Undercarriage of 3,000 mile described as "NEW" condition 1993MY car.
    L. W.

-Prompt & Professional Sales Process, Poor After-Sales Support & Descriptions of Questionable Accuracy. -Sight Un-seen Internet Purchase by a buyer with 100s of Classic, Exotic, Custom car purchases under their belt. PROS: Extremely responsive on the sales side. Nice folks that took time out of their day to show me around when I stopped by unannounced post-closing of my purchase. Supportive (at no fee) of storing the vehicle indoors to allow for future scheduling of pickup/transport. Communicates effectively on the sales side how a customer requests, be it email, live chat, or phone. Great showroom. Eclectic Selection. CONS: Materially inaccurate condition descriptions in all areas including mechanical, paint, and operational areas. Optimistic & frequent use of word "NEW" when describing condition of vehicle purchased, when rust/corrosion/peeling paint was obviously and broadly present. Multi-point inspection and repairs appear to be marketing focused, car not safe to use. "NEW" old stock tires in fact original factory 1992 date code tires with flat spots & dry rot. Factory 1993MY belts, hoses, remained. Fluids not flushed. Internal-repair invoiced work of questionable quality (non-hardening sealer retaining portion of dash) Immediate failure of multiple items on delivery (dash display, factory radio, and hard starting condition that persists). Unresponsive in after-sales requests (30+ days of followups) for assistance or clarification on description inaccuracies. Summary: This multi-point inspected (by the seller) 1993MY vehicle with 3k miles has required substantial time and expense to bring up to a safe level of operation and continues to have a hard starting condition, the price paid was/is higher than the value of the car when accounting for the corrosion/rust/mold present in and on the vehicle from what was likely storage in a moist or coastal location. The condition does not match the "NEW" description. Ultimately the seller has ceased responding to my queries about this matter, a disappointment considering the strong response levels provided on the front end of the transaction.

I purchased a '64 GTO convertible from Fleming's back in the Fall 2020. I flew out from Carlsbad, CA to look at this car and test drive it. I had negotiated the purchase price prior making my trip. I met with Rich Budman, the sales manager, and test drove the car, pointed out some things I would like fixed, and agreed on the price and free delivery to Austin, TX at a garage I would be storing the car until my house being built was finished at a specific date in January 2021 to be confirmed in the coming weeks after I returned home. Rich put everything in writing I requested and I went through with the purchase. Rich agreed to ship the vehicle for free in January as part of the agreement. The first issue occurred when Rich forgot to mail me the title and I had to call him to get it sent out. Not a big deal... The real issue came later involving the transport of the GTO. I confirmed with Rich via text message that I would need the GTO delivered on Jan 15, 2021 in Austin, TX and I told him that i would be in Austin, TX for on the 16th and 17th in the event there were any delays in the event of any weather issues. On January 11th, I checked in with Rich to make sure everything was still going to go as planned and he confirmed that everything was fine. As I was boarding my flight to Texas on January 13th, Rich texted me and told me that he, "Finally got a shipper" after not telling me the initial shipper had cancelled several days earlier, and that they would be picking the car up is on Jan 15th and that they would be able to deliver the car on Monday Jan 18th at the earliest. This was a big surprise to me and I had return flight reservations on Monday morning. I told him why this is a problem. Rich started angrily texting me about how "We are not in the shipping business" and that he had told me he would, "do my best to have it there on the 15th" (This is not true & I pointed this out to him through text message screenshots) Keep in mind, I had absolutely no control over the shipping service and Rich had agreed to take care of it for free. I told him that this would be a huge inconvenience for me and I would like to be compensated for changing my flight and staying for an extra day in a hotel. Rich started rambling about how he "Thought someone else was going to be there to accept delivery of the vehicle", which made absolutely no sense since he knew I was making a special trip to receive the vehicle. And also how, "We stored it longer than we had to for you" which was totally irrelevant since storing it through January was part of the contract. Rich absolutely refused to accept any responsibility and at that point, I told him to have the owner contact me because he was being rude and irrational not taking any responsibility. If Rich had simply called me several days earlier when the original shipper had cancelled, I could have changed my travel plans to ensure I would not be staying longer than necessary. I arrived in Austin and emailed the owner and explained everything in detail and he agreed to pay me the $300 I requested for my flight change and extra day in the hotel. I contacted the delivery driver and he said he would have it delivered to me by Monday afternoon. In the following days, the driver told me that he would not have it there until Tuesday. I explained my situation regarding travel and on Monday the 18th, he told me it would probably now be Wednesday the 20th... I told him that I had a 5PM flight on Wed and to make sure he got to the storage location no later than 11AM due to my flight schedule and he said it would not be a problem and he agreed. Fast forward to Wednesday morning and I get a call from the driver that he decided to do another delivery first and that he would be there around noon... Very frustrating. I called my friend to do my a favor in the event I had to leave prior to the car getting delivered. Paul, the driver FINALLY arrived at 1:30. The ramp on the rig malfunctioned and he could not get the car off. I was forced to do a quick inspection and sign the release paperwork. I asked the driver what he did with the antenna and he said he removed it and showed it to me. I drove to the airport and my friend called me right before takeoff and told me that the driver had to go to an auto parts store and buy something to get the ramp working again. I landed in Dallas on a layover around 7pm and got a call from my friend that he finally got the ramp down and took care of getting the car into storage. I came back out to Austin about 2 months later to check on my house and visit the car and noticed the antenna was not on the car. I looked EVERYWHERE and it wasn't in the GTO & the driver did not remember what he did with it. So add a missing antenna to the problems. It was a very stressful, expensive, & inconvenient process that could have been avoided if Rich had called me immediately when he knew of the delay...

