    New tire

2018 Triumph Bonneville ST - Oil / Brake Fluids, Chain and new Front Tire. As this was the first time I'd brought it in for any service, outside of my DIY oil changes in 3 years, I had them do an inspection and adjustments to cables. With an electronic throttle and EFI, admittedly there isn't as much to do, but I figured I hadn't spent a dollar on shop labor the whole time I've owned the bike... so I was do. The rates were competitive with what I have seen online. The DMV is not known to be a cheap place for services so factor that in. Most importantly, Dennis and his crew were friendly, competent, and experienced with Triumph. Dennis has built award winning custom HDs and he knows his bikes. Recommend. I would return.

Damage to my wheels from them

I wish there was an option for them owing me a star but i'll settle for one star. I had an all around horrible experience with this company. First I called them to get a price to have my rear tire replaced on my 2009 yamaha r6 and they told me it would be $70 to mount and balance and all that good stuff. I took my bike over and all was well, it took them roughly 50 mins and they weren't very professional at all. So I got off of my plastic lawn chair located in front of their shop (their waiting area) and went inside to pay, only to be charged $95. When I asked why it was $95 he said "that's the price". It was only $25 so I just told myself it's ok it's done and over with I'll just never come back here again. 3 weeks go by and I return home from bike week and I notice a noise. I get my bike home and investigate the noise and realize that my chain is rubbing the frame because they didn't secure my axle nut properly and it started to back off. So while I'm fidgeting with the chain I realize there is red dust every where (I have a red chain). I wipe down the frame and start wiping down the wheels when I realize somethings not right. Under closer examination I realize they dented my wheel and tore the white reflective tape in 2 places (I assume this is from their mounting machine). The employees at Crossroads Cycles tried to conceal the damage by using white paint or even possibly white out to conceal the breaks in the line. This was the last straw, I called them immediately and left them a professional voice-mail stating what I discovered and that they have one opportunity to make it right. I did not receive a single phone call from anyone so now I am here... PLEASE do your self a favor and just go to Coleman Powersports!

Took my bike to Fairfax Cycle, the manager of the store said it would take him from 30 minutes to 3 hours to drill 2 screws out of my bike and it was 90 dollars for an hour. After reading all the reviews how good Crossroads Cycle has been online, I took my bike to Crossroads Cycle, 2 Brians who were the employees helped me and took 2 screws out in 10 minutes. The cost was 20 dollars. Crossroads Cycle is FANTASTIC. Thank you so much you guys for helping me *_*

All kinds of cool bikes at Crossroads Cycle

Great experience at Crossroads Cycle getting my humble 1999 Rebel inspection-worthy and ready for a safe riding season. Dennis was helpful from start to finish and Bryan did the (much-needed) hydraulic fluid flush. As other customers came in and out, admiring the various bikes and the work being done on them, everyone practiced safe social distancing while in a chill and friendly environment. Very thankful for the honest assessments and respect, especially since I'm a regular-joe rider with a cheap old beater that I love. Highly recommend. Thanks, Dennis!!

Great place to bring your bike. It's popular so expect then to be booked up.

I also wanted a second set of eyes to check all my work and inspect everything once in a while, so I dropped my bike off at Fairfax Cycles. The main service I requested was to replace the front fork and exchange the fork and brake oils. I bought the Ohlins fork from Partszilla and dropped it off at the shop. I was missing some other small parts needed, and they were able to order it for me. I had a budget I wanted to stick to, and they were able to work with me to meet my budget and the services I needed. They were very flexible. For the amount of work done on my bike, I'd say the price was fair. The place is very busy all year round, though. Please set your expectations. You'll likely have to wait to get serviced. You'll also need to pick up ASAP. I felt good about all the services performed on the bike. The installed Ohlins fork makes the bike so much better. Will I come back, a definite yes.

I was a bit intimidated to walk in as I dont look like a stereotypical motorcyclist but the gentlemen was super friendly and fast with helping me. Would def come back if I need anything to fix for my bike!

They even ordered me Lyft rides to/from home. I received a very detailed text with a link to what needs to be done, along with photos. Very professional. Excellent service, Connor at the front desk was incredibly kind and explained things clearly. And Costco members get 15% off parts and service so I think the pricing is very fair. Highly recommend this place!

Sometimes the work is fine and sometimes its not. Too often I drive out with a new problem that I did not have before. A year ago this happened with the Steering Gear Box, which started making a grinding noise as soon as I left the lot. I had to bring it back and pay for a new one. Today, I brought it in for a few minor issues and an inspection and oil change. I also asked them to look at the rear end because I was sometimes experiencing a light "clunk" when I would drive over bumps. They told me the rear differential was making that noise. It seemed odd to me that the rear differential would be the cause. So I told them it was not a big enough issue at the moment to justify $3,000 for a new rear differential. I drove it home and - voila - the rear differential is now making a grinding noise (it was not before). The clunk is still there, but that is not on them. I am not going back because I never know if I am going to drive out with more problems than I came in with.
