Advanced sold her a new battery…read morethat retails for $129.95 ( I know because I own a shop in Maryland) But, she had to pay $220.00. When they installed it for her they used a shim on positive connection. My mother never needed a battery she needed a new positive cable connector. Using a shim should have been a clue that it was not the battery. I feel they were extremely dishonest and were clearly taking advantage of a elderly person. Shame on you Advance Auto parts!!