I'm a car and motorcycle fanatic owning many collectibles over the years. They we're selling Morgan three wheeler which which caught my eye and appeared to be in impeccable condition. These collector cars are usually $40k+ needs to say, not an inexpensive toy. As I was communicating with Scott, I conveyed to him that I was an extremely picky Individual and normally I would fly out and get a visual and confirm over condition. Given the Covid-19 pandemic it was not the time to fly.. I asked him to please carefully convey all that needs attention including but not limited to mechanical and physical condition of vehicle. Scott was emphatic about the car being in perfect condition in all aspects. Needless to say. When I received the car the engine service light was on and the engine had a pretty bad pushrod oil leak. Along with various scratches and imperfections. Not what as conveyed to me. If you're buying from them without physically inspecting in person, DO NOT! They simply were not forthright and honest and their representations. When I called them to give them an opportunity to make things right they hid behind the sale as-is disclosure. Not an honest forthright company to deal with. Buyer beware!

Where is the zero star rating option? I purchased a 1974 Porsche 914 from Flemings Ultimate Garage and I should have trusted the prior reviewers and my gut and run, run, run away from doing business with Rich Budman and Tony Fleming. If you see a review that reflects dishonesty, zero integrity and deliberate deception by this dealer, believe it. Rich is responsive, engaging and courteous, until he has your money. Then you are lucky to get a call or email response, and you are likely to be blamed for every issue or complaint you have. Bottom line, my car was sprayed extensively with thick black undercoating to hide/conceal excessive rust and rot by Flemings. This was deliberate and intentional as they completed a full cosmetic restoration on the vehicle and marketed it as restored. In fact, it was not even safe to drive and I currently have the vehicle at a shop paying thousands of dollars to address the structural issues and have not been able to drive the car since I purchased it. Beyond that, Flemings damaged the car prior to delivery and handing it over to the shipper, never told me about it, shipped it anyway after acknowledging the damage on the bill of lading then refused to reimburse me for the body and paint repair required to fix the damage they caused. They also agreed to send the second set of stock wheels along with the car, didn't, then lied and said the shipper refused to take them. Tony has zero integrity and Rich is a liar. As for competency, these guys don't know cars. They put 5 lug wheel adapters/spacers on this 914 in order to fit aftermarket fake fuch wheels but due to the offset had to fit extremely skinny tires and left no clearance between the tire and the rear 1/4 panel. It was amateur and foolish. This car was also a Can Am LE which has a very distinct "Bumble Bee" OEM paint scheme. Rich didn't know enough about the car to restore it with this paint scheme and didn't realize it until after I made a counter offer in the negotiations, at which time he threatened to pull the sale and remarket the car (as a Can Am LE). Again, Amateur hour. Don't be seduced by the sexy photos of desirable cars. If you want to be robbed and cheated and told to like it, deal with Tony Fleming.

