I have been going to Fleur Salon for the last couple of years and always have had a really positive experience. Before coming here I had another salon mess up my color and gave me a very unnatural looking blonde, that looked terrible. When I came in they were able to do highlights in a way that fixed the previous mistake. I always use Lauren DiManna and she is not only extremely good at getting the color right but is happy to consult with me on what will work best for me based on what I am interested in. It is helpful to note that there is only street parking so based on how long your hair takes the 2 hour limit can be frustrating but the team there is always willing to run out there for you if you are in the middle of the process. read more

I am a professional woman in my forties. I have had my hair styled many many times before. I walked in with a certain hair style stating that I wanted my grays covered, highlights, and just a trim. I also asked for it to be slightly darker. I know exactly what I want. Doesn't "trim" imply I like my current style? Did I need to be obvious and state that? I stated what I had liked about my last visit, including the DARK brown color that Kristyn used. I stated that I liked my length and that I liked my previous hair stylist in southern California for the past 16 years because she did EXACTLY what I asked. I walked out with significantly less hair, looking a lot blonder, and basically with a mullet. I walked in with curly hair but was given a hair cut that works great with straight hair. I HATE STRAIGHT HAIR. It looks awful on me. People! Pay attention to the client's hair when they walk in! It's what made my longtime SoCal stylist great! I'm glad the hair stylist was happy with her product since she did what she thought was awesome, but I was not happy with it! I have to live with this and somehow curl some kind of Joan Jett / 90's Jennifer Aniston hair. I asked for semi-chunky highlights but I can't even tell I got highlights, other than the fact that my hair is lighter. (See above regarding liking the DARK brown color.) In addition, I don't get the two-hour maximum limit meter parking. Why offer services that would last for 3 or 4 hours and then not even ask the client about the car status? I was so worried about my car or even having it towed and almost asked about running out to feed the meter, but how would that work? Do I ask the hairstylist and trust her to run off with my credit card? Do I run out mid-process with tin foil in my hair? My first time was better, but not ideal. At least Kristyn did exactly what I asked. I should have gone back to her. My only complaint was that I walked out with plenty of gray hair. I thought I was getting my hair dyed to get rid of that, but I guess I wasn't explicit enough. I would generously chalk that up to a misunderstanding. Needless to say, I will not be going back because this is strike two. It will take me years to grow my hair back to the way it was. I'm also going to another salon to correct the color so it can be darker the way I prefer and not the way that Devon likes. This may be the salon for you if you want your request to be ignored and have the stylist execute what THEY think looks good instead. read more

Love it! I have always believed you go to a premier hair stylist for their opinion on how my hair should look. After all they are beauty artists. Tommy, his team, and Fleur all the way around, is an awesome experience and worth every penny. Tommy Bagwell, is, simply put, an artist. I moved to Denver two years ago with the most miserable fail of a hairdo - inky, frizzy, dry, and permed. Instead, I asked her who did her hair and she referred me to Tommy. Since then, he has restored my hair back to its natural beauty - the color is phenomenal and the cut is so precise that I can style it effortlessly. I can't say enough about how great Casie was and my overall experience! I emailed a picture of what I wanted and asked if by some miracle they could get me in within the next couple days. I went in yesterday for an appointment with Tommy. For one thing, I am picky with my hair and have had the same stylist for 10 years in CA, so this was big. He took the time to analyze my hair type, the cut, what I want, and provided suggestions on what would work well for my hair type. He took his time and clearly knew what he was doing - especially with my thick curly hair. He did a great job, and I'm thrilled with the cut. The salon was clean and welcoming too. This is a marvelous salon. Kristianna is a very skilled and talented stylist. She listens to what her customers want and provides excellent customer service. Her expertise in color and cutting hair that works with the type of hair I have (thin and very fine) has been, bar none, the best I have experienced. It's always worrisome to change stylists once find a good one. However I have been coming her 8 months since I moved to Denver last September and it has been a wonderful experience and so satisfying. In addition, Andy, the salon manager, is so knowledgeable on the salon's products giving the customers options so they can make decisions according to their budget. This is a beautiful salon. Kristianna ha been my stylist for 15+ years. She is always on time but most importantly she has done a great job with my color and style. I am a senior and my gray hair is hard to color and look natural. She is the best. People are always complementing me on my hair. I have been coming here for a year and it's time to write a review. I originally had Kiersten doing my hair but when she is unavailable I will see Patrick. Both of them are excellent. Andy who works the front desk is kind and friendly and every so often he will offer me a glass of wine or a mimosa which is always a special treat and makes the experience much better. Also, either Andy or your hairdresser will go feed the meter which is great b/c I'd hate to run out there with foils in my hair! I got a TERRIBLE haircut by Casie Ryan, who also was incredibly immature and rude when I flagged the issue to her. I had grown my hair out past my belly button - intentionally and with a lot of time spent, and just needed a trim - I asked for 3". I wore my hair in a braid for my haircut. She cut off a large portion of my braid before shampooing or conditioning, then after the hair wash, proceeded to cut more off. When I had a mirror in my hand, I was SHOCKED! I cried for days - she cut off probably 8" of my hair. See the before and after picture. I went from very long hair, to barely medium-length hair on the verge of short hair. When I picked up hair off the ground that was 5" long at least and asked her about it at the end when I was devastated, she acted like I was an idiot. Very immature, uncaring - very lacking, and not what you want from a hairstylist in the slightest. The receptionist also insisted I pay for the terrible hair cut. The manager was on vacation, which COULD NOT be interrupted, so I got a curt and rude voicemail from him a week later with no apologies. Avoid this place, avoid Casie Ryan -- she's not what you're looking for if you ever need a trim, or someone to follow very basic instructions. read more

I had a great experience the first minute I stepped foot into Fleur Salon. The hostess is really friendly. This salon is very modern and clean. My first visit was with Lauren and she did an amazing job! My hair is dark brown, I needed a root touch up. I wanted to go for a platinum blonde look and she did just that. My hair wasn't yellow or brassy when I left the salon which is a plus. I rescheduled with Lauren for 6 weeks out but had to cancel unfortunately. They rescheduled me with Lauren but this time she had to cancel. The salon was very accommodating to offer me another stylist as soon as they could on several occasions and times until it worked for me. Kirstyn was able to fill in on a Saturday and get my hair done. I think people call her Krystin but it's Kirstyn. She did AMAZING!!! She was super sweet and friendly. Listened to what I wanted done and took her time. I left with a fresh root touch up and icy blonde hair! If you are a brunette that went blonde then these 2 girls are for you.
