To be honest I don't think this location is that bad, but I can see why it actually is. They just seem to not have anything but just enough. The customer service is decent. I am beyond annoyed. This is my second time going into this location and being denied service due to the associate not knowing how to do anything! I need my car battery installed, this is the only place that is close so my car doesn't die on me, and the associate with long nails could not help me. I need replacement windshield wiper blades. In the wiper blade aisle, there's an easy to use QR code for the year, make, and model of your vehicle. After entering the information all of the recommended wiper options come up. The store didn't have both sizes of blades I needed for the front window. The helpful sales associate identified a more expensive option and priced matched for the blade they did not have in stock. I also purchased the 2-year warranty for replacements. I dread going to the Advanced Auto Parts store in my neighborhood. The employees are unfathomably rude, they know next to nothing about cars, and shopping at that location is an invitation for sexual harassment. So as I was dropping my best friend off at home, we decided to make a detour and pick up everything I needed for my oil change from this location instead. The store was clean and well organized, and there was no line. My battery died on me while I was at work. I called this location. A young lady answered and was very helpful with giving me the information needed. She informed me about the the discount I would receive if I ordered online. Fast forward...So I Placed an online order,received the discount, battery was ready in less then 30 minutes. I couldn't find my receipt but I still asked my son to take them back and see if they will be able to just give you store credit. So my son gets there and calls me and says this person name Cristian told him that the store doesn't return small items. I went here today to borrow their complementary OBD II reader for finding out a code on my car. Unfortunately, I was told that "this location" has no available OBD II reader for cars. This is probably unlikely, as I have never been to any auto store (Autozone, etc.) that does not read your codes for you. In my opinion, the workers just did not want to check my codes or go outside with the code reader. Also, the workers were having conversations about hanging with friends and it seemed sort-of unprofessional (though nothing vulgar was being said). It was very bizarre. Also, there seemed to be alot of disorganization in the store. I have come before, and had a better experience, last year. There needs to be improvement with the staff...the store is fine. read more

She was well knowledgeable about what she does and how it should be done. Even when we weren't able to find a solution today, she told me to come back tomorrow so that we could recheck the issue to see if we could find a resolve. Advanced Auto has never been my favorite place to go. But this location has marked my very last time ever spending my money in and Advanced Auto ever again. I stop in here to pick up some pieces for a tune up: spark plugs, wires, ect. The 3 idiot girls at the registers all had attitudes and didn't really want to help me at all, but eventually did. They looked up my car on the computer and brought out the respective parts. I installed the spark plugs and my car went freaking bizurk. I immediately brought them back, the manager admitted to me that I was given the wrong spark plugs but refused to give me a refund because I didn't have the boxes they came in. Who keeps the boxes after a tune up? Seriously ? I will never ever EVER patronize this or any other Advanced Auto another day in my life. They will mess your engine up!
