    New tire

2018 Triumph Bonneville ST - Oil / Brake Fluids, Chain and new Front Tire. As this was the first time I'd brought it in for any service, outside of my DIY oil changes in 3 years, I had them do an inspection and adjustments to cables. With an electronic throttle and EFI, admittedly there isn't as much to do, but I figured I hadn't spent a dollar on shop labor the whole time I've owned the bike... so I was do. The rates were competitive with what I have seen online. The DMV is not known to be a cheap place for services so factor that in. Most importantly, Dennis and his crew were friendly, competent, and experienced with Triumph. Dennis has built award winning custom HDs and he knows his bikes. Recommend. I would return.

I wish there was an option for them owing me a star but i'll settle for one star. I had an all around horrible experience with this company. First I called them to get a price to have my rear tire replaced on my 2009 yamaha r6 and they told me it would be $70 to mount and balance and all that good stuff. I took my bike over and all was well, it took them roughly 50 mins and they weren't very professional at all. So I got off of my plastic lawn chair located in front of their shop (their waiting area) and went inside to pay, only to be charged $95. When I asked why it was $95 he said "that's the price". It was only $25 so I just told myself it's ok it's done and over with I'll just never come back here again. 3 weeks go by and I return home from bike week and I notice a noise. I get my bike home and investigate the noise and realize that my chain is rubbing the frame because they didn't secure my axle nut properly and it started to back off. So while I'm fidgeting with the chain I realize there is red dust every where (I have a red chain). I wipe down the frame and start wiping down the wheels when I realize somethings not right. Under closer examination I realize they dented my wheel and tore the white reflective tape in 2 places (I assume this is from their mounting machine). The employees at Crossroads Cycles tried to conceal the damage by using white paint or even possibly white out to conceal the breaks in the line. This was the last straw, I called them immediately and left them a professional voice-mail stating what I discovered and that they have one opportunity to make it right. I did not receive a single phone call from anyone so now I am here... PLEASE do your self a favor and just go to Coleman Powersports!

Took my bike to Fairfax Cycle, the manager of the store said it would take him from 30 minutes to 3 hours to drill 2 screws out of my bike and it was 90 dollars for an hour. After reading all the reviews how good Crossroads Cycle has been online, I took my bike to Crossroads Cycle, 2 Brians who were the employees helped me and took 2 screws out in 10 minutes. The cost was 20 dollars. Crossroads Cycle is FANTASTIC. Thank you so much you guys for helping me *_*

All kinds of cool bikes at Crossroads Cycle

Great experience at Crossroads Cycle getting my humble 1999 Rebel inspection-worthy and ready for a safe riding season. Dennis was helpful from start to finish and Bryan did the (much-needed) hydraulic fluid flush. As other customers came in and out, admiring the various bikes and the work being done on them, everyone practiced safe social distancing while in a chill and friendly environment. Very thankful for the honest assessments and respect, especially since I'm a regular-joe rider with a cheap old beater that I love. Highly recommend. Thanks, Dennis!!

We set up an appointment and two days later i came in and got what i was looking for. This dealership solicits business online through their website. I contacted them for a quote on…read morewhat would be a $30,000+ UTV purchase asking for their out the door price while providing the usual needed info. In response, I received a text, a voice mail, and email asking when I could come in to test drive and see the unit. I respond and again ask for the out the door price. They tell me they are working on the numbers. I then receive a voice mail and text message that I must telephone to receive their quote. When I resist and tell them I'll just pass, I receive a lecture about the state of the market, and that my "presence" is my leverage. I live 2 hours away and they refused to put any quote in writing. Said they would share numbers only over the telephone. I then was turned over by text message to a "sales manager" who again wants to lecture me that they are the most competitive dealer around.....but apparently they fear people sharing their written quotes with other dealers and getting a better quote. Does that combo make sense to you? I'm 50+ years old and pay cash for my cars, motorcycles, boat, ATVs, etc. But apparently, I can't be trusted to receive a written quote on a product they are trying to sell. Perhaps they should not solicit business online if they prefer to handle things via telephone. They said they want to "earn" my business, yet refuse to send a simple quote. If a business thinks they are going to "earn" my business by not appreciating the value of my time and not trusting me with a written quote, I find it concerning. They will tell you by text they are the most competitive around but they will not prove it by actually issuing a detailed out the door quote. They claim I needed to speak by phone to get the most accurate information I needed. It's not that complex. A price and the taxes and fees, etc. They simply don't want to put it in writing. If you prefer to play games like this, the dealership is for you.

