Copy2Copy completed an amazing document digitization project for us, preserving our family legacy…read morefrom the past 100+ years. This was way beyond scanning of historic documents - their quality control is unmatched - cropping and positioning every scan, which was perfectly digitized, and meticulously labeling every document, folder and file in a logical file structure so we can easily locate over 7,500 documents. Some documents are from the 1940's and earlier, larger format, which required careful handling to preserve both the image and document. Nimish and his team are responsive, communicate well and thoughtful in how they approach a project of this magnitude. They had many helpful suggestions as we progressed to completion. We've uploaded the entire project to a protected redundant shared Google Drive structure so all the kids, grandkids and great grandkids can access it for decades to come. We highly recommend Cop2Copy for important, high value projects to preserve treasured memories like this, in an easily accessible and organized format. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome.

He stated they could make it and suggested I make a digital copy for future needs. I went with his suggestion. Mimi's said it could be done within an hour. That made me so happy because I was in the area for other businesses and didn't want to come back due to working in another part of town. I returned in an hour. The booklet was completed with a digital copy on a memory card. They even made me a second copy for free! Was it worth the cost and time? Absolutely because the booklet will head out to a friend that has lost his years ago! The booker is from our bootcamp days from the U.S. Navy from 1987! Thank you Nimish at Copy2Copy for your help, suggestions, and friendly staff!

If I could give UPS less than one star , I would. I arranged…read morefor a pickup of 3 boxes and paid 120.00 to ship with a 10.50 pick up fee. I typed a note as to where these could be placed on a hand cart and brought to her truck. The day came and I lugged the large, 25 lb boxes up to the pick up spot at the top of my stairs, and 5 hrs later my female UPS driver comes , goes to the gate, (unlocked) sees the boxes, and turns around, muttering to herself. I thought she was going to her truck for her cart , but instead, she gets in and drives away. I emailed UPS , and called them right away because as of later that day the boxes were still there. As if then I've received NO response and NO pickup This is the same UPS driver that signed a drop off slip for a package of mine that was insured for $5000 and dumped it at the end of my driveway, in a nice neighborhood sure but where thieves take stuff every day from residents. Mission Hills, San Die Okay. I don't know what happened but I could not be more pleased with the fact my same driver has become the opposite of that person I described previously! It's pretty amazing, she gets out of the truck and brings my packages to the gate, where she waits, holding a treat for our pit bull . When we get there, she greets us warmly and we have pleasant conversation, and she tells me when she signs for me. Which is fine of course . If I'm not home, she leaves the box inside the gated area with the treat right on top. I can honestly say, I love her now

Over the course of our relationship, we've entrusted UPS with millions of dollars in shipping business. I never imagined this is how UPS would treat a long-time, high-volume customer. For more than a year, I've been trying to resolve a legitimate international billing dispute involving China import shipments that were either returned, never successfully completed, or billed without our negotiated contract pricing. Despite countless emails, follow-ups, and promises, the issue remains unresolved. What makes this even more frustrating is that David Arvizu specifically instructed us in writing to continue shipping despite the pricing issue. When we notified him that our import incentives were not being applied correctly, he responded: "Ship them if they are ready and provide me with the tracking numbers to ensure we apply the correct incentives." (See Photo) We relied on that assurance. We had other shipping options available at pricing similar to our previous UPS contract rates. Had David simply told us to hold our shipments until the pricing issue was resolved, we would have done exactly that and avoided this entire situation. Instead, he instructed us to proceed, promising the correct incentives would be applied. That is the only reason we continued shipping through UPS. More than a year later, those promised adjustments still have not been made. To make matters worse, UPS later claimed the disputed balance was approximately $3,353, while the UPS Billing Center simultaneously showed an outstanding balance of nearly $36,000. We repeatedly requested documentation explaining this massive discrepancy and never received a clear or satisfactory explanation. Even more disappointing is the complete lack of leadership from David Medlen, David Arvizu's manager. After more than a year, neither David Arvizu nor David Medlen has taken ownership of resolving this issue or communicating in a meaningful way. Instead, we've been met with delays, excuses, and silence. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in UPS. After being a loyal customer since 2012 and spending hundreds of thousands of dollars every year with the company, I expected accountability and professionalism. Instead, I've spent over a year chasing answers on a problem that began because I relied on the written assurances of UPS's own International Sales representative. If this is how UPS treats long-term, high-volume business customers, I cannot recommend their international services. There are other logistics companies that value their customers, honor their commitments, and take responsibility when problems arise.
