    I have used Beamer Auto for all of my BMW service needs. Their rates are competitive, they used authentic BMW parts and the staff is friendly and professional. They even have a decent lobby, you can't tell by looking in from the outside. Daniel was a pleasure to work with. We will continue to use Beamer for our BMW repairs.

    If it wasn't for the BMW dealership messing up my pre-booked appointment, I would've never found this gem; so thank you! My BMW warranty expired and I was due for an oil change and microfilter. I called Beamer Auto and they accommodated me the very same day. I also received a complimentary multi-point inspection for being a new customer. The waiting room was very accommodating -- free and strong WiFi, Hulu, Netflix, complimentary coffee and two computer workstations. Beamer Auto sends you a "Your Service Has Begun" email after your vehicle is checked in, which includes a copy of your estimate and after checking out, they send you an "Invoice and Payment Receipt" email which includes the final bill, photos of your vehicle (which I absolutely appreciated) and future recommendations -- I now have the heads up that my spark plugs will need to be replaced at 60k miles and they provided me with an estimate of that as well. Best of all, I paid half of what I would've paid at the dealership had they serviced my car. And for anyone still unsure of Beamer Auto, they use authentic BMW parts, are recognized by aftermarket warranties, and they are HONEST -- that's something you can't say for a lot of repair shops. Beamer Auto has definitely gained a customer.

    Quick. Better prices then the dealership. Torres give you great knowledge or vehicles estimates. Very nice and friendly.

    I drive 30+ miles to get my car serviced at this spot and there is a damn good reason for it…read more I've been introduced to this Precision Tune Auto Shop through an acquaintance of mine because I heard they are very honest mechanics. I have visited this shop twice to confirm my "car problems" that were reported on two separate occasions by Midas and Jiffy Lube, both of which gave me an estimated quote in excess of $1000. Both of these times, I came out of Precision Tune Auto Care with a $20ish charge for an oil change. Enough said. I'm really sick and tired of the scamming by car mechanics and to know that I'm at peace of mind when I go to this shop makes it well worth the trip to go out to Clinton to get my car serviced. As for customer service, recently, the owner's son, CJ, offered me food from the lunch he ordered for his employees (Pizza Hut) when I went in to get new brakes. Wow. What car center does THAT??!?!!! If I were to say anything negative.....it's that CJ may give "preferential" treatment to some customers. On my recent visit, a mother of a girl who came out on America's Next Top Model came to get her car serviced. Once CJ saw the model's pic in the mom's phone, he was in full gear: he chat her up like no other, opened the store door for her as she exited, opened her car door, and made 3 customers wait in line for 10 minutes while he chatted with her outside at her car. The daughter was smoking hot. YEP. Beauty goes a long way. YEP. Can't fault him for trying to score points with mum. YEP. Bah. Since he's a nice guy I'll be a bit understanding and let him get away with that one.

Had just got a new (used) car and wanted someone to check it out. To my dismay, I was told here I needed new breaks and rotors. CJ strongly encouraged I return to the dealership and demand they provide them. I really appreciated that. He said he could repair it, but that having just purchased the car this was not something he felt that I should pay his shop to do. Well, they refused so I paid out of pocket here and Yelped about the experience at the dealership. Long story short, they contacted me and offered to refund half. I quickly called CJ and asked what he thought about that. He advised me that I should demand a FULL REIMBURSEMENT from the dealership based on his observations of my vehicle. So that's what I did. And that's what I got :) Appreciated his honesty and the work done. Paul's assistance as well. Was like I got a mechanic and a lawyer rolled into one. Definitely sticking with this shop! ps. Seemed like CJ knew everyone entering the shop by name so definitely a ton of return customers here. A loyal clientele base is always a good sign.

Lie #1: Chris states "We did exactly what the customer requested however that did not get the vehicle started or her issue taken care of." We did not know what was wrong with the vehicle, which is why we brought it to him, a so-called electrical expert. We gave him what the dealership thought to be the problem. However, since he said that "What takes others months to do, was a one day job for him", we thought he could get the job done in a timely fashion. The vehicle was towed to him on 4/17/2019. Instead of not being able to complete the repair at all. Lie #2: He states"At which time she contacted her insurance company to get involved the insurance company slowed down the process considerably". It took you two months to discover that there was water damage (Something that should be done in a day, per Chris). When the insurance company was contacted on June 2nd, they immediately got involved and authorized the work. We made multiple two-way calls to him to get the status of the work. For 1.5 months the car was in the same condition until he sent it back to the dealership to reprogram a part. The dealership advised him that reprogramming the part would not correct the problem. He left it at the dealership until we came to retrieve the car from him due to his incompetence in completing the work. We had no idea the car was moved to the dealership. Before or during the transport of my vehicle to the dealership, it was damaged and he takes no responsibility. Lie #3: "Due to them having to come out go over the vehicle authorize tear down and come back out take pictures call back later with authorization so forth and so on." The insurance company was expeditious in handling the claim. You kept saying you were backed up with other work or would ignore calls or text messages. I have the documentation to prove this which will be provided in my lawsuit against you. Lie #4: "This is why the vehicle was here so long and. The customer would not let branch auto get parts she had to get them herself so we constantly had to wait for parts. I provided the initial parts during the first week of the repair. (Receipts to prove this too), after that, you ordered the parts. Lie #5: It's really unfair that a customer can write a bad review that is not factual probably why the other dealerships would not work on her Vehicle lesson learned The dealership completed the work and got the car moving in one day, which you were incapable of doing. This not only a factual review, but I hope everyone takes note of your poor and deceitful business practices.

Aldo is responsive, friendly, and always provides great service at reasonable prices. I initially had the transmission replaced on my 2015 ford focus in 2022, ordered the part to the shop and had my car towed there. Was back on the road in less than a week. Since then I've reached out several times for various mechanical inquiries (if you've driven or owned a focus you know my pain) and Aldo has always replied quickly, gotten me on the schedule and back driving with no check engine light ASAP. Went in for a MD state inspection for a car that has 0 issues. I was called an hour later that i failed the inspection because "my back glass was too dark" then offered to remove the back windshield tint for a fee which i found laughable because: 1: He could have told me from the start that my back windshield was too dark before taking my money 2: I never heard anyone complain about back windshield being too dark 3: Offered to remove it for me for $100 The guy was extremely rude and when i took my complaint to the owner, he basically sent me away. So i took the same car out of anger to another place for the same inspection and passed it with no issue.