Quality Staff, Quality Service!…read more We moved to the Sterling, VA area this past June and since the move, my daughter Celeste has been aching to get another motorcycle. She did her research and was blessed to find MG MotorSports less than 15 minutes for our new home. The crazy thing about her motorcycle journey is that the first time we had ever been in the Sterling area was when we attended our first ever "Finish The Race" gathering at Calvary Temple. At the time we never envisioned living here now. MG Motorsports exemplifies the true sense of community with just how they show their sense of professionalism with their customers. From beginning to end My daughter and I were impressed by the attention to detail in helping my daughter feel confident in her selection. Both Zach and Greg made themselves available for any and all questions and final delivery scheduling. I knew the hand shakes were true and a lasting relationship in this communities motorcycle world was there for her going forward. I strongly recommend to anyone interested in a quality motorcycle purchase to take yourselves to MG MotorSports

Mike, his wife and the entire team at MGMotorsports are fantastic!…read more I purchased a 2023KLR650S in July and the price was the best I could find anywhere in the country. Part of the reason I say this is because I know they couldn't have made a lot of money on this sale. Yet every single interaction was a pleasant surprise! When I called about the bike Mike answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. He quickly told me the out the door price, the history and condition of the KLR (even sent me a video of it) reconfirmed that it was ABS, the crash bars and racks were included, they had copies of the service records, only had 780 miles on it. He was patient during the process of me wiring MGMOTORSPORTS the payment. His communication was excellent. He also offered reasonable shipping from VA to OK or agreed to store it a couple weeks until I could pick it up. When it came time to pick it up Mike personally met me at a subway station and drove me to the shop in Sterling. The motorcycle was ready to go and his wife was great with all the paperwork ready. I watched and listened as they dealt with other customers and they were sincerely pleasant with everyone. When it was time to leave, Mike and an employee checked the fluids, tire pressure, ect, one last time in front of me. We shook hands, he had an employee lead me in a company truck out Sterling to the main road headed west so I wouldn't get lost. Every couple of days as I leisurely rode back home to Oklahoma Mike would text me to make sure everything was good and askif I had any questions. I know this long winded, but for once something that seemed too good to be true, WAS TRUE@ My email is rsnowder@gmail.com and I will gladly answer any questions about my experience with MGMOTORSPORTS! When I spoke with their service department, they agreed to take care of it for me.. no apology or anything about the extra time out of my week to get to and from their shop. I should have bailed right then and there. Fast forward a few years. Nothing but issues for a bike I took excellent care of and only put a grand total of 1000 miles on. I won't get into too many details here, but they kept the bike for a little over 3 months this last spring, " trying" to resolve an issue I was having with the bike struggling to start and not running correctly when it did start. After three months I complained to the owner about the absurd bill I got after his team of " professional Triumph techs" could not figure out anything and just started throwing random parts at it. To be clear, there were 3 error codes... After 90 days they didn't even mention any of those codes! The owner did right by me in terms of having them remove most of the fees they tacked on for their bull$!#@ work. It was super irritating that I was still out a couple hundred bucks for an intake snorkel (What the actual F?) and spark plugs (which I had also just replaced one day before leaving it with them) The real final coffin nail for me was that the final call from the service guy was unacceptable and infuriating: "Given enough time, we probably could figure it out, but we just don't have time to deal with your bike right now". I have never been more angry or disappointed by a business. I essentially just threw 10K+ into a fire. I will never purchase a bike here again and I will instruct everyone I encounter to avoid them for bike purchases and especially repairs.
