No communication from mechanics and team as a whole, lying about labor pricing services for a job that takes 35 to 40min to complete, but trying to charge 4hrs labor fee. Can't never find a general manager present. "Able" is a worker that sit in the office tell customer about a services and labor hours cost. They mis-diagnose vehicles and have customer spending extra money for no reason at all. He only communications to the mechanics about pricing. Able doesn't type information from Customer into the computer alldata system. They make up there labor hours. read more

It's sad the way this establishment conducts business so unprofessionally with lack of communication and accountability. They have had my car for over 3 months and everytime I call to inquire about my car I was met with sarcasm and a rude attitude as if I was annoying them. Then earlier this week they told me to come and pick up my car because it was ready and when I arrived the following afternoon my car was not ready. When i asked what was the issue especially since you told me it was ready the response was "we are doing the best we can and there is one more thing that needs to programmed." Then goes on to say give us until Friday. I pray that my car is ready Friday but I do not recommend this establishment. read more

I highly recommend this great Auto Service Shop. I purchased my Mercedes 350e in the pandemic and I searched for a mechanic here locally in Bladensburg. From the time I just got an oil change to now getting some maintenance on my coolant system AmeriBenz has been reliable, honest, and has taken excellent care of my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a one on one relationship with your mechanic. The mechanic calls me to discuss my options and the different aspects I can take to make my car better. I gave a one star review 6 days ago and Metalgne replied with copying and pasting a 5 star review that I gave 2 yrs ago. One has nothing to do with the other. This shop once did good work and now it has screwed me over. My car has been at this shop for 3 months for bodywork needed. I was finally told that my car was ready last week and when I arrived it wasn't. The paint wasn't blended on the hood and bumper and it looked like somebody side swiped the front right side. I've informed the owner Metalgne of these issues with photos and he insists that my car is ready for pick up. We are now going into month 4 that my car has been at this shop. Today I was informed that my car has been blended and fixed. I get there to pick it up and this time the bumper is still not blended and my driver's side window is now off track. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR MERCEDES TO THIS SHOP THEY ARE CROOKED! They quoted my insurance company to replace the damaged quarter panel and got paid for the work but they did NOT replace it, they patched it! They also replaced my rear windshield, got paid for it but used an AFTER MARKET product! They didn't ensure all of the signals from the antennae work. Now the radio is fuzzy, the keys don't send signals to push start the ignition, the touch locks don't work and the key must be within 6 inches to lock and unlock the doors. And to insult my intelligence, their response is that "you just have to drive it for a while." Took it to a REAL Mercedes shop and they confirmed that they used an aftermarket glass, the antennae were wrong which is causing all of these issues. I have a Mercedes R350. I noticed that I had to add oil to my van before it was due for an oil change, so I took my van here because I knew that I had an oil leak. They inspected my van and told me that I needed a few thousand dollars worth of work to include the $1600 for the oil leak. This is my vacation vehicle. I drive my Lexus everyday. So, I kept my van parked until I was able to pay for everything they suggested a couple of months later. I got all of the work done and took a road trip. My oil was still low after 1,000 miles. I took it back and was assured that the oil leak was fixed. It wasn't fixed. So, I got an oil change at a different location, but I called back again to complain. I told the employee that I will take my van there for my next oil change so they could see that the leak was never fixed. So, when I took back for the next oil change they told me that I have another oil leak and I will have to pay another few thousand dollars even though it never stopped leaking from the first time they claimed to fix the first oil leak. I ran out of oil 1,000 miles after they did the oil change so I asked if they would top it off with oil. They said that they would but would charge me for the oil. So, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I am going to take it to the dealership because I want my work fixed after paying my hard earned money. read more

Ameri Benz Auto was recommended to me. I took my wife's ML 350 there and got great service - which included a tune up and fixing a windshield wiper blade. We have absolutely no complaints.
