And told them I need it back same day is that a problem, was told by someone "not a problem" won't be coming back, staff seems to switch over every time I come by, which Has stopped and started taking my bikes to a much higher quality shop in the local area, I suggest check around and try other places. And no one told me in the "service dept" you could text the shop, and MAYBE someone would answer.

I met Alex Gurevich, auto/paint manager, when I walked through the door. He was kind and informative as to what my next steps would be after the damage I received from a hit and run. It was reassuring to take my car to someone who knew the correct way to work with insurance and law enforcement. The work that was done on my car was perfect. My 2015 Subaru Outback needed a new rear door after a tractor trailor backed into it, causing $4k+…read moredamage this past summer. I called several shops, none of which could promise the repair work within a reasonable period of time (2 weeks). Cost was not a factor as the repairs were covered by my insurance company. Levon was very straightforward in estimating the time required, which would be hard to determine before removing the door and viewing the frame damage, which turned out to be considerable. The repairs were still completed in a little more than 2 weeks. The quality of the work was excellent, and Levon provided excellent service in driving me to and from the Rockville library, when I had to wait a couple of hours for some minor follow-on repair. I would not hesitate to use his shop again should the need arise.

Not only did Levon give me an estimate during my lunch hour, he was able to do the job the next day. What really blew me away was that I added in a custom headlight replacement to swap out my dim and aging bulbs that were borderline dangerous at night and polished the haze off the headlight lenses. He replaced a few other market bulbs as well at no charge. Fast service and quality work at a fair price. Will definitely be going back to Obsession for any other auto customizations. Recommended all the way.

I purchased a used Morgan Super 3 (225 miles) from Flemings, primarily because of a specific…read moregraphics package they could source and install for me ($4k), which I made clear multiple times was the main reason for the purchase. I traded in an 11-year-owned Ferrari 360 as part of this deal... and sent them a buyer for an immediate $15k profit. When the car arrived, the graphics installation was severely defective: 60+ air bubbles indicating poor surface preparation, vinyl tenting around structural rivets, multiple panels installed crooked, one graphic installed completely upside-down, and an improperly trimmed exhaust cutout that was already lifting. I also discovered the storm cover and a floor mat listed on the build sheet were missing. When I'd specifically asked the sales manager if there was anything "used" about the car, I was told there were no issues at all. When I raised these concerns, Flemings' response was to propose "smoothing out" the bubbles rather than replacing the defective panels, despite the fact that vinyl which has tented over rivets has compromised adhesive and cannot be properly corrected this way. The dealership principal told me not to contact him directly going forward. After too much back-and-forth with no meaningful resolution, I had no choice but to escalate directly to Morgan Motor Company. To their credit, Morgan responded quickly, apologized for the experience, and arranged for a replacement graphics kit to be sent directly from the factory, something Flemings had refused to do despite my offering to cover the reinstallation costs myself. The Super 3 itself is a fantastic car, and Morgan Motor Company's response was excellent. But my experience with Flemings.. from the incomplete disclosure at sale to the defective installation to the deflection when I tried to resolve it, was well below what I'd expect from an authorized dealer of a premium brand. I would not purchase from or recommend Flemings.
