of fries, and one coke was $35.. a bit steep all things considered. We seen a review on TikTok the week before. We happened to be in the area for an early dinner and decided to mark it off of our list. The building is unassuming in a commercial area strip mall (for lack of better words). We were the only customers in the place. The gentleman working the register (we found out later from the photos on the wall, he was an owner) explained everything to us and welcomed us. We both ordered a flight of burgers. One of us got onion rings and the other got tater tots. We were a little taken aback by the total, until.....Unbeknownst to us, the meat is wagyu beef. The "mini" burgers (3 with the flight) were not mini. I could only finish 1 and a few onion rings. My husband was able to finish one and a half. The onion jam burger is probably the best burger that I have had the pleasure of enjoying. My husband's mushroom and Swiss was a close second. The onion rings were good, but a little greasy. The dipping sauce with the rings was delicious. The tater tots were perfect! Crunchy outside and soft and creamy on the inside. My new favorite burger and chicken sandwich place! We were driving by and stopped to try them. It was fantastic. You choose the size, your protein(s), your style (choose their suggestions or your own). I decided the get the Trio which is 3 smaller sandwiches. 1. Classic with angus beef; 2. Cowboy with angus beef; and 3. Hawaiian with grilled chicken. Each was delicious. My favorite was the Classic with American cheese, special sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. I think I would rate the burger better than Punchburger, which I my mind is the closest comparable spot. However, punch burger has better fries. We decided to check out Flight Burger after seeing others post about it. It was disappointing to say the least. One thing I dislike in a restaurant is when servers or counter help are eating in view of customers. The young man at the counter helped us then proceeded to go over to a table, eat food, take a drink of his soda, then walk over to check on another customer. When he brought us our to-go food I asked if he'd washed his hands before checking our containers. He claimed he did; I took his word for it since I didn't have a clear view of the sink area behind the counter. My burger was greasy and the kid's burger was severely undercooked.