So I went there yesterday Monday, July 3 the day before a holiday. The reason for my visit was that I found some wheels that I wanted for my truck online and they happen to be the one selling them. They told me to come in anytime and I went yesterday afternoon they immediately help me get the truck in the back that the wheels took my wheels off but the new wheels on and was more than helpful. These people couldn't be nicer the owner was helpful his wife the sales team other people walking around were all very polite. It was also great to to walk around and look at the extreme work that they do on these cars they have for sale. Mustangs, Ferraris just see my pictures that it is truly amazing I can't wait to go up there again and take my father when he comes to visit to see the Mustang fastback's. I may never buy a reconditioned or refurbished muscle car but I know if I can ever afford one I would buy that one for my father. All this over simple set of wheels that I want to purchase. You were definitely on my radar for any client or friend referral looking for your service or sales. Great job Tony, Monica, and the entire staff at Flemings Ultimate Garage truly a top-notch service for just a simple purchase that I made. Thanks again

I was looking for a Porsche 911 for about a month, saw one at Fleming's with a clean CARFAX and good service records but ignored it because I prefer to buy from a Porsche dealer with this car. After a month of searching and a few cars that I was interested in bought site unseen, I decided to take a ride to Fleming's. I met the salesman Trey, took a test ride and got the numbers. The car a 2005 Carrera 4S, was impeccable, the trade in offer was fair and everyone was knowledgeable. Trey got me very good financing from a credit union, which isn't easier for older cars and we did the deal. All this said, any car can be made to look great but can have mechanical issues, especially with Porsche and there is never a cheap fix. I picked up the car on Saturday, rode on the weekend and made an appointment with Porsche Arlington for a 40,000 mile service even though it's short of that mileage, fluid flushes and a full inspection, which would be the real test for me. The verdict? Porsche Arlington mechanics gave it a great grade. Mechanically it was very solid with no major issues and the extras I had done were normal or preventative maintenance. Fluid flushes, new coil pack, etc. So Fleming's and Trey get 5 stars from me. I would highly recommend them.

I called several shops, none of which could promise the repair work within a reasonable period of time (2 weeks). Cost was not a factor as the repairs were covered by my insurance company. Levon was very straightforward in estimating the time required, which would be hard to determine before removing the door and viewing the frame damage, which turned out to be considerable. The repairs were still completed in a little more than 2 weeks. The quality of the work was excellent, and Levon provided excellent service in driving me to and from the Rockville library, when I had to wait a couple of hours for some minor follow-on repair. I would not hesitate to use his shop again should the need arise.

Not only did Levon give me an estimate during my lunch hour, he was able to do the job the next day. What really blew me away was that I added in a custom headlight replacement to swap out my dim and aging bulbs that were borderline dangerous at night and polished the haze off the headlight lenses. He replaced a few other market bulbs as well at no charge. Fast service and quality work at a fair price. Will definitely be going back to Obsession for any other auto customizations. First, the owner (or whatever position he hold) Gus makes up prices as he goes.He gave me one price for services and then quoted another. Secondly, I purchased a part from him for $20 and a few days later he said it was $40. My current experience with him is a real show of bad business. On Wednesday (10-19-2016), I took my scooter in for a repair (re-thread of cylinder head for spark plug). I paid in advanced and was assured it would be ready no later than Friday (10-21-2016). When I called on Friday, at 5:15 pm, I was told they had not even begin working on my bike. When I arrived at 6:30 pm, they had started working on it. Then at 7:57 pm, I got a call asking me if the bike had a previous oil leak. This bike sat in their shop for three (3) days without an oil spot. Additionally, the mechanic would have said something about there being an oil leak when he opened the bike. I am picking my bike up from him tomorrow and will never do business with this shop. It would have cost me a little more to go to REDLINE MOTORSPORT, but they would have gotten my bike repaired by now and I would not have been asked if there was a problem that was not existing before it was brought into their shop. IN SUM, RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND AVOID TAKING YOUR SCOOTER/BIKE TO SCOOTER SOLUTIONS and CYCLES!!!!! I AM WRITING A FOLLOW-UP TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW AFTER HAVING MY BIKE REPAIRED BY SCOOTER SOLUTIONS AND CHECKED OUT ELSEWHERE : After riding my bike a couple of days things just did not feel right, so I had it looked at. I must say they really did a number to my bike to the point where I had to pay another shop to correct some issues. First, the oil was jet black. Mind you the Manager/Owner (Gus) of Scooter Solution called me to ask if there was an oil leak on my bike. Two days before it went into his shop the oil was changed. After getting it back from them I had to get the oil changed again. There was also the smell of exhaust fumes coming from the bike as I rode it. The ring from my exhaust pipe was not put back in. Secondly, almost all of my nuts and bolts were changed on my bike. There was no reason for them to replace these things, but they did so. The nut that connect the muffler to the engine is a long one designed for that purpose and they replaced them with regular nuts. Lastly, I want to point out that I normally don't write a review about a company, but the service I received here should to be expressed so you can be informed before you go there. After reading my two reviews about this company I hope you would take your bike someplace else to have it worked on. Or you will be saying "HE TOLD ME SO". Sincerely Submitted, Bruce Gaynor
