We asked them to road test our BMW X5, because it was driving a little funny. They found the problem quickly (front sway link bars) and fixed it. They also replaced our rear brake pads and changed the oil and reset the corresponding service reminders. All service was completed in less than a day. The car drives much better (and safer!) now. Very disappointed with this repair shop. They charged almost $1000 to replace two easily accessible gaskets on my BMW 535i, but could not even be bothered to clean up the oil residue that leaked all over my engine during the procedure, which is now MORE covered in oil than it was before I took it in. Their failure to take any pride whatsoever in their work means I cannot even tell whether the original problem is fixed or not. The car still stinks like burning oil every time the engine gets hot, and the front of the engine is still drenched in oil gunk. I recommend taking your car somewhere else for repairs. Their lack of attention to detail is most disappointing. read more

Took my car in to replace 4 tires. Picked my car up to oil all over the rims and had to clean, dirty handprints inside the car doors, 2 RIMS SCRATCHED, decal alongside of car SCRATCHED in one spot. Also, they did not look for the tool to remove the tires, so just charged me for nuts they had to put on. The tool was in the glove box!!!! I complained and was told they would check camera footage to see if they scratched the rims or not. I got a refund for the nuts. The next day, the tire pressure light came on - this has never happened to me since I bought the car in 2017. I called and told them I would be returning my car to them to fix the issue. Took the car back and waited - they just reset the light and did not check the tire pressure. BUT - THEY SCRATCHED MY DAMN DRIVER'S DOOR NEAR THE LOCK - THE OWNER TOLD ME I WAS CRAZY AND HE WOULD SEE ME IN COURT!!!! I take the greatest of care of my car - I hand wash it and know every inch - I know the scratches on my rims, decal and door were not there before they worked on my car. They clearly do not care about customer service, about taking care of people's vehicles, and about making their errors right. I'm sure I will now not receive compensation for the scratched rims or car door. I feel sick to my stomach that there are businesses out there that operate in this manner. One of the worst place i got stuck with. Every time i go with something, they fix it but in next couple days something else goes wrong. I really doubt their honesty. After my window regulator got bad i got it fixed from there for the first time, that was the beginning. After that i went there 4 times in 7 month with exact the same problem. Because they use old part from junk yard. The guy work there Scott is a machine of excuse will tell you anything to make you believe that your car has so much problem. They will charge you for the dealership price for any parts but give you the junk. Few times I called them before i go. Told them "hey this is what my problem is so please order the part and this is exact the same problem but he never does. They will make you wait. After few months from the first time i been there, my check engine light came on they told me the thermostat is bad and gave me the estimate so i went back there to get it fixed then they change the estimate of total labor saying it will take more time. I got my own part from dealer because i doubted their honesty but they over charge me for labor. After all these i been there because i had an 04 Audi A4 many places i took it to they didn't even wanna touch it because Audi engineering is very delicate. So highly recommendation for you guys please don't go there. They will suck you out. read more

Always honest, rather than just charging you $1,000 bucks for "routine maintanence" like the dealers they just tell you what actually needs to be done along with oil change and you pay half what the dealer charges. Fast and professional, they even work on my '92 Mercedes 400E V8 which is a historic classic at this point with no problem. Sounds like the other reviewer brought in his old and NOTORIOUSLY UNRELIABLE Audi A4 and expected them to change history. My friend had one of those and spent $400 a month keeping it up! Also they charge you exactly what they pay for parts, even tires!! It would have been MORE expensive for me to buy through tire rack than when they ordered and replaced a Hankook tire for me. And as for my experience with them I bring them my 2011 Mercedes C300, 1992 400E, and my 2002 BMW Z3. My Coworkers bring them their 2006 BMW M3 and 2009 328i. read more

I've always had good experiences here and I think I have come here for at least five years for a wide range of repairs. They efficiently get eligible costs covered by Maxcare if you have a covered Carmax vehicle. It's like health insurance and copays. This shop handles it with no hassle. It's great, especially when you have a European car that needs special parts. When I have time, I bring my car in just so they can routinely check to make sure there is nothing substantial that needs to be repaired. Most times, it's nothing. Yes, they will let you know if it's nothing! But sometimes, I have a big ticket item and am so happy they caught it. Like most shops, they have a tight parking lot, but I can usually find a spot. Very nice workers! I called with a problem that Firestone told me about and wanted to charge close to $350 for. I talked with a nice guy from Autobahn. He quoted a much lower price and was able to complete it the next day. He even pointed out the guaranteed warranty of their work. I'm happy my boyfriend found that place for me. I took my car to this company because Carmaxx recommended them from the type of warranty I had. After the issue was fixed I noticed other issues so I decided to take the car back to them. I am a single female so it is hard to trust someone dealing with your car and I tried gaining trust. With in one month I took my car to them back to back to back. My car was shaking very bad and it felt very unsafe driving it and it was confirmed from them as well. After the third time I believe the same things where happening after they replaced the parts that I was told needed to be replaced. I finally decided to take my car to a real dealer. I went to the Benz dealer in VA and I was informed that the parts was put on wrong and did not look new they were going to call Mercedes Benz and get new parts. No charge to me because the parts still had a 1 year warranty...that was what we thought. The Benz dealer called my warranty to get a copy of the bill paid with all the numbers etc. for proof of payment. Upon receiving the document and comparing the parts I.D. numbers the parts did not match. Autobahn pro put wrong parts on my car. The bill they submitted to my warranty asking for payment stated that these was for sure Benz parts. I contacted them and received the cold shoulder...of course. I am presently fighting to get my proper parts. read more

Labor rate about half of a Porsche dealer, and they didn't try to charge me just for inspecting something like the dealership did. Saved me thousands compared to Porsche dealer.
