You and the other customers however will have plenty of company as you all accumulate in that same area, expecting to be able to conduct a normal transaction. But eventually, one of you will have to depart from the group (and probably sacrifice your place in line because the employees don't care who came first) in order to go track down someone who works there and try to distract them from whatever is more important than what they're supposed to be there for: selling auto parts, which, last I checked, involves being able to pay for the item and leave the store in a reasonable amount of time. Or, first asking a question in order to make sure you're buying the correct product for your specific vehicle, and then having that person available to actually buy it instead of having them walk away randomly within 2 seconds, so you have to go find them again across the store to actually pay for it. To the employees: If you have severe ADD, maybe don't work in customer service or in any retail capacity whatsoever. And to the management: please stop hiring people with ADD to help your customers. Give them a job in the back somewhere and get someone capable to man your registers.

The first employee in back is moving to the front to drop an item off and them ask what I need..I told her employee was supposed to be getting it. She then ask me for the make and model for my car. I sighed gave it to her again. This time they saying they don't have it and would have to order it. So in total I came in at 11:11am and it is now 1143am and I waited that long for them just to tell me they dint have what I'm. Looking for. Waited damn near an hour. Really? Not cause they were trying to locate it but because they don't have any workers here. Don't go to this place.

I went in yesterday to have my oil changed . Unfortunately it was pretty lousy experience. When I…read morepulled up there was one car ahead of me and there were 4 bays that I think had cars in all of them . I think it took around 10 minutes before I pulled in . The guy helping me tried to add on additional services like filters, a new battery ( this one is 2yrs old ) and flushing the radiator. I appreciated his pointing these things out after I showed him my car had failed inspection for an issue w/ a problem with #4 cylinder and some other things . I declined everything and just went with the oil changed and an additional $4 dollar charge to top off radiator fluid which I thought was part of the $117.00 charge. * no tires checked , no vacuuming, no windows cleaned - noted bc Jiffy Lube does this or at least they used to . Anyway .... The real problem was their card reader couldn't read my debt card. After numerous attempts, and 2 different ppl trying to help, I called my bank . I was on the phone with them for a while and they couldn't see any problem on their end . Unfortunately I didn't bring anything with me except my license and debt card and after what felt like an eternity I finally walked over to Home Depot and bought a lanyard and got cash back . I walked back over and the manager took my payment and she apologized and said they have problems with other cards too . If that's the case they really need to address it or at least let ppl know in advance, post it on their advertising maybe . Fortunately I was off yesterday otherwise I'd have been pissed wasting over an hour there. I think I'll stick with jiffy lube in the future .
